We needed a new tire valve installed. Rudy's was able to get us right in! The mechanics had a fantastic attitude, were kind, and you can tell they take pride in their work. We'll definitely be coming back for oil changes and other services in the future! Highly recommend this local auto shop.
Great people. We had issues with a tire and they took care of it right then and there. And didn't even charge us. We felt blessed. Also these guys work real hard to make it happen so our vehicles are up to par.

Scheduled a 2 PM oil change and arrived early I appreciated being taken in right away. Unfortunately, it still took over an hour and cost $85. I was told the delay was due to needing to “get the parts,” which makes no sense for a scheduled appointment. They didn’t ask for my vehicle details ahead of time, which any other professional shop does to avoid exactly this issue. When I checked out, I was repeatedly put on hold so they could answer phone calls. Overall, overpriced and disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning.
Fast ,to the point . Non expensive.. honestly, one of the best I been to since I moved to florida. They did amazing job putting my tires on quick and fast.

Deserves negative stars!! I took 2 trucks to them. 1 for rotate and balance. The other for new tires install. The first was so bad i could barely hol the steering wheel at 30mph. The second one had brand new tires and the factory weights were left on the rims with additional weights added. The worst service ever.
Honest and attentive mechanics. Patched tire for a very reasonable price in 20 minutes. Will return for routine service and repairs in the future. Friendly people. ?
Came in the past week and got some tires great atmosphere and group of guys Kyle and Avery had me in and out I highly recommend them if you're in the branford area and need some work done
My engines blown. They had it when it wasn't blown, and was having a fuel issue. They discovered it was leaking oil that is wasnt leaking at itd last oil change, and "repaired it". Then told me I needed a 2nd opinion bc they didn't know what was wrong. I paid 450$ for them to basically blow my engine and bandaid it. They won't answer our calls, and wouldn't answer them when they had my car for 2 days- after repairing it but it wouldn't crank when they finished fixing it.
Consensus is- during their "letting my car run unmonitored " they ran it hot, and cracked the engine in it. I just want my money back.
Was told this morning to bring my truck back at 3 to have a wheel bearing replaced, then when I came back was told they couldn't get to it today (which would be understandable if they were that busy) but then proceeds to say it's better to make an appointment for stuff like that ? lol YOU told me to come back at 3! If you wouldn't have wasted my entire day I would've been able to take it somewhere else and get it fixed. Super disappointed since Rudy is no longer in charge.
My tire pressure light came and this was the closest auto shop. I spoke to the two gentlemen working there and expressed I was concerned I may have picked up a nail. They diligently examined the tire in question and made sure all 4 had the proper air pressure. Turns out I was just low on one tire. They were super fast and just so nice. I couldn't be happier with ending up there.
Joey the owner and his workers were very nice to speak with,they listened to the problems that I was having with my car! They replaced sensors on my tires that no one else was able to do! They found the antifreeze leak in my car that also no one else could do! I will definitely be going back to them in the future for all my car needs!
Got 4 Polaris Ranger tires changed.

Called on August 22nd to have oil change and tire Rotation done and got an appt convenient to other appts I had. Reasonable price. They checked the Brakes Rotors and Exhaust System as well . I went over and they showed me the Hanger that was hanging for what holds exhauste and they welded the hanger back up so everything is good so far.. So should be ready for a trip home to Pennsylvania to see family and that.
Guys are amazing and helpful. Never worked on a Mazda before but together we got it figured out and they went ahead and replaced the fuel pump. Amazing people will always consider supporting them.
Went to Not Rudy's to get a tire fixed. Got changed $15.59 and got ask where the leak on my tire was. The gomer Pyle sounding guy sprayed soapy water around it. No patch no repair. Had to have my husband plug it. Bad business!!!
Everyone at Rudy's auto service is top notch. I was stranded at my campground with a broken transfer case under my truck. These folks, especially Joey was instrumental in getting me back in the road quickly. Many thanks to everyone for your help and curtious service. Strongly recommended!!
I've had the great fortune to find this Service Center and have had Rudy and his team do repairs over the past 15 years. He' FIRST RATE all the way. Once, I couldn't get to his facility before he was to close at 5pm and he said no problem. He left my car out. I simply put a check under a container near the closed bay and called him the next morning to tell him where the check was. This is the kind of folks you will be dealing with. He or his fellows do the work quickly. They do it well. In today's shame world this place is an oasis.
Rudy is the owner, very nice man. You can buy tires from him or if you have your own he will put them on for you. Does different kinds of work on vehicles give him a call. Branford, Fl. I just found out Rudy sold the shop but he still works there.
Mr. Rudy and his crew are wonderful! Not only are they friendly but they are thorough and fast. And best of all affordable. They don’t try to upsell you things that you don’t need. And do just what you ask them to do. I highly recommend them
