Needed an oil change for my Audi A4 and did an Internet search for local foreign car repair shops. JB Import Automotive Repair came up and had hundreds of stellar reviews. Let me tell you, they’re more than deserving of all the rave reviews! They fit me in quickly and per my request performed a complete vehicle inspection with photos and analysis, detailing items that might need attention, (but no pressure to complete). Every suggestion was quoted and conveyed in advance. I’m meticulous about my vehicles and appreciated their recommendations. 7/11/2025 was my first visit. JB Imports were recommended. I must say, the exceeded my expectations. Michelle is gem and a true access to JB Imports. I own a 2018 Alfa Romeo. They will be attending to all my mechanical and regular scheduled maintenance needs.
We took our Mercedes C43 AMG to JB Import for service. Typically I go to the dealership, but JB came highly recommended by a friend. JB is VERY clean, efficient and well organized. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. Our Advisor Liam was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Aside from all this, there was something that made us become customers for life.
They observed what appeared to be a slow leak in the engine. The repairs were going to be quite costly and we didn’t know if it was going to be covered under the extended warranty. Instead of just going ahead with the repairs, they did an additional test with dye and we’re not able to see a leak. They advised to bring the vehicle back in a month to see if there was any evidence of the dye showing. To me as a customer, them doing this additional test to be sure rather than just charging us for the repair…….instilled the confidence that I needed.
I would HIGHLY recommend JB to anyone and look forward to them taking care of our Mercedes in the future. Thank You!
I will never recommend this place to anyone. I went in about four months ago to get my AC fixed. They made me pay a $350 AC diagnostic fee just to see what was wrong, and then I had to pay another $300 for them to supposedly fix it. Since then, the AC has still not worked.
I brought it back, and they told me I would need to pay another $350 diagnostic fee. After arguing that it was their fault the AC was still broken because they did not fix it properly the first time, they waived the fee but insisted it was fixed. Now here I am a third time with the exact same problem. Clearly, they do not know what they are doing.
Their fees are outrageous — I have never seen anyone charge so much just to diagnose an issue. After paying over $700, you’d think they would have fixed my AC properly, but here I am with the same issue for the third time.
I will never go back to this place, and I highly recommend you stay away.
Michelle at JB Import is a rock Star! I was in need of an alignment for my Tesla Model Y and she got me right in the same day. I prefer going to local shops as a dealer alternative and I’m happy I chose them.

Honestly I feel good bringing my Bentley there. Mr. Hasan is very professional and has really shown 100% service and comfort. I suggest that in the future owner install a carport to protect vehicles from the sun and weather. That should be considered. Expensive cars must and should be protected at all times. Since owners protect their investment. Besides that all is good. All services are under warranty and has Mr. Hasan name on it. I recommend shop.
Google keeps pestering me for another review...so I will try to be a good dog. All I can add is that my second repair experience was equally good as the first. The folks at JB are excellent in all respects...outstanding work, highly knowledgeable, and you couldn't ask for a more personable front desk person than Michelle. I also apologize if the initial review struck folks as "raw," but I was just trying to point out that old German luxury cars are wonderful vehicles, but not for the weak of wallet. Great place for Mercedes service. They found (and documented with photos) a vareity of engine oil leaks and other issues missed by a competitor. Repair costs were breathtaking, but you have to remember that even 12 year old luxury cars were once very expensive...so it should not be a shock that keepinig them up to snuff will require writing big checks. Repairs can equal or exceed the highly depreciated car value, but these old beasts are such better automotive experiences than similarly valued generic Toyotas, Hondas, etc. Owning a luxury car is a lousy financial choice -- but keeping an old one alive seems to me more economical than buying new.
Staff were really nice. Had a lot of maintenance done on my 2019 VW Passat. Work seems good but they did leave oil on my seat and the side door. Just be sure to ask them to cover seats and clean up after. My previous shop washed and vacuumed my car after service.
It's not very often in life, that you meet someone that is honest & who genuinely just wants to help without expecting anything in return... and it's damn near impossible to meet someone like that in the car business, auto-repair, mechanics, etc... Hasan, however, is that diamond in the rough, the Unicorn that is all of those things and then some...
I own a 2013 RR Ghost and recently it's been having some issues. After taking it in to my local RR dealership and being quoted $14k - $18k for repair that, quite honestly, I think I could probably pull off myself with the right tools, I was left searching and unsure as to what to do. Spending that kind of $ on a simple repair was not an option.
So I started my online research to better educate myself, as to not get taken advantage of and/or to get confirmation that I just needed to bite the bullet on the repair. I stumbled across Hasan online in a RR owner's forum and he seemed to sharing a lot of useful info and helping out a lot of the community with detailed information and thorough, thoughtful responses. So although I am not in his area, and he wouldn't be the one to actually sell me anything or fix my rig, ( I didn't tell him that though) I reached out to him and told him what I had going on and what the dealership had told me and asked him what he thought. Within minutes, he replied and basically told me exactly what the dealership did, and told me that in no universe would he allow me to fall for that nonsense.
Instead, he took the time out of his day to find me the exact parts that I needed, via a VIN search that he did free of charge, he gave me a link to where to go to buy the parts, and told me what I should expect to pay in labor from an honest mechanic.
All-in that same $18k quoted repair from RR ended up costing me $5980 all-in, parts, shipping and labor. In one shot, Hasan took time out of his busy day to help a stranger out that hit him up online, and it saved me $12,000!!! No BS!! But it doesnt end there!!...
When my mechanic was installing the parts for the above issue, he stumbled across another problem that I had creeping up that needed to be fixed and asap before something much worse could happen. Once again, I took the car into RR and was quoted $9800 for them to repair it. And they pushed me hard w fear tactics, saying that it might not even be good to make it home that day, and if it doesnt it'll be a much bigger problem. They obviously didn't know about my boy Hasan!
I hit up Hasan later that day and once again, he laughed at the dealership's antics, shot me over part #'s and an even better, local place to source the parts. I ordered what i needed in 10 minutes, parts arrived in a few days, and the car wasn't even in the shop for a full day getting fixed. All-in that same $9800 service ended up costing me $1900! Magic Man Hasan saves the day again, this time saving me $7900! Not to mention the unquantifiable value in having the peace of mind that he instills with his knowledge and honesty! I obviously cant say enough good things about Hasan! He literally saved me $20k over the past month and he doesn't know me from Jack, and he didn't even make a penny for his help! And what really hammers it home for me, is that when it was all said and done, I called his shop and asked to speak to him. I explained to him who I was and told him all that had happened and thanked him for all that he had done for me. I asked him for his address, so that I could send him something nice as a thank you... and he said "I dont need anything from you. I do what I do for the community that I love. I do it, to shed light on the predators out there that try to take advantage of the owners of these vehicles. It's not about the $ or getting gifts, it's about knowing that I was able to help someone, and that's truly the best gift you could give me!" I mean, who is this guy!!

It took some time, however, JB took excellent care of my 2006 Mini Cooper. Mason and Michelle kept me well informed during the entire process. I can honestly say that my car is running much smoother and I'm pleased with my choice of JB.
I am a car collector with several European cars including several Porsches , Audi , Mercedes and most recently , Aston Martin. After acquiring my Aston Martin DB9 , the car had engine failure and transmission issues which I tried to resolve with the help of several Euro repair shops. After months the issue remained unresolved. I was eventually referred to Hassan at J&B Imports by another European Specialty shop. This has been the absolute best referral I have had for auto repairs and I have been collecting cars for decades. Hassan, the service manager, and Bradley , the technician assigned to my to my Aston repairs , stated with a very high degree of confidence that they were sure they could fix the car. After having the car not running for 10 months , having worked with several shops and advisors, including a dealership, I was not sure they could fix it but thought this would be my final attempt before ditching the car for parts. Much to my delight, the car is now running well and I am having them address a few other concerns with the car. These guys are totally transparent, very knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. Between the frequent, detailed progress reports and input on best path forward, I have the utmost respect for Bradley and Hassan as Automotive repair specialists and will trust them with the other vehicles in my collection. They are by no means inexpensive but if you seek results, these are the guys to repair and maintain your exotics. I travel 40 minutes to J&B and have found other like-minded car enthusiasts to be travelling from further away to have their cars maintained and repaired at J&B Imports. This is a testimony to the caliber work they do and the level of service and transparency.
Michelle is a miracle worker. She communicates very well and provides proactive updates. The service was as requested and items that needed to be addressed were identified and discussed. I'm hooked. Audi S8+ D4

JB Import and dealing with Hasan Hamade has been a 10/10 experience across the board. First shop that has provided picture and video evidence of repairs needed and advise on what are necessary repairs vs what can wait until later. I first came across this shop highly recommended when I bought a 1984 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit and it had issue after issue other Rolls Royce specialists could not figure out. Mike and Hasan were able to diagnose the issues and do multiple major jobs for me on that car. Since then I have purchased multiple cars through Hasan and other vintage RR elsewhere all exclusively serviced by the JB team and have not been let down once. Very glad to have met them and not only do business together, but also become friends with both Hasan and Mike and have been to multiple Rolls Royce and Bentley Owner Club meets and look forward to many more car deals together in the future.

Hasan sold me a 2000 rolls royce silver seraph I could't pss up. The car is in excelent condition, but needed a couple of things I wanted fixed. The technician did a very good job, a little pricey but works to my satisfaction. If you need any work done on your roll, I would take it to JB Imports.

Work performed: complete inspection, tune up, control arm replacement, coolant flush, and a new set of 255/ZR19 tires for a 2010 Audi S5.

I had a cooling issue with a Jaguar XK. Another shop had missed the cause which could have cost an engine. The attentive tech at JB caught it and the repairs have solved it. Have known the owner for many years and his integrity and commitment to serving the customer in a complicated business is superior.

JB Import always does a great job at a reasonable price. I have a 2009 CLK convertible so it's pretty old, but after this last visit it sounds and runs like a new car. Their communication is outstanding and they always keep you updated. Payment is easy and I pay the invoice online to save time. The shop is immaculate, so clean you could eat off the floor. I will always take my car to JB Import.
