When giving back old batteries be careful here. The sales rep that helped me told me “they don't give money back on batteries”. I was confused because I was told otherwise. Went back into the store after a quick google search and making sure I had my receipt where I purchased the new batteries and immediately got a refund for my “core” battery… If I didn't do my own research and present it to the Rep I would've given Napa my old batteries without them honoring their own batteries for recycle program.
Better prices than every parts store in pinellas county. I shop around and I used to go to discount or autozone because I was told Napa was more expensive. Apparently not! Check and compare before u buy.
Terribly unprofessional employees at this location. Multiple trips to this store left feeling disrespected. Manager just as rude as the other employees. Also good luck ordering online as they seem to ignore the orders coming in.
Put in an online order and had to wait hours for it to be processed. I could have walked there to the store picked up my battery, walk home change it, and walk the old battery back. Possibly and nap put in to by the time this order was processed. Dont order online. Oh I already called your customer care number and complained
Ryan truly went above and beyond to help us find a battery for our Infiniti he was beyond patient spent an hour with us while Crystal and himself still managed to keep the store flowing what a pleasurable experience I think Napa will be my new auto parts home thanks to Ryan these guys deserve a raise or a gift card something !!! I’ve been in hospitality 10+ years it’s rare to find a genuine gem like Ryan !!
If I could give a zero I would. Stopped in today to get wipers for my dump truck and had to use the restroom and they denied me even tho I was there shopping so I decided to shop at AutoZone instead. !!
I wanted to thank the staff at this Napa Auto Parts location in St. Petersburg, FL. Crystal especially went above and beyond to help me find the correct belt I needed for my lift. It took two trips but they were friendly and quick to help (multiple trips was due to my mistake not the stores). The store also has some of the best selection of parts and I am glad I live close to this location. Thanks and see you again soon!

Lou and the staff always have a helpful manner and insight to your needs with good availability to quality parts. I own few collector vehicles and they have been able to get parts for them .
If you spend 100 you get $5. I went to a diff. store spend $500+ and they can't find my info. I DON'T have the time to go online and add. They wouldn't honors $5 they send me for join ing.
If the staff knew more about cars then where how to drive(there is no "Napa know how"here)one it would be good good start.the staff is rude and unknowledgeable It's best to locate the part you need online then go to the store. Their other slogan of "more parts for more cars" is also wrong
They knew my name when I walked in & were polite from beginning to end. They took very good care of not only with my car but myself as well. & waiting time was over in great timing.

Good lord the place is so over priced on EVERYTHING! I cant imagine going there on the regular. $22 for a basic needle nose pliers. For the amount they charge the employees could be a little friendlier im just saying
Small store but very helpful and friendly staff. Lou at the desk helped me with a coolant issue, spent time figuring it out, and came up with a creative solution. Highly recommend!
I needed an AC blower fan for my CX-5 and found the part online through this local NAPA store. I contacted the store and they were very professional, advising me to pre-order, as the part was not in stock. They provided the part #. I ordered the part and it arrived within an hour. They called me as soon as it arrived. When I visited the store, the staff was courteous and the correct part was there as promised. The price was extremely fair and I even received a AAA discount. I ended up saving about $150 by ordering it through NAPA and installing it myself. Great job!
Well got a couple cool things from there they were on sale normally if no one has the part you need nap and we'll have it when they have a sale they have some really cool things not just Tools in and stuff like that like I got a speaker at the can of oil it's pretty cool looking here's a picture of it
This NAPA Auto parts store is very helpful. I needed a drive belt for one of my printing presses and my part number was wrong. The gentleman at the counter noticed this and measured my old belt and got me the correct one with no problems. It worked great!!! I highly recommend this store!!!
Customer service was primo. A1. Original prices were a little pricey for the product we were looking at. To sell us, the worker had sales which helped the price. Sold.
These cats r very knowledgeable about their products & helped me tremendously when I became stumped on do'n my back brakes (Drum) on my 2004 Chevy Classic! I can't thank them enough! Now, lets talk prices!! WELL... It can run quite high there! But in a lot of cases, they'll have what u need! Where as their competition only houses what they sell most of- Ya know, like what WALMART does. So, if ur stumped or look'n for a part/tool/whatever that's not of the norm (or is) u gotta go to NAPA. I'll pay the prices to finish my project asap, rather than HOPE I can find it on the web & PRAY that its correct & then have to WAIT for it! Savvy??

Usually have what I need. A little creepy service. Always a little pricey on same brand products, found elsewhere. I expect to pay full price for ECHLIN brand, but not on items from their competative marketers. For that stuff I always shop around. The website still doesnt work smoothly on smartphones.
This place is awesome for all of my auto part needs. Especially if it's a hard to find part. The people are super friendly and very professional. I love this place
