The front desk receptionist who rang me up for a tire awhile back was very nice. Not so much the owners! Severely lacking in manners and basic empathy. You can get cheaper and better service at Ford.
We had a flat tire on our Travel Trailer coming down route 19 just south of Perry. We called around and JB tire was able to help us out with the exact tire we needed and quick installation! Very fair price as well, we were quite impressed! Thank you JB!
Just like the rest of the reviews, this place is great. Drove from Canada to Tampa. Stayed at the KOA in Perry. When we pulled in we notice we had a flat on one of our dually rear tires. I went at 7am the next day, they got me fixed up in minutes. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you!
I have used JB’s tires for years. George and his guys are top notch! I love the fact I can pull in and they come to my window to greet me with a smile and address my needs. Best part I don’t even have to get out of my car. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Needed an emergency tire repair (lucky it didn't blow on us). We called ahead and asked about a used replacement. They had one on hand. Price was more than reasonable, and service was fast and friendly!
This establishment has helped me and my family multiple times throughout the past 6 years. And again when we needed them to order tires they did. When we had to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances, they canceled. This is truly a great company with great prices and customer service.
I was stranded after a blowout on my RV. They ordered a tire and had it installed immediately the next morning. The price was reasonable and the service amazing. I will be using them to replace all my other tires in the future.

My tire blew on my trailer while traveling from St. Pete to Tallahassee for the holidays. Got my truck to limp my trailer to the shop in Perry and I was in and out of there with in 40 minutes even though there were many other customers there. They were diligent, efficient and reasonably priced. I got 3 new tires for my trailer and got on my way.

Brought in tire that needed to be replaced. It only took them about 15 minutes to get everything taken care of and for me to pay for my tire. They are quick efficient, very professional and also very friendly. I highly recommend them.
Needed a tractor tire and stopped in and asked them about ordering me one and it turns out they beat my original price by a good margin. They got the tire in and I went down and they had it mounted ready to go in under 30 mins. Will continue to use them for my tire needs.
These guys don't stand behind their work the way top notch companies do. I watched how they handled a customer service issue where their tech didn't properly torque one of the wheels. Buddy played phone tag for 2 weeks before anyone would actually talk to him. When they finally did, they avoided accepting responsibility, sight unseen, and now won't respond. What a terrible way to dodge responsibility.
Had a blowout. Needed to replace my bad tire and rim. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently. I'm glad they were open on a Saturday. In and out in less than 15 minutes!!!
