Called to have a vehicle towed. Very obviously not interested in my business holding conversations with those around them about how lazy they are. When I asked if it was easier for me to call back when they weren’t with their friends they said yes. Will not be using and would not recommend
In a bad spot. Got caught on utility cable. Driver assessed the situation and came up with the right solution to free car. Professional and VERY reasonable with charge. Highly recommend!
My vehicle left us stranded at a busy intersection today. We called Venice Wrecker & MJ came to our rescue within 30 minutes. He was professional & extremely kind. He texted me to let me know my vehicle was safely delivered & secured at the repair shop. I highly recommend this service.

Honest reliable prompt and affordable- quick to respond. If you ever need a tow I strongly recommend them. Billy was super friendly and helped deliver it to the dealership to be fixed in time on a Saturday.
I wish i could give these people 0 stars. VERY unprofessional and RASICT. My father in law went to pick up our car that was in an accident and when he showed up and asked for someone who spoke spanish, they proceeded to yell at him that “this is america” and that he needs to speak english. They dont even have an office, the workers are in their cars. Very very unprofessional and rude.
As you stated no one speaks spanish who works there, proving my point of the Racism. When asked for the office no one directed him as they were too busy screaming at him. All is on the dash cam!
