Call my insurance roadside assistance number and they dispatched this company. When I called at 8:23 pm to get eta to make sure bc the text sent to me said 60 mins from the time 7:47 the guy told me additional 45 mins all I asked him is why because I had my 11 month old granddaughter who was crying (he heard her in background) he hung up on me and sent a text saying he canceled the service and contact roadside assistance again. I will never use this company no customer service skills and leave you stranded with infant in the middle of the road at night as if it’s your fault for having a flat tire. Smh!
