Jarrett at Epic was absolutely amazing! My car was unfortunately in limp mode with the check engine light on and I needed to have it towed to the dealership for repair. When Jarrett arrived he took pictures of my car and told me he would also take pictures at drop off and send them to me since I wouldn't be going with my car. I was able to pay by card and the rate was excellent for a tow from Polk City to Winter Haven. If I ever need a tow again (hopefully not) I will be calling Epic Towing again!
Epic towing was fast, affordable and really helped us out in a tough spot. We were driving our 1966 Dodge van back from an event and the coil died right as we were first in line to turn left on Berkley and 92. This is a very busy intersection and we called a few other places before calling Epic because it was a Sunday and the others did not have drivers close or they didn't tow on Sundays. Jarett was at Walmart so he was hooked up to us within 20 minutes and we were back home safe shortly after. I was really impressed with our driver and the speed that they got us out of a precarious situation. Thank you Epic and Jarett. We will always call you when we break down in the future.

My vehicle wouldn’t start on Monday morning 12/09/2024. After trying to get it started myself I called my roadside assistance company ( Coach Net). They called Epic at 8:30 am. Epic gave them 9:30 to arrive at my location. At 9:30 am, Coach Net called me to see if they arrived. They had not. Each time I and Coach Net called the Epic dispatcher ( at least a half dozen) she would tells the driver was coming, but he never showed up. I waited until 12:30 pm (4 hours). Coach Net found Mission Towing who arrived in 30 minutes. Epic’s driver never called me updating on the status of his delay or arrival. Very bad experience!!
Needed my 66 Corvair flat bedded about 18 miles. AAA failed me the night before, making me wait two hours for a no show. These guys (William) were there in a jiffy, on an early Saturday morning. They exercised extreme care and delivered the car unscathed to my driveway. So grateful for this exceptional service.
They did take a bit longer than estimated to get to us but I’m blaming that on the weather and the fact that it was 6:30 in the morning. But Jarrett was super nice! I had originally called in for just a heavy duty truck, didn’t think they would also tow a trailer. They did though so we were grateful for that! Price was fair and pick up and drop off went smoothly. Will definitely use them again if the need ever arises. It looks like they also do farm equipment so this is definitely the tow truck company you need.
It took a little bit for them to get to us, but they are SO worth it. We had a touchy situation and they were professional, classy and reliable. Old school service by handshake. 100% recommend. Dispatcher was fantastic as well. Would use them again in an instant. A million thank you’s.

This towing company was very quick and efficient. Jarrett communicated with me immediately after being dispatched for my flat tire. He came within promised time. (The previous company which had been dispatched by my roadside assistance never showed after 2 & 1/2 hours.). He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had been towed to the dealership. ( He had to tow it to my home because the other company no showed and it was too late now to take it to the dealership). If you have a voice in who you can call for a tow make sure to call Epic and ask for Jarrett as your driver.
My car broke down off I4 during morning rush hour en route to Disney area. Jarrett was quick, efficient, and extremely accommodating. He has a genuine good energy about him that helped lift the mood which I really appreciated and he didn’t complain at all about the standstill traffic we were in. Good people deserve recognition!! Had a flat on a Saturday night in a remote part of town, and couldn't have asked for a more friendly, professional, and skilled person come tow my Porsche. He was meticulous about carefully loading my car, especially given the low suspension. Then a long drive to my house, but he made it seem short with friendly conversation. While I hope to not have a car towed again, if I do, you can be sure I will be calling Jarrett at Epic.

Since I discovered Epic towing a few years ago, anytime I need a tow I make sure to call them. The service is incredible. The driver today was named Jarrett. The customer service was amazing and my husband and I enjoyed talking to him. He put our car in our driveway with little space and he took very good care of our car!! Hopefully I won’t need a tow anytime soon but if I do I’ll make sure to call Epic again! They are reliable, on time, and deliver a great customer experience.

When 1990 Cadillac was wrecked my Insurance company dispatched Epic Towing. I was able to leave the car at the scene. As part of the sale of my vehicle, Jarrett from Epic Towing came to my home to pick up and deliver my sold car. What was very impressive was that they came with little notice and were extremely professional and organized. Jarrett was friendly, had his tow truck clean and ready and was able to complete the task efficiently. I was impressed. When you find a good business like Epic Towing, it is smart to stick with them especially if I need any future services like a battery jump, a tow or even if I’m locked out of my auto.
