Last year we needed our shed moved, found Willie with USA auto and towing online. So happy we did, he made moving so easy, even in a horrible rain storm, small gates and muddy cow fields. Also the price was very reasonable and scheduled quickly. So when we needed to move again this year, we knew we needed Willie again. He impressed us even more than the last time. His patients was more than above and beyond kind, even when stuck in a hole due to our loose dirt. We can't thank you enough for everything. Anyone needing a tow should call Willie, we will forever be customers.
This is a great towing service. I highly recommend. I called and he told me a time when he could be there and was exactly on time. He sent pictures of it being picked up and dropped off at the location i asked for it to be. Very great guy and if im ever in the area and need to he will be there person i call.

Called them a few weeks ago when AAA left me stranded for 4 hours at work over a dead battery. All my folks were at their own jobs im Gainesville and not able to give me a jump. They got me up and running while AAA was still trying to find someone to send to my location. I paid a few cents short of 89$ for a jump start from a portable jump starter that costs anywhere from 75$-199$ on amazon which took two tries since the guy doing it was rushing me to turn my car on. I understand squeezing someone in on your schedule but it was beyond rushed.
This entire experience inspired me to buy the jump starter just so I hopefully never have to have the displeasure of needing to call this company again. The person ran off seconds after telling me how to copy-paste the unhyperlinked squarepay link into a search engine since I was using contactless pay. I know if you're reading this review you're probably not in the best situation but please call around so you don't get overcharged like i did. If they charged me that much for a simple jump, I don't want to imagine what they'd charge for their other services.
I do respect the fact that at least I got home. They work in a pinch but don't expect much in the way of customer service. Also I do apologize for the confusing wording on the total price and disrupting your holiday, however yes. I am sure I used this company, I cross checked my receipt.
Can't say enough. They showed up exactly when they said, drove us into town to get a tire put on our rim and brought us back to install the tire. Price was very reasonable and attitude was on point and friendly. Git us going in no time🤜🤛
Thanks to Willy with USA auto & towing services ! I didn’t have to walk home and he got my vehicle running as well after he towed it to his shop and took me home ! He called me not even an 2 hours after he brought me home to tell me my vehicle was ready even offered to bring it to me ! Thanks USA auto & towing ! You guys are great keep up the good work, we need more mechanics like you in this world !!
Willie and his team are the absolute best in town. I've been using them for over five years now, I always have some broken down vehicle that needs moving. Answers on the first call and always gets the job done. I've personally relied on USA auto towing for the past 7 years and haven't had a bad experience. Even when my dually went down in the middle of town they were there within the hour. Highly recommend
Responded quickly, was very knowledgeable, and quite friendly with me when my car wouldn’t start. If something happened to my car again in Live Oak, I’d be happy to come here.
Update: Severe shaking and shifting issues in my truck Led me to get it checked out and Willie failed to get bolts he said he got. The transfer case is missing several bolts. All the bolts that are there are extremely loose but have now been tightened, he didn't put the gasket on my transmission.... He also took the axle off of my 4 wheel drive, so now it's unusable, And third, second, and first gear are now completely unable to even be shifted into!! I don't know what he did to my truck.I've got it at the house, That's for sure....And now I can drive it again, But he'll now be seeing me in court as well.... turns out... these mechanic friends in live oak will band together to ruin your vehicle. Good try guys, but no cigar.
These guys got my truck and tranny from a mechanic in town who was overcharging me and ended up 'losing' a bunch of hard to find parts for the transmission..... Together we got all the parts, and my truck is now home!!!! After 6 months at another mechanic, Willie had my truck ready in a week and did it at half the price of the other guy. He really got me out of a bad situation that was only getting worse, even offering to tow it to me 3hrs away. Excellent, fast work.
This is the second time I had to use this company . I’m very highly satisfied with how fast they respond and are very helpful. I’ll be keeping using them in the near future with whatever my towing needs will be .

My mom and I were driving to Largo FL for a funeral and my 03 Tahoe water pump locked up on 75S at Jasper FL. This caused the belt to snap and all hell broke lose! Luckily we were at an exit and got off.
Willie came and picked us up and repaired our Tahoe. We needed a new water pump, radiator and belt. I felt what he charged was a fair price. He even filled a jug of water in case we needed it later on and said to call if we ever needed help.
Willie was a god send!! I highly recommend USA Auto & Towing!
We missed the funeral, but was able to get to be with family and got there safely.
I my car broke down 2 hrs away from Daytona I was on my way back to Michigan. I stopped at the Walmart super center and they recommended this mechanic. I had a bit of a wait because he was working on another car but when he got to my car he showed me the problem was able to fix everything in timely matter for me to get back on the road with my 3 kids and go home. Highly recommend if you are in his area. He also called me on my drive home to check and see how my car was running and stated he was going the same direction to handle a tow in ATL and if I needed him along the route to give him a call. Again highly recommend.
Rude as hell. And lied on the phone. The guy tells me one thing, and then hours pass. I have to call him back. And his story changes by this time. They cannot accommodate me and must take my car, a car they've yet to see. Instead of a simple diagnostic in my yard. As he'd initially said on the phone. No. It has to be towed and housed overnight ($$$), and can't be looked at until morning. Knowing that I work tomorrow. Because I called hours earlier. No reason to have changed the story, he'd never seen the car. It's not some crazy make or model. They just want more money out of me.
The service provided by USA Auto & Towing is like no other. Willy picked up the call late on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend to ensure my son was safe and off the road after he encountered a road hazard on 1-10 yesterday. He immediately called Pico to assist us while we waited on the line, Pico was amazing, communicated with us continuously (nervous parents) and gave us options to get my son back to Tallahassee/FSU. There really are good people left in this world. Thank you so much Willy and Pico! (Note: I reported the hazard on I-10 in Live Oak to FDOT)
My car broke down on I-10, Many hours from home! Willy was amazing! So helpful and flexible as I was trying to figure out how to get home! He spent his afternoon driving over an hour out of his way after I had originally giving him a much closer drop location for my broken down car! Can’t recommend his company enough!

My car was damaged in our latest hurricane. Willie was my contact to tow my car to a dealership closeted to the area I was in. He was on point, his kindness was very appreciated. He kept in contact with me when he was coming and he was very accurate with his timing. He got my car where it needed to be and I was happy for his help. If I’m ever in his area and need some help. My car got stuck from this past hurricane. Will was amazing, I asked a friend if she knew anyone and he called me immediately.. He was at my house in 20 mins and within the hour had my car out and running .. He is careful with your car and very kind and will go above and beyond to help you. Thank you for saving me...
We ended up with a blown tire on the side of I75 heading home from vacation. Our vehicle's jack wasn't sufficient to get the tire changed. Willie showed up quick and got us back on the road. Very appreciated!
I broke down driving on the Florida turnpike I explained what happened yo my car when it stopped running he already knew the problem he arrived in 30 min got the car running and I was on my way! Funny we became friends and I now live in RI i still call him when I need to trouble shoot a problem lol and he still diagnoses the problem over the phone! Awesome guy and company
