I cannot say enough good things about the service of this company. I had been stranded for over 3 hours waiting for AAA who was backed up. Finally, I gave up on AAA and called Oviedo Towing. After I gave my information to dispatch Ray called me back right away and was able to get to my location in about 30 minutes. He was super polite and very personable. He got my F150 up on a flatbed in a very tight spot. Then when we got to my destination (repair shop), I totally left and forgot to lock the truck and he locked it for me and called me to let me know. Honestly, this company is great and Ray saved the day!

I got myself into a pickle, slid into some mud on a ditch in an unfamiliar area to me. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to make sure one that my vehicle got out with no damage and two, I was in a state of anxiety panic, he made sure multiple times before he left that I was okay. Tried to get me to giggle and calm my anxiety before I left. A bit pricey for what it was but he showed up within minutes of my call and provided excellent service and customer service. I’m very thankful to him.

However, today i needed another tow and he lost my business because his receptionist has poor communication :( would recommend Rickys towing instead. Ray @ Oviedo Towing was a Godsend and fabulous to work with! These car breakdowns always happen at the most inconvenient time right? I found myself stranded in a shopping plaza at 12a at night, a single woman, out of gas, rechargeable car battery dead. Out of a handful of towing companies I called, Ray was the only one who called back. Warm, calm, experienced gentle manner. Knew right where I was, was there within 15 minutes. Couldn't open my gas cap due to battery uncharged. Gas station right behind plaza. He gallantly helped this shorty woman up into his very high step truck (owners, he needs a step stool for the ladies!), hooked into the hitch of my SUV in a matter of seconds and drove a short distance to the gas station where he jump started my car, released my gas cap and helped me access the gas to fill it up -- all of this in a span of 15 minutes tops if that. Helped me get safely down again from his truck. He gave me his business card and I thanked him profusely for getting me safely back on the road out of harms way. He was so pleasant, calming, experienced, knowledgeable and understanding to work with. Exactly the kind of individual you hope to have assist you in tense, unsafe moments like that where you are relying on fair, friendly, and honest business transactions in such an unsure moment. The kindness of strangers and businesses you rarely have need of but right there very timely when you need it riding in like the "white night" in his able towing truck to literally save the day. Oveido Towing was great. The driver Ray was so nice, he came in 15 minutes brought me and my van right to my door. I am older and disabled and it was easy, friendly and I felt safe after being forgotten in the dark by another company for almost 4 hours.

Called for a tow, the dispatch was professional and courteous. Ray (the truck driver) called within a few minutes for location confirmation and estimated payment. Ray arrived extremely fast and was fantastic for this entire experience. He assessed the situation, as we were stuck in a restaurant parking lot with minimal room.

Wow - I love honest people! My car wouldn't start and I thought it needed to be towed. I called Oviedo Towing at the suggestion of Jerry's MB. The gal I spoke with was courteous and said she would send someone right over; I gave her my credit card number to pay for the tow. Kenny arrived at my home promptly - he asked me to try starting the car. He felt it was a dead battery so he jump started it. It started!! No need to be towed AND he called the office to give me a refund as a jump start is less than a tow. Made my day!!
