Ran over some road debris on the highway, on our way for a long road trip. We're very fortunate to have found Jason's shop, he was super helpful and looked at the car right away and made the repair on the spot. Top notch service - highly recommend!!
Jason and his staff are a bunch of rude hacks. They used cheap aftermarket parts on my 6.7 Cummins diesel. They stripped the threads on the engine and simply placed loose bolts into the holes. The EGR valve was literally loose and used the old gasket. Then parts were missing. All of my tire valve caps were gone and the plastic cover to the coolant reservoir was also gone. They are definitely hackers. Stay far away!
I've been going to them for years, now they're replacing a part that they just replaced two years ago and I can't even get the truck on the trailer after paying them five hundred dollars for doing absolutely nothing.
Me and my family will definitely not be going back.

Good old-fashioned customer service. You aren't just a customer. You are a neighbor and friend. My truck broke down on a Saturday after their normal business hours. I had it towed to them, and the owner fixed it after hours. We are moving to the area soon, and he will be wrenching the truck forever more.
I took a tire off of my RZR to these folks to have the valve stem replaced. It was closing time so I expected to just drop it off and then pick it up the next day; it was beer:30 after all. They said hang on just a minute and we'll have it done. Don't you know they had it fixed and aired up in 5 minutes. I took it back home, bolted it up, and went out for a quick test ride and all was well. Friendly, competent good folks.
Was working on my 07 Chevy Avalanche. I had a bolt I could not get out and one broke off. I took it to them. With in 5 minutes. I was on my way back home. Thanks guys
Workers at Campbell's Auto were very helpful. Needed my spare lowered, got stuck and had a bad tire. Thanks to them I was able to at least get somewhere without a blow out.
When I took my F250 4x4 diesel truck it was in limp mode! It was stuck in in drive and not shifting they (Jeff) checked it out gog it shifting back as it should then a few days later the cluster was messing up so they were on top of problem and going to order one I glad it took it fo Cambelles great job thank them they are on top of problem rate them 10 of 10

My Brother James went here for his front rotors to be changed and have the front wheels balanced. Overall a small mishap came into play and the owner Jasons wife took care of the situation and my brother left happy and in a safer vehicle because of them.
Because if you go to them with an emergency they all gets right on it and fix whatever I needed.
They treat you like family. And have great waiting rooms, restrooms.

Driving back from a trip to Georgia, my vehicle acted up and stalled out. A FHP Trooper stopped to check on us, and told us there was a repair shop 1 mile or so down the road. Jason and Hardy showed up within minutes after dispatch called them. After a few attempts to get my vehicle started, and to no avail, and a quick diagnosis, off to the parts store we went to grab a couple parts. Getting back to my vehicle, and still not running properly, Jason enabled a way for my barely running vehicle to get back to his shop. After quite some time, and a lot of brain poking, both Jason and Hardy figured out and resolved my vehicles issue, fixed it, and sent me on my way, which was a 3.5 hour drive home. Both knowledge, and hospitality to me and my family, were amazing. If I lived in that area, Campbell's would be my place to go for anything automotive related. Thank you again for taking care of us.

Came in for engine repair, left with the vehicle in worse condition than it was. Brought it back and was charged an additional $100 and told the problem was the ignition despite the problem clearly being the engine, on top of being refused a refund for the job they fumbled. Vehicle was returned to me a second time with the same problem.
Took my car to another mechanic, who found that all of my cylinders were flooded with oil due to Campbell's shotty work. Took the other mechanic 45 minutes to fix what this business couldn't in over two weeks.
This business robs its customers and damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility when confronted, instead opting to simply insist on additional unnecessary repairs. Hands down the worst mechanic I've ever been to.
Probably the best place in Perry Florida and surrounding areas to get your car work done. Jason Campbell is a straight-up wonderful person who gets the job done he has an experienced crew with all the stuff you need to do just about any job front end alignments balancing tires changing out engines it's your One Stop Auto Repair. Jason is fair very pleasant to work with and a real pillar in the community
Absolutely amazing service and they don't charge you for every little thing and they give you great advice you go there and feel like your part of the family, and it's very laid back and everyone is so nice.
My truck broke down north of Perry late Sunday afternoon after Thanksgiving...halfway home. The tow truck took it to Campbell's which was closed at the time. They had my truck fixed and I was back on the road around 1:30 on Monday! Great service and kind people...I highly recommend them!
We were traveling through on our way to see friends for Thanksgiving in S Florida when our AC stopped working. We called and they fit us in the next day. Jason came out to trouble shoot for us and was extremely nice & helpful. Unfortunately bec we had to get to our next stop for the holidays, we weren't able to leave it there to be fixed but we will definitely use Campbell's again if we are passing through!
My husband and I came to visit his mother when our truck engine started having trouble my mother-in-law recommended Jason Campbell because he fixed her Jeep since we didn't know anyone here we called him and two of his employees came to his mother's house to pick up our vehicle long story short they did a amazing job in repairing my husband's truck they was very professional and respectful to us very knowledgeable on the vehicle they kept us informed day-by-day on what they was doing their estimate was spot-on I was very impressed with the cleanliness of his garage and how respectful his employees was to us if you are ever in the Perry Florida area or even close to Perry Florida I highly recommend Campbell's Automotive for any trouble you're having with your vehicle myself and my husband who is a disabled veteran or very pleased to have met them
Supreme customer service. On my way north to Tallahassee, my truck broke down. Not from around here, I rolled the dice and had it towed to Campbell's, and am very glad I did! Long story short, I needed a new radiator, and they installed it at half the cost of what I'd pay in South Florida. Thanks Jason!
I build police vehicles in Indiana. Had a project that required adding an auxiliary ac/heat unit. Jason flew to Indiana from Florida, left his business in the hands of others, and taught me to do the work. Anytime I need anything, he is always just a phone call away.
Real top-notch guy who I have no doubt runs a top-notch business. If I'm ever in Florida and need work done on my truck, I know where I'm going.
