Typical tow company. They stole my truck from resident parking in less than 60 minutes. I actually had contacted 911 before they even called in the tow. I let the tow company know I was on the way and still stood outside waiting for 45 minutes at 11pm. Thanks again! Bless your hearts.
Let’s not tow people when there is a natural disaster happening. People are trying to get to higher grounds and evacuate during a hurricane and you are lurking around trying to find people to tow. Disgusting company.
Towed a car in a visitor spot with a sticker on it, even the complex tried fighting it and still nothing. Dispatcher was nasty the entire time knowing they were wrong. Even to Tony our assistant manager. Poor service and tower truck driver clearly can't see the words VISITORS. WHAT A POS COMPANY
The absolute most disgusting experience, not allowing someone to pick up their vehicle because it’s outside of “business hours” is a joke. People got places to go & be at, the same way you guys have 24 hours towing, have the same 24 hours for people to pick up their vehicle. And needing an appointment to pick up personal property, is also an absolute joke. Do better. Let’s add that i had to wait a whole hour because they don’t have active receptionist to work there and they have to call her to come in, so you have to wait however long she decides to take, called about 7 times and they just kept saying let me see how far she is, 20, then 8. I was waiting for an additional 30 for her to arrive.

This people got a monopoly in Clearwater in the Largo area I live in a gated community I got a parking ticket on my windshield in my car. They still told my truck and I had to pay $207 no warning or nothing they just took it. The girl had a real bad attitude over the phone. You can only pick your car by appointments only. I just moved here like a year ago from Philadelphia and I can’t believe this stuff. How the city let something like that happen here in ClearWater Florida. If you live in a the grand reserve apartment in Clearwater or in largo they let them come in when you sleeping and the take your car simple as that
If I could I would put in a zero star. This place is the biggest scam on earth, there are 4 visitors spot and they are all taken. So I park in front of the rental office. Less than 1 hour in and my car is gone
Not professional and borderline illegal, stealing cars for no reason, not operating in legal boundaries or contracts, making up rules as they go or as fits pockets, the guy has ego bigger than the truck, company is failure and as long as he does business the way he does it will continue, or when the same thing happens to one of their own they will cry like a little girl and say it's not fair, as they scam hundreds of people and hundreds of families, I couldn't sleep at night knowing the job I did hurt people and I had to scan my way to get by. "Boys these days".... they'll grow up one day become a good business, then did you see the comments about the little girls and other scams .
They are evil nasty dishonest people and god doesn’t miss enjoy being in business because you can only mess with so many people til you mess with the right one they illegally tow cars in VISITOR SPOTS in the rain in the middle of the night!!! An apartment complex I lived in had my car towed because of a flat tire (I was in the hospital that week and NO ONE had the decency to call me before/during or after the car was towed). When I called to get the car back they said I owed $800 for towing and storage fees and they refused to accept payment over the phone. When I went to their place the next day no one was there and when I called they told me I had to make an appointment in advance to get the car. They wouldn't come that day to let me get the car. A few months went by before I called them again to make arrangements to get the car and was told that it was deemed an abandoned vehicle and sold at auction. It is obvious from all the negative reviews posted on their website that something needs to be done to stop these unscrupulous theives. I am currently seeking to hire an attorney to help get them to reimburse me for the value of the . Wish me luck!. to take them to court and reimburse me forthe value of the car that I'll never see again.
Car was towed for absolutely no reason. I was parked outside of the complex where I live with a parking pass. When a friend went downstairs to try to talk to the guy/find out where it was going, the driver proceeded to bait her - slowing down for her and then speeding up when she got close to the truck.
I then had to Uber to the tow lot to get my bag (of course my purse and wallet were in the towed car). When I arrived I told them I needed to go to the bank because they’d only take cash for the car. I would be right back. In the few minutes it took to retrieve cash, they closed the lot to go tow someone else’s car, leaving me standing outside in the dark by myself in an industrial park in Pinellas Park.
Trash. Absolutely unprofessional. Had multiple people waiting over 40 minutes after their Google posted time and team confirmed they open at 8am. The employee who drives a silver Toyota at the Largo location has the audacity to say “who told you we open at 8am?” Might want to refresh his memory that it is posted everywhere you open at 8am. I would assume promptly. Must be nice to be able to show up that late for work with such blatant disregard of people’s time and continue to inconvenience so many day after day. Such a grimy business.
Just had some guy come try to steal my car who claims to work for these guys. My complex permit was clearly displayed in the window. Lucky my neighbor woke me up because I had to go out there point directly at the sticker for this kid to see it. This child clearly did not like that I just called him out for being incompetent. Like you have 1 job, 1 job!!! There is either a sticker or there isn’t, how hard is it? And these are peoples 20000 dollar cars that we rely on heavily, just taking them like it’s nothing. He proceeded to threaten to beat me up and that he was going to come back later and take my car anyway. Gesture with his tools like he was going to hit me. Un believable. He then had the nerve to tell me to go inside before he would leave. He finally started to drive off before stopping, getting out again, trying to start a physical fight. What a bunch of losers this place employs. Clearly by all of the 1 star reviews they don’t care at all. Hard to be a high rated tow company but this speaks for itself. Reported to the BBB I encourage everyone to do the same. A place can’t just operate like this.
Horrible experience - towed my car when it was parked in the correct spot and charged me insane amount of money to get my car. Predatory towing at its finest. I reported this company to the BBB for follow up. This company needs to be shut down. Please report to BBB for future customers who get scammed by Autopros.
I'm handy cap and they towed my car anyway because they didn't see the handicap sign cost me $175. And they were rude upset me then yelled at me My car had a orange scratch on it that it didn't have before. And they forgot to give me my license back so I had to drive 40 minutes to go get my license back. Heartless acting like they were good people.
The sticker will not come off without taking off my custom tint and the writing they put on my window won't come off at all. Guess I just have a date written in sharpie on my windshield now.
Absolutely hate this place. I put a sign on my loaner car stating there were no visitors spots and please to not tow that I will get a parking sticker in the morning from
the rent office because my son and I had been driving around for hours looking for parking and he had school in the morning. I had no way of getting a parking permit before the rent office closed, they still towed the car. I called and explained to these people 2 in the morning that I left a note on the car explaining this and you guys still towed the car, spoke with a guy named Juan and he fell asleep or was ignoring me while I was speaking to him. I have no job and now I’m trying to figure out how to pay this so that my son can get to school in the morning. This is wrong!!!!!!
Multiple of my friends and myself have gotten their car towed in the middle of the night, and have been made late to work in the morning because of how long it took to try and get our cars back in the morning. For people who work in morning, the opening time is an inconvenience, as well as the lack of urgency to help people get there car back. This is the second time I’ve had to wait past the opening time for someone to help get the car back.
Towed my brand new, freshly washed 2021 Camaro Convertible... Which was backed into a legal spot...on the 3rd floor...in my private residence... in a secure and gated building... At 2 am... 3 days before christmas... Because I hadn't yet displayed the "new sticker" on the back window.
The tow truck driver had to physically exit his truck, walk around the back of the car, and check in order to even know I hadn't displayed the new tag. Out of curiosity, I walked the garage and counted 6 other vehicles BEFORE getting to mine who also didn't have said sticker displayed.
Forget the transponder sticker which is required to get in the gate... And the color coded rearview tag with the building name printed on it... and forget the fact the license plate was registered to my apartment and recently updated when I changed plates.
The icing on the cake is the fact that the vehicle was pulled out at precisely 1:51 am and their policy MAGICALLY only includes 6 hours of storage for the flat $125 tow fee. They were sure to also charge me mileage (14 miles away) as well as additional charges for time storage. $191 in total.
Oddly enough, when I went to pick the vehicle up, they had no employees working. I called the phone number and was told someone would be sent out. 8 minutes later, I called again and was placed on hold for 24 minutes before I hung up and called the alternate phone number for their Tampa location and was told that he was on his way.
Another 20 minutes later, a tow truck driver showed up, blowing his vape clouds while I was trying to pick up my vehicle. He then proceeded to ask me how many horsepower my car had and continued to make multiple jokes about racing me on his tow truck, stating he would win ...if he took the bed off? What?
To boot, the road to get to the yard has crater sized potholes and is a dirt road so my freshly washed car was also completely filthy.

Towed without warning. Went to pick it up and had to wait 20 mins for someone to show up to the shady lot. Lot is surrounded by a road with a ton of potholes. Apartment complex didn't even call them, they just show up and look for cars to tow because....money.
I've had stickers put on my car before with a warning, most of the cars in their lot had stickers on them. I didn't get one, I just got towed. And $178 cash only no change provided for less than a day? Crooks.
Worse experience ever.Anthony was uncaring and nonchalant towed my car in error for supposedly no parking permit however I was parked in a future resident parking along with several other cars funny how I was the only one singled out and towed. Very Unprofessional and refuse to apologise for his wrongdoings. Even the security Officer at the apartment complex is escalating this situation.never use or recommend this company.
I parked for less than ten minutes to pick up a co-worker for work. My car was towed in that time. $152. For the tow to get my car back. And they have no change so I had to pay $155. They are vultures.
This company operates in the grey area of the law to put it mildly. They will tow your vehicle 15 minutes after you go inside even if you are parked in an unmarked location. Then you will be forced to call the police if you want the right to inspect your vehicle before paying and signing away your rights to hold them responsible for any potential damages. Then if you actually want your car back it's going to cost you a minimum of $156 even if they towed it for less than 5 miles and held it for less than 12 hours. People park where they should not, people get towed, people have to pay to get their cars back. I have no issue with any of that. It's the absolute lack of respect for you or the law that these people have that makes them a borderline criminal organization.
I didn't want to give you 1 star at all!!! I added pictures so you can see why they towing cars and making money of the people that park in The Standard 2690 Apt complex. So let me start with the office - Mr. Kevin Jeffcoat- Has no sense what customer service is. He claims he has no idea why the cars are been towed and like he said "that's between you and the tow company". But yet the visitors sign are so faded you can barely see them at night. As you can see on my pic attached. If they didn't authorized the towing company to pick up the cars they wouldn't do it . I'm sure they get money of it too. However Its not the towing company responsibility to make sure the faded visitors signs are painted and visible for the towing company. Now this towing company Auto pros - Spoke with JOSE & JUAN. Neither one of them have any class at all or care about serving their customers. All they want is $140, nothing else matters to them, I have picture and offered to send it to JUAN!! But Juan said I don't care i go by my picture, you want your car ...pay and stop F***ing calling here. I will also make a report to BBB and will fwd the pictures to them. Since Juan didn't care to look at them. Customer is not always right but there is no need to treat them like scum. Put yourself in the customer position and try to understand. Not belittle the person and go for their money. Service goes a long way when you know how to do it.

Don’t let any towing company bend you over like this one tried to do to me. I was so upset because I thought it was stolen (genuinely poor signage by the apartment complex and the towing company as well I’m sure) but nonetheless, that’s how they get you, and I was got. Fair enough. But where the problem really comes in is that I called and requested my car numerous times and I clearly indicated that I needed my car immediately. I almost got taken advantage of with this dude trying to give me some “by appointment” only and over two hours after my request, Bologna!

They are required by LAW to be available 24 hours by phone and upon calling to retrieve your car, they are also required by LAW to meet you on the premises and return your vehicle to you within 1 hour! after that - they’re in violation of the statute andddddd its a felony
It was well over 2.5 hours and no one wasn’t present for me to return my vehicle. Not only have you violated the state law, that’s just poor business and there will be repocusssions simply based off of principle - this has nothing to do with the money. This is about doing business in a sneaky unethical way and most likely getting away with it causing a tremendous inconvenience or many I’m sure. So if my actions will protect others, then saddle up because It will be addressed. You shouldn’t be in business
Andy from the shop was awesome, I had a situation with my car, definitely got towed but you always can get something positive from bad situations. Overall Andy was a class act and helped me with my car and I'm definitely gonna get his car and use this company as a reference if I ever need assistance. 5 star!!!
Autopros was very professional and helpful during a previous unfortunate situation where my car was towed. Today when my car broke down I called them. They were fast and provided great service. I will definitely use them again.
