Grace, Art and Joey were all wonderful to talk to, and very receptive to my concerns. I was over there for service and after making an appointment, I didn't have to wait more than an hour :) Friendly, efficient and cost effective service. I highly recommend their business :) Thank you all !

Never… NEVER in my life have I been quoted a service over the phone so quickly, and when I come to pick up my car not only was it ready, but I paid almost exactly what I was quoted, and the difference was me paying less, not more. The guy who called me to let me know my other services was very kind, and didn’t pressure me into buying services I couldn’t afford at the time. This shop honestly has “Wow’d” me. Amazing experience! I went in for a stud replacement and Art and Ashley up front made me feel welcome and explained everything very well! The mechanics that were there worked diligently and got my car back to me quickly! Great atmosphere and everyone was super friendly! Definitely recommend!

This place is great. This is my second time using them for my car. The price is great. The people are great. They take the time to explain everything to you. They checked my car out yesterday called me yesterday afternoon. Told me what was wrong gave me the price had me back in my car by 10 AM today This place is awesome. I would recommend it to anybody. I Moved from New Jersey, and found this spot online.. i am so pleased i found them. The best mechanic shop i have been too. They take care of your car issues and do it correctly the first time. And the prices are very reasonable. Well it’s 2025 and 6 years later, I still love this shop! Honestly they have treated me like family. They are very transparent and professional. My buddy Artie is a great guy. Ask for him and tell him I sent you.. and Victor is one of the best Technicians there. Don’t be scared to try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is awesome. Been going to them since 2014. Always fair and honest. Last time was today. Bad crankshaft sensor. Fixed in less than 4 hrs.

I can’t say thank you enough to everyone at the shop they always get me taken care of one way or another and always do a fantastic job never once have had issues about getting work done or anything. I fully trust them to do work on my truck when stuff breaks or put a lift kit and tires on. (and there’s been a lot of stuff that has broken or needs replaced) No matter what type of work needs to be done these guy can do it. They have replaced my motor, A/C, Transmission, rear differential and so much more. These guys do fantastic work through and through highly recommend this shop to everyone and anyone. This is the only shop I will take my truck to also for the last 3ish years and won’t let anyone else work on it.

Absolutely the best! Art took good care of me he dropped me off and picked me up after the work was complete. I will not let anyone else work on my truck as long as I mam in central Florida. Highly recommend. They put a lift kit on the front and a airbag system on the rear. James Q.

My car was brand new with 2 miles on it when I purchased it and have always went to the dealership for maintenance. After I reached 100k miles I started looking for another mechanic and a friend referred me to Haines City Car Care Center. They are a small personable family business who are honest, caring and has reasonable prices. Recently, I had an issue with my car so I called, told them my issue (which was minor) and they said to bring my car right in. And they do good work!! I highly recommend Haines City Car Care Center.

My car broke down on the way to work, but I was fortunate to have it towed to Haines City Car Care Center, where the team managed to get it operational again within a mere three hours. I am grateful for their willingness to accommodate me in their schedule. Additionally, Art took care of replacing my brakes during the visit. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy displayed, which made my day considerably less stressful.

They did an excellent job with our tire. We were preparing to go back to maryland and noticed our tire had a nail in it. We stopped by the shop around lunch time and these workers went the extra mile. One of the people at the desk saw our need and helped us. They got the job done quickly, and he also did a quality job as we made it back to Maryland without any issues.

I recently took my car in for a check-up, and I was beyond impressed with the honesty and integrity of the team here. They identified a potential issue with a module but, rather than rushing me into an expensive repair, they actually recommended I get a second opinion from the dealer to ensure I make the right decision. It’s rare to find such trustworthy mechanics, and I really appreciate their approach. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they truly care about their customers. I can’t thank Art at Haines City Car Care enough for all the work he’s put into my 2023 GMC Sierra Denali. From the suspension upgrades to the struts, alignment, and everything in between—he’s been patient, professional, and honest every step of the way. Art really knows his stuff and always takes the time to walk me through what’s going on with my truck. I’ve brought it in multiple times, and he’s consistently gone above and beyond to get things right. If you care about quality work and dealing with someone who actually takes pride in what they do, go see Art. Highly recommend!

Art and his crew always provide premier services for the customers. Been going to this shop for years and never been disappointed. You literally get what you pay for here. I could have a half hour service being done and be charged for half hour of labor unlike other shops where they do the same job in the same amount of time and still charge for the full hour. There is a high honor system in place here. I highly recommend this shop.

I am a single mom and my car broke down on the side of the Road and they gave me a great towing company to contact. Then even though it was a Friday and they had several jobs ahead of me, They got my car done before end of day Friday so I could have my car all weekend to work. Grace with his a great customer service representative I recommend this place for anybody who needs help in the Polk County area.

So after calling several local repair places and hearing they were booking two weeks out, I ran out to get lunch. I saw HCCCC right down the street from our Dental lab and pulled in to see if they could help. I told them I had a slow leak in my tire and without blinking an eye, the gentleman put his hand out to get my keys. I said, "You can do it now?" He said, "Sure, take a seat." Inside of 10 minutes he returned with my keys. Job done! Super happy with their work and they charged half of what I was quoted by other shops. Great place. I will be back.

Couldn't ask for anywhere better!! I’ve been coming to this shop for a while, and they always do great work. This time I had three EVAP system codes and needed my spark plugs changed. Art got everything diagnosed and fixed within the same day, quick, professional, and solid work as always. Big thanks to Art and the team!

Great place where I take all of my car problems and maintenance. They are honest and do a great job at a fair price. I had a screw stuck in my tire this morning. Brought it in and left with it 10 minutes later all done. The other amazing thing is...no charge, Brian did it gratis! Thanks all!

Don’t 2nd guess Haines City Car Care! You will save $$ and get your care back quicker than anywhere, not to mention there is no job too small. Last Monday, I took my 2019 Ranger in for a windshield switch for $75 and today I had my two rear door latches on my 2008 F150 replaced. I had the parts, so $300 out the door. Art was extremely professional and got me in for both appointments quickly and both times done in under 3 hours. Great work, professional atmosphere, and extremely reasonable prices. Ashley was also awesome in the office!

Haines City Car Care Center is TOP TIER! Let me explain: I was fed up with my local dealership’s awful customer service, so I decided to call Haines City Car Care Center and ask if they could help with my car’s brake service needs. They were friendly and courteous and told me to come on over. I went by shortly after calling and I was treated to incredibly efficient service. They took me right in with no appointment and helped me right away. They not only beat my dealership price for the brake work by almost $100, they completed the job same day and in less than the time they estimated. HCCC provided friendly service, a clean and comfortable waiting area, great prices, honest communication and quality work completed. These guys are the real deal. If you are looking for great, affordable car care, give them a call! Thank you, HCCC!!!! You made my day!

These guys are absolutely AWESOME! Brought the Gladiator in to have the first leveling lift kit replaced. Art and another associate worked on it. Essentially adding new front & rear, upper & lower adjustable control arms, front & rear track bars and sway bar links, and a new steering kit. In addition to installing larger coil springs and new shocks. These guys know their stuff and put in the quality work, and it shows! Pricing was reasonable, and the customer service was great! Can't thank Haines City Car Care Center enough for the outstanding job they did, got my Gladiator looking and riding like a beast! Definitely have a returning customer here and will be referring. Thanks again, you guys rock! ????

Art and Bones always take great care of all our vehicles. From maintenance to performance to full lift kits along with rims and tires.
