As a property owner, these people are great! It's a shame that telling someone and putting it in the lease with them putting their initials doesn't set in, but once their car is towed, they get it. Best part is that I don't have to deal with the person who is mad because they did something wrong. Keep up the excellent service 👍

Our vehicle was towed during our vacation stay in Florida. We were perfectly fine with paying our tow fee & we did pay it, however, once we got to where our vehicle was towed is when all the fun began. We have a large SUV, which is supposed to be put on a rollback to be towed. We get in our vehicle to drive away with our grandchildren & children only to find out we had absolutely no breaks, go inside & inform the employee & we were initially told there is nothing they can do. We were there during the 4th of July holiday & they wanted us to wait from Thursday night until the following Monday to get an answer about our problem. My husband informed them that wasn't going to happen. After we caught attitude from the help they hired, who is the one who initially towed & messed up our vehicle, as he snapped our break line off from carelessly loading our truck, they finally agreed to have us Ubered back to our hotel. We had a fishing trip booked the following day that we were unable to make because we did not have our vehicle, so now by this point we are out our vehicle on our last day of vacation & $500 that we had to pay upfront. The next day comes & they agree to fix our break line. We waited half a day before they even got started to fix our vehicle. After hours of waiting they finally call to let us know that due to it being a holiday & the repair shop not wanting to mess with it, they would find a way to get us home in Ohio & then have our vehicle sent to us!!! What??? We drove there, are you crazy??? We were NOT leaving without our vehicle, so I let them know they would be paying for us to stay until our vehicle was fixed. This whole time we asked for a rental so we could at least continue our last day of vacation & take the kids to do some things, but they kept saying they would call us back with a plan. After waiting the entire day they finally found a shop to fix it & brought our vehicle back around 5:30 pm. They were supposed to have the Manager following back up with us so that we could share our frustration in all that occurred & also to get some kind of retro for the time & money we were out due to their mishap & here it is 2 weeks later & I have left several messages without a single reply. This is completely unacceptable. We were initially parked in the wrong spot & we accept our blame for that, even though we did this by pure accident, but the problem is they conducted business very poorly, which resulted in all of this to follow. Very discouraged in how all of this went down.

I left my car just a split second to long. The owner towed me. Bad luck for me. I took Uber to go retrieve my car, it hadn’t arrived yet. I beat the tow truck to his place. No one gave me a break. I do have disabilities in my legs, which made it very hard for me to walk across their parking lot of tow vehicles to find mine. They wouldn’t go get my vehicle for me. My rating is 1 for them Young lady in office was rude to me. I forgot to tell you all, and would not help an elderly person Just watch your self
