If I could award zero stars, I would, though I suspect the staff at Dennis’ Garage would find a way to charge me a "convenience fee" for the privilege. It is truly a marvel of modern commerce to witness a business treat its own posted hours—specifically a 5:00 PM closing time—as a mere suggestion. I can only offer my sincerest apologies for the audacity of expecting you to perform your job functions during the time you claim to be open; your palpable negativity was the perfect seasoning for an already stressful situation.
From the gentleman (more-like “man-child”) in the tow truck, who arrogantly asked if I could read the sign, when clearly the people of this establishment cannot read the sign that’s says “open until 5:00pm”), to the woman at the front desk, who treated our polite presence like a personal grievance, the "Southern hospitality" was non-existent. We remained remarkably kind throughout, yet were met with a level of hostility that suggests grace is a concept entirely foreign to this establishment.
The operational transparency here is equally abysmal (yes big word for Mr. Tow Truck). Failing to mention a cash-only policy until the moment of payment is a bush-league tactic, though luckily, we were prepared for such "surprises." Most impressive, however, is the predatory genius of your weekend policy: remaining closed from Saturday to Sunday so that customers are physically barred from retrieving their property, all while racking up a $30 daily storage fee. This artificial hostage situation resulted in a bill exceeding over $400 for a vehicle I wasn't even allowed to come get the very next day, and instead had to pay an additional $60 because they were closed.
We left feeling understandably beaten down. I will be praying for this establishment.
P.S. I hope every member of your staff encounters the sharpest corner of a mahogany coffee table with their bare pinky toe this evening.
Had to get our truck towed my husband called them and within 10 minutes they were there and got our truck loaded up and back home awesome service great price and very nice people highly recommend them to anyone
Dennis's towed my mom's car after an accident. When we went and cleaned her things out they were professional, courteous and reliable. I put shout outs on tik tok and fb as well. I highly recommend this company.

I got a flat tire on I10 and Big Kenny was awesome! I drive a Porsche 911 and Big Kenny got to me quickly and came with specially cut 4x4s that allowed him to load and unload without scraping my bumper on the bed of the truck. He took extreme care with my car as if it were his own. Not only did he take great care of my car, but he was extremely friendly and helped me load my wheelchair into his truck. If ever in need of a tow or roadside service, I’d definitely recommend Dennis’ Garage and Big Kenny!
I'll never use them again!! Young black driver no experience dumped my car on the road instead of at the mechanics house. Said he didn't know how. I called my insurance company and they recommended Dennis' of Live Oak Fl Even my mechanic said he was an idiot. I'll never trust this company again!!!
I recently served as the dispatcher for Hulaween music festival in Live Oak. I called Dennis’, who we had partnered with for on-site towing, to have a vehicle moved away from one of our Emergency Exits. The elderly lady (hardly) that answered was incredibly rude from start to finish and even mocked me over the phone. I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed without provocation, especially considering the amount of money they undoubtedly make from the event.
I had the best experience with Dennis Garage. They responded through my AAA, and they couldn't have sent anyone better. Shout out to Big Kenny who saved the day when I was stuck on the side of I-75. He was kind, professional, and knew what he was talking about. He even called me later that day to check and make sure I was okay.
I could not be more thankful for our tow truck driver, Big Kenny, yesterday. My daughters (16 and 12) broke down on the way home from the grocery store, so I called AAA. Not only did Kenny communicate very well, but he showed up within 20 minutes and WAITED with my girls until my husband arrived. I am thankful that AAA uses Dennis Garage and that Dennis Garage has wonderful employees like Kenny! Thank you!!!
Last night at midnight while I was driving on II-75 my car spun out and my car hit the side rail along the highway and I was Okay, but my car was not drivable, although, I was able to pull it off the highway. And the first thing I did was to call AAA to get my car towed. First, I consider myself lucky to survive and be OK from the car accident. I was very lucky that Dennis’ garage, Inc responded to my service request to get my car towed. I was blessed to have Jeff the tow truck driver take care of my car and he loaded it carefully onto his truck. He drove me to a local tire repair garage where I had to leave my car overnight for service. Jeff was so kind to offer me and my little dog a ride to our hotel, which was about 10 minutes away. Jeff loaded my luggage into his truck and was so kind to me, and he explained to me what he thought was wrong with my car. He dropped me off at my hotel, and although the whole experience was not fun, he definitely made me feel that I was safe, and that my vehicle would be taken care of. I highly recommend.Dennis’s Garage Inc, if you need immediate service to get your car towed safely. And hopefully you will get lucky enough to get Jeff to help you out!!
Butch with Dennis' Garage came to the rescue for my stepdaughter's car that a broken tire rod on a Sunday at the music fest in Live Oak, Florida. He helped me get a great mobile mechanic, Justin Lashley, to repair my stepdaughter's car so she could return home. He kept me informed of the repair progress and actually towed her car to a safe location for the mobile repair. He was extremely helpful and made me feel confident that my stepdaughter was safe being taken care. I would highly recommend Butch and his towing service!
On a trip to Georgia we encountered car trouble for 3 hours waiting on triple a to call us with eta and no call back we waited as long as possible then called Marson president of the Tow Association made some calls and his contact Steve Referred Dennis’s Garage out of Jennings and Live Oak I explained my situation to the dispatcher Melinda who took great care in helping us, They were able to contact me and come tow our car home allowing us to ride with to. My husband and I were traveling from Florida back home to Tennessee when my car suddenly broke down due to an oil leak. It was a Saturday and there weren’t any mechanics open, but I had to call a tow because my car couldn’t stay at the gas station we broke down at. Cory was extremely patient with us and helpful as we looked for a dealership nearby that could work on my car. He even went the extra mile and dropped us off at Busy Bee’s while we waited for a family member to pick us up. We were traveling on a Saturday from Titusville to Destin and while traveling through the Live Oak area we experienced a vehicle breakdown. We arranged repairs with Lashley's who recommended that we call Dennis' Garage for towing. We arranged for the tow and not long after received a phone call from Big Kenny who told us he was on his way and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived within the stated time and agreed with my assessment of the problem. He quickly and safely got our vehicle loaded onto the flatbed and took us to Lashley's. He provided friendly, courteous and professional service.

Big Kenny embodies professionalism, kind-heartedness, and relatability. From the moment he arrived at our vehicle, he began problem-solving for us. Excellent service! The lady that answered the phone said 45 minutes. Kenny the wrecker driver was there in under 20 minutes! He was a very nice guy 🙂! We definitely recommend this business.

Im so glad I got a flat tire near Dennis garage. First time i have ever had to handle a situation like this and a gentleman named Big Kenny couldn’t have been more helpful. He called me immediately and walked me through the steps of how we could handle the problem together. Felt like I had a real friend with me during a stressful situation. I was experiencing a day of not so great luck & car trouble on the side of the interstate, Big Kenny happened to be my dispatched driver & let me tell you when i say he is the reason my day turned around, this man went above and beyond his job description for me to be able to get back on the road within just a few hours when i first thought i was going to have to get a hotel for the night.
He came, diagnosed the issue with my car & was able to call a friendly mechanic he personally knows to help me & i was back on the road in just an hour or two. Most people would not go above and beyond like that.
You would be lucky to run into Big Kenny if your having a day like i was. He made me feel better about the situation & also made me feel comfortable as a young woman traveling alone.
Moved from Lakeland FL to Huntsville AL with a uhaul and a friend driving my car. After getting onto I-10W from I-75, my car died. My insurance company contacted Dennis' Garage Inc to my location. Kenny was the Angel who recused me and my friend from the interstate, helped us get a car transporter from a local uhaul dealer and got my car loaded onto the car transporter. Kenny went above and beyond what I was expecting from a tow truck company. God Bless this company and it's employees!

We had a flat on the I10 east. Mr. Chuck was dispatched and arrived in approx 20 min. After putting in the spare, he called 3 different garages to find tires for us. Then trailed us off the highway, making sure that we did not get lost. He went above and beyond! Lots of businesses can take lessons in customer service from Dennis' Garage.
My family and I was coming from Orlando when our car broke down on us. We called Dennis' Garage and they didn't take long arriving. Mr. Kenny was very nice to us. He even offered to stop at a rest area for us to grab a snack if we wanted to. I am so grateful for this service. Mr. Kenny treated my family and I with such compassion and he made us as comfortable as we could get.
Professional service with late model equipment. Arrived in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help my family out when my Suburban's transmission failed. They got me to a rental car company so we could get back to Atlanta. Thank you!!
With what started as a crappy night only got worse when I broke down on the side of the road alone and in the dark. I called Dennis's garage and spoke to a very nice lady who helped me as I'm not familiar with live oak and got a tow truck right out to me within 30 minutes! STEVE was amazing! He was very sweet and kind and helped me a lot! My night turned around and was very happy with his service! Keep him around! Great company! Thanks again!
