Wow! What an amazing staff. Nate went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on with our battery and to help us feel safe driving while we are in town. Could not recommend this store enough because of their professionalism and care for their customers. If you’re in, ask for Nate. Such a great guy, he is the type of guy i would want working for me if this were my business.

I drove all the way from Ontario to St. Pete's to spend Christmas with my loved ones. Unfortunately, I encountered some brake and engine issues along the way. In my quest to find the right automotive parts, I reached out to Advance Auto, Autozone, and O'Reilly. Let me tell you, O'Reilly truly stood out as the ultimate winner in my book! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff always went above and beyond to assist me. They had everything I needed conveniently located in one store. I was truly impressed by their exceptional customer service and their extensive product knowledge, which surpassed any of their competitors. I usually go to different auto stores, but lately they haven't been on point. So a friend suggested this store. They had just what I needed. I even was looking for a part for my hot water tank in my house, and the staff there looked it up for me and told me exactly what I needed. So I've been going here ever since. My new parts store.
Nate welcomed us with a big smile and a rare willingness to help. After being distressed over my battery, I asked Nate to perform a test for me which revealed the battery to have gone deficient. Nate then offered with enthusiasm to replace the battery for me for no cost if I bought the battery with O’Reilly- two minutes later, the problem was solved and I could not thank Nate enough.
Despite being busy the staff was very friendly and very helpful. They tested the battery, it was bad and they replaced it w a new one.

Where I was getting vehicle fixed at auto shop owner does business with O'Reilly, so delivery driver name Andrew delivered part that was needed for vehicle he was so polite and funny the customer service I received was A+, thank you O'Reilly for making my day(blissful)from Andrew.
Excellent service but told me my battery was bad and sold me a new one.
Old one was only 6 months old and the dealer check it and fully charged it.
I now have 2 batteries for my boat.
I came in looking for a piece to keep my battery from sliding. I was helped by Regina. She walked out to my car and knew exactly what I needed. In fact she found the piece that I needed that I thought that I had lost. So it was less expensive!!
She walked out and installed the piece for the battery clamp.

Terrific. My car battery died with no advance notice, Oye! O'REILLY sells a car starter with a long life lithium ion battery and not much bigger than a cell phone which has cables to start most cars with 800 amp output. Cost was comparable to the older style huge ones with short term battery packs which must virtually be charged monthly if not weekly.
This lithium ion item will fit in the glove box and because it use a "c" phone charger cable, can even be charged in the car while driving!
The store I first went to could not access the charger so they called ahead and had one ready at a store 8 minutes away. Friendly service at both stores. Glad I went there.
It was just kidding working behind the counter I called before I went there I have a 1970 Cadillac with blue looks sauce car was made way before this kid was even a twinkle in his mom's eye told him I wanted two glass pack mufflers plus the clamps and any kind of extensions I would need to put the glass packs on the exhaust the kid was very knowledgeable to my surprise for his age experience excellent highly recommended
Great store. You might pay a little more. than Wal-Mart but you can always be assured that the employees are always willing to help you.

Great place, great service!!! I went into this auto parts store for a digital tire inflator. I was pleasantly surprised of the help that I received. Normally, a lone female in an auto parts store is ignored. Not here!!! Again, I just like to say that I received great service. Will I go back? You better believe I will go there again even though it is slightly out of my way.
We are live-aboard boaters, arrived in St Pete's needed a solenoid - courteous staff, found part had shipped to this location and help arrange pickup. Went Way Beyond. Much Appreciate their Efforts. Excellent
I went to the store after being sent away from there competitors to help a lady with light bulb issues. Nate went above and helped us out. Changed the light bulb and made sure they all worked correctly. Thanks so much Nate
I've been here many times , but the first time I got someone who was not a car guy. I asked to have my battery checked, thinking I needed a new one and the guy didn't know how to use the tester. Had to ask someone to do it for him. I guess we have reached "full employment"
Our battery was drained and under warranty. Easy no hassle exchange and the management team and staff was great to chat with. Will be back as we continue to work on our bus.
Great knowledgeable staff that know how to help everyone even when busy. Went out of their way to make sure that everything was installed properly on my motorcycle I was missing a motor mount bolt and I can't thank these guys enough for going above and beyond for me right before the store closed. Will definitely come back.
The staff is super helpful and very quick to order parts in for my different projects. And they even have a tool loaning program. Since they got a new manager (old one sucked, he was very grumpy and rude) the place has been a pleasure to shop at.
Terrible service. I called at 8:48 am this morning for my part. Have all my info, The clerk said he would have it in by 3:30 pm with their delivery truck, it’s a core part so I had to take my car apart and bring it in. By the time I reach the store in my Uber, the associate tells me that the order was never made and that I’m out of luck for the day and the soonest will be in 2 days....and that’s it. No accommodations or accountability taken by the store at all, I was left with a dismantled car and a power steering pump in my hand. Luckily AUTOZONE had it in stock on 29th ave north and 34st. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Smh
Go to Rick! He is absolutely amazing. My check engine light came on so I came in for a diagnostics check. Rick tended to it right away, all while explaining everything I did not fully get. I now know what to look for. While at the check out, I briefly spoke to a couple of other associates and they were all very friendly.
