Honest review. Yea, they had the engine I was looking for. However, it was listed as "good running". Turns out, had bad rings. 181 day warranty. First week is cash back, everything after is credit. So, I would bring the engine back, get a credit through them, and have no engine, and a useless credit as they don't have another of the same engine. Lose/lose situation, and now I'm stuck with a bum engine with no recourse. Nice. They did give me a break on the price; whatever that's worth. Not much now.
Coming from working at a shop that deals with insurance claims, customer pays, and other types of repairs...Raw Auto Parts shows they care about their customers. The quality of parts for the prices are priced very fairly with the market they are competing for business in. They are ALWAYS my first call when possible. Alex and his team does a FANTASTIC job at running a small town business, especially in this economy!!
