This auto parts store I call home away from home they go above and beyond they don't have the part they always get me the part great personalities great service just great all around
I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location. The employees were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of their way to assist me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly attitudes and quick service. They helped me find exactly what I needed and even took the time to explain my options without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and personable, but this store has it. Highly recommend this AutoZone—great employees who truly care about their customers!
This is my local AutoZone, and I have had great experiences here, they almost always have the parts in stock and if not get them very quick. As a business owner, I use the commercial side that is ran by Manager Jessica which is very knowledgeable about parts and helpful customer service.
Thank you Sean for assistance today with fixing an electrical problem with my auto. The Auto Zone, Branford, Florida, will be my first stop for automotive
needs in the future.
The people here were extremely helpful when my vehicle died in their parking lot. They went above and beyond to get my children and me back on the road.
First let me say that if it was Sean or Jacob, this review would have 5 stars. I came in and had my battery tested. Jacob was who helped and told us we needed a new battery. We went inside to the counter and the woman Heather refused to look up the battery and called Jacob away from what he was doing to look up the battery for us. We decided which one but had to go home and return. I returned at 8:15. She again didn't want to look up the battery,but I gave her the information. She then said it depends on where it is, if she can change it or if it's difficult. This to me was extremely unprofessional. I went back outside to Sean and he came in to help. Now she is standing here saying we close in 15 minutes and is standing in the doorway staring. This is just my opinion,but if you are going to be a woman working in a parts store and be a manager, you should know what to do. Your attitude reflects the company!!!!

Always have to order parts that I need and a oil pan gasket they had to order but I had to pay for it beforehand. Being they tried calling me and didn't reach me they failed to order my gasket. Cost me a days work. About 300 hundred dollars.
The manager, Brian is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He’s very personable and goes above and beyond to help his customers with their automotive parts needs. We have two other auto parts stores in Branford. One is too expensive and the other carry’s a limited amount of auto parts so you usually have to wait a day or so for your parts.
I am over 70 and was traveling with another female when my vehicle was hard to steer. We stopped at AutoZone and Joe and Sean took care of the problem. They immediately sold me power steering fluid and put it in. I did not even know how to open the hood!! These two gentlemen were amazing!! We appreciated their help so much. Thank you!!
Everyone was so helpful and patient with my truck. I needed a new battery, simple right. Nope, all sorts of issues just to get the old one out. Great service, can not thank them enough.
So if you read the reviews you can see that the people that lived here they know get excellent customer service from the ones they don't. Was on the way to the farm and needed some common parts hit or miss stuff no big deal two other parts houses in town I'm use to getting getting followed around when shopping in any store so when I could not find it and I turned and asked if they had another part I was looking for they claimed they didn't have any kinda of part "you people" be looking for hope they meant farmers
I bought a starter for my truck and upon installation a terminal broke. Returned and didn't have another in stock, Josh was able to get a replacement within 2 hours, and gave me a inconvenience discount for my gas to drive back to pickup the starter. ? To Josh for going above and beyond for my time.will be buying all my parts there now.
Went to get a wheel baring today, had the best experience. y’all make sure to ask for joshua when y’all go in there he’s by far the best employee i’ve met at any auto zone!!!
Went in to get brake pads for my car and they quickly found the right part and it fit perfectly when i put them on. Definitely going back there for more car parts!
Sales person was very rude guess autozone isn't ready for a small town. Told me I couldn't get oil deal cause conventional oil filter will make my vehicle run rough. Master tech just means I have to resume normal intervals look it up perfectly safe receipt # 000284 505 us hwy 27 se branford fl. They tried to sell me more expensive oil. Not happy want a response on this asap
