Where do I begin with the best review I could ever give, Nick has made my first transport the easiest & smoothest experience and if I could give him 100 stars I would. He transported our 2018 Lexus LX from Texas to GA and our vehicle was picked up at 3:15 pm yesterday and arrived around 1:00 PM today EST. The car came flawless with the shipper he chose. I initially started this and paid a while ago and with my mom and some health issues and delays, he was still so incredibly kind and even had to stop it once a shipper was assigned due to a delay. He is truly the best person I have worked with in customer service and could not have been nicer. The day I was ready to go again and before that.. even waited a week after the day I told him we would be ready due to another delay with my mom, he was communicating all day long with me about the entire process and knew he would pick the perfect shipper I could trust and was right. I trust Nick wholeheartedly to deal with any family or friends needing to ship their vehicle and will always use him as a referral. Nick, I can’t really can’t thank you enough for an awesome experience with a stressful situation and would give a million stars if I could. Thank you for answering my calls with so much kindness, getting my car to me looking just like it did when it went on the trailer, dealing with our delays and answering all questions in between in an extremely timely manner! Nick was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process so much simpler than I expected. We shipped from the east coast to the west coast, and didn't really know what to expect from it. All of my questions were answered, and everything was thoroughly explained to help ease our minds. Initially I was quoted a drop off time of about a week and a half, and got my car in 5 days. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Nick was great to work with. Had a direct line straight to him which made coordination easy. The prices were fair compared to many others and he was just in general very nice and confident in his ability to get our cars transported safely which is always assuring. Moving from the Midwest to the west coast was incredibly stressful but after speaking with him I was quite confident our cars would arrive alright. The person who dropped them off wasn't the best at communication but Nick did his absolute best to get through and I ended up with an hour notice which was plenty of time. Very grateful to Nick, I had last-minuted my decision on a car transporter for our move because I was terrified something terrible would happen, ended up going with Graham Family purely based on reddit reviews, and was very happy with my decision. The absolute BEST customer service! With all of the scams and untrustworthy auto transport companies, it was very hard to find a legitimate business. I found out about Graham Family Auto Transport and probably read over 25 reviews in regard to their company. I can attest to their dedication to good old customer service. I had a car I purchased transported from Texas to New Jersey and it was seemless and never left me feeling anxious or worried. That's all because of how Nick runs his business. He's super friendly and genuine and knows his craft well. You can definitely trust him to move your vehicle without any issues, while providing you with a piece of mind. A+ business

There are a lot of reviews and posts out there related to this industry that made me really anxious about shipping my car 1,000 miles. Luckily that wasn’t my experience! Nick was super responsive, available for questions, the pick up and drop off by Yurii were great and they generally made things easy. Highly recommend!

Great company I’ve used them Twice for cross country moves. Once from FL to Tx and then from WA to GA. The carrier that delivers the car even helps me poor coolant in car that was leaking. They are reasonable and not out to take your money highly recommend.

I’ve waited to submit my review for my car transport from end of April 2025 from El Paso, TX to eastern PA. First of all, be aware, this is a car broker (not that it’s a negative, but it is something to be aware of). I was quoted a price by Nick and then told when a shipper was acquired, the broker would take on the price cut on the difference between their fee and the shipper’s cost ($50), so I wouldn’t be charged more (great!). However, the company (DJO Trucking) the broker (Graham’s) used did not communicate well with me… my delivery date/time was pushed back time after time with little communication to me (I had to reach out to Nick several times… and he did do his best but I did not like being put in this situation where I was constantly asking for updates). I was inconvenienced numerous times (based on inaccurate information about delivery- shipper passed by my location to go to NYC/Long Island before returning to me… and driver claimed he was driving over 12+ hrs straight, which does seem unsafe) before I finally received my vehicle. I believe Nick tried but be aware they are a broker and their shippers might not be the most reliable. I’m happy to have my vehicle, in good condition after transport.

Shipped my car from Irvine to Seattle this week. Nick was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. I was able to book and pay the first payment online (which wasn't charged until a driver was confirmed). The driver was prompt and fast! Nick was the best to work with. I needed my car shipped from CA to AL while we drove our other vehicle. As I was researching companies, I came across Graham Family Auto on Reddit. They stood out since they're family owned and didn't spam me with tons of calls and emails after a quote like the other companies. Nick not only had a reasonable price, but also worked closely with us the whole time. Even when there were some complications with our first driver being flaky with pickup times, Nick kept in touch, always answered the phone personally, and found us a new driver despite our time crunch. I had a phenomenal experience with this company. Nick was extremely communicative, thorough with disclosures, and knowledgeable about the industry & process. The vehicle was picked up on the first day of a three-day window and delivered on the exact day estimated for delivery. The vehicle did not have a scratch. It was delivered from San Diego, CA to Philadelphia, PA. The price was slightly above what was quoted by others, but there were absolutely zero shenanigans (no price / billing adjustments, delays, etc.). The communication, professionalism, and service is 100% worth the price. It's reassuring to know your car is well-taken care of during a cross-country transit. Nick helped me transport an older truck from Reno NV to Duanesburg NY last week. The first driver ran into issues, but when I spoke to Nick about it, he lined up a driver that exact day to pick my truck up. Dispatch called me and said they would deliver it during the weekend, and they did. I 100% would recommend the Graham Family Auto Transport. Nick helped me get my car from Northern California to Southern California and I can't recommend him enough. After dealing with 2 other companies who failed to provide the service due to: #1 increasing price after already confirmed price and #2 truck breakdown. I decided to go with Nick after seeing some of his posts on Reddit. Nick was incredibly communicative and responsive for the entire process. I would highly recommend Graham Family Transport. I bought a new vehicle in California and needed it shipped to Arizona. After days of reading various reviews on multiple platforms and reading some of the horror stories of the industry, I reached out to Nick and Graham Family Transport. He provided a quote immediately which was inline with other brokers. I went ahead and booked it and Nick went out to find a carrier. It turns out that the California to Arizona route was more challenging than Nick originally planned but rather than coming back and asking me for more money (common practice in the industry), he lowered his broker fee to keep the quoted price the same. Anytime I had a question for Nick, he responded to my texts almost immediately. The shipment was picked up, the carrier used was great (I got phone call/text message updates along with being able to track the carrier via GPS). The truck arrived in perfect condition. Absolutely fantastic experience and customer service from Nick and Graham Family Transport.

I recently had a truck shipped using Graham Family Auto. The experience was wonderful. Nick the owner was very responsive, answered my calls immediately, and was informing me of the status of my vehicle every step of the way. I shipped my truck (which was inoperable) from South Carolina to South Florida. I called Nick on Monday to book the transport, and the truck was delivered to me on Wednesday. This was my second time using Graham Family Auto Transport and once again it was a great experience. I bought a car and needed to have it shipped from Texas to New York. I asked Graham Family for a quote and received it quickly for a very fair price. After booking, Nick (the owner) immediately reached out giving me a time frame and more info. I only booked a day before my desired pick up date, but even on short notice they were still able to find a carrier to pick my car up the next day. While my car was in transit Nick was always available by text and call giving me updates and answering my questions. My car ended up arriving a day earlier than it was expected which was a great surprise. It was in great condition and the carrier was friendly, professional and was very careful throughout the unloading process. This was my first time purchasing and shipping a car from out of state. Initially I was very skeptical of all shippers, as I’ve read lots of horror stories and reviews online (reddit). Nick was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner (initially late in the evening!). The price was very reasonable and competitive for enclosed trailer, and Nick was great to work with and helped let me know where my car was throughout the process. He helped find me the best price and shipper that met all my needs. Not to mention this was all very quick! Illinois to Washington in 3 days. I’ll definitely work with Graham’s family auto for any future out-of-state purchases.

To start This will be long. But mainly, stop looking for any other transport companies to use nationwide because Graham FamilybTransport is all you need to use. I have had to use transport companies multiple times in the past, all times I tried different companies because every time was a nightmare. They all had terrible communication or non at all. So I this time was just gunna drive 3,000 miles away from FL to CA to bring vehicle back myself. But gas alone would cost more. So I got on google and found Graham Family Transport, saw reviews and seen that Theyvlive only 30 minutes away from me . I prefer to use family owned businesses especially local. Families care more. So I rolled the dice. Not only did They answer immediately but it was from Nick the owner. Process was great price, smooth. I explained that Inhave worked Ford service over 10 years and know communication is key. I am easy to deal with, I just wanted communication and I ? got it from Nick. Now fast forward to me arriving to San Jose CA on October 5th. Friend was gunna fly out the 9th to meet me and was gunna make a trip to Santa Cruz out of it. Now if anyone nationwide followed the news. They would understand what happend day after I arrived. I was woken up at 6am by my buddy telling me to turn news on. Me seeing a Hurricane Milton heading directly towards My Clearwater Tampa area. So he never was gunna be able to come as the storm was gunna hit the day he was to arrive on the 9th. So back to Nick with Graham Family Transport. I didn’t even have to reach out to him. He called me asap. I told him to worry about himself and take care of prepping for storm. I Originally set pick up date for October 8th. Granted he had many transpoters he dealt with in that area. Bit we didn’t want them to be stuck trying to get back in FL. So I told him do what you can. Fast forward to after Hurricane Milton. Nick called me morning of after storm and jumped right to work and Got transport for next day. Never in my life could I have found any other company that would have jumped through hoops even when I was understanding and telling him to take care of the disaster. Comunication from Nick was First class and they only use the same transport companies that they know will get Job done. I was under extreme amount of stress Not being able to go Home before or after storm to be with Family. So By Nick taking care of this asap took so much more stress off my plate. Fast forward to today Just dropped off. It was not only dropped off the day it was scheduled but it was in one piece. Being a hard to find classic it was important. I wasn’t even in rush for drop off as much as pick up . And both were perfect. Now people need to understand that its not always gunna be textbook because things occur. But the fact That Nick went through a Cat 3 hurricane and still got to work. Shows high quality class and great pride in his business. I was really skeptical about auto transport companies out there because I kept hearing about bad experiences others had. This was my first time having a car shipped. I just bought a 1973 Corvette from out of state and decided to give Graham Family Auto Transport a try. I really appreciate how this company handled everything. I loved that they communicated with me and and kept me up to date with time frames. They hired Spark Prime Logistics to transport my car and was really happy with the experience. My car actually arrived quicker than expected!!!

Nick Graham from Graham Family Auto Transport took me through the ins and out of auto transport when I was mulling over whether to keep my car during an across the country move. His quote, but more importantly his professional way of leading me through this new-to-me service made me come back to him when I needed to move the car. He kept up with me during the wait period for my dates and his arrangements to meet my deadlines. The transport went smoothly and did not divert from the quoted, and reasonable, estimate. Any time I see a company with a 5-star rating, I always pause and ask myself, "Is that really legit?" I am pleased to be able to assure you that it is, in fact, legit - when it comes to Graham Family Auto Transport. Nick, the owner, came through in a BIG way for me and my family. He is one of the best businessmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. You see, I had been working with another auto transport broker prior to contacting Nick, and this particular broker was borderline scamming me. They asked me to pay them upfront before the contract was even written, before my loan had even been fully approved, AND literally weeks before I even needed the vehicle shipped.... despite their website prominently displaying a blurb that says, "No upfront payments! You will not be charged until your driver is dispatched!" As soon as I sent the payment, I knew, in my gut, that something felt off. After that happened, this broker then proceeded to ignore me for 7 entire days - during an already-stressful time in my life, which included, but was not limited to, my wife being in the ER - and yet, I saw that they were actively hunting for new customers on Reddit the whole time that they were ignoring me. It's rare that I ever feel disheartened and disrespected by a business, but man, that hurt. One night while I was panicking a little, I came across a comment that Nick made on Reddit that seemed really helpful. My gut sent me good signals about him. I decided to give him a call out-of-the-blue to see if he would be open to discussing this situation with me. Not only was he open to it, but we had an OVER 45-minute discussion about it over the phone. Nick completely, 100%, confirmed my suspicions that the broker I was working with was pulling some shady stuff. Also, at no point did he ask to work with me or pressure me into anything. He simply LISTENED and cared. After that conversation, I knew I had to go with Nick, despite being out $250 from the other broker, knowing I may never get that money back. From the moment Nick and I first spoke, to the moment my new vehicle was delivered to my home, the entire process was simply wonderful. It was fast, efficient, transparent, easy-to-understand, and just plain comforting. Nick answered every question I had, replied to my texts quickly, updated me along the way, and even showed me his humorous side a few times. His website clearly stated that they don't charge your card until the driver is dispatched - and that's exactly what happened. No upfront payment. I just drove my new truck for the first time tonight and had a lovely Thanksgiving with my family. Nick made that possible by getting this truck delivered to my home just a couple days ago. If you are reading this review and need to get a vehicle shipped to your home, there is absolutely no reason to go with any other broker. Seriously. Nick will get you a fair (or better) price, and he will provide an infinitely better customer experience than the big corporate auto transport brokers will. Amazing experience with Nick the owner! First time I’ve ever bought a car sight unseen and he made the experience getting it picked and shipped to me amazing. I was getting quotes from all these big brokers that couldn’t care less about you and send automated quotes. I was really nervous about shipping my new 1965 Chevrolet c10 from all the horror stories you read online. Then I came across this company on Reddit! He seemed like an actual human being haha, so I gave him a call and in a short 10 min conversation he made me feel very comfortable with everything. Down to earth “small” business feel that you wish all these other companies would go back to. That’s not all, after I booked with him he was available immediately every time I called, texted, or emailed (and I bothered him with wanting updates a LOT!!) and Nick was always friendly and fast! Nick was able to find a carrier for me pretty fast as well!! Good prices. One of the best experiences overall I have had with a company in a long time. Please please take my advice and choose Nick if you plan to have your car shipped!!

As other reviewers have mentioned, I met Nick via Reddit since he was actively replying to people looking for vehicle transportation on r/AutoTransport. What I appreciate the most is Nick was very straightforward on pricing, how the pricing works, and mentioned comparative prices on similar vehicles along similar routes. He also explained the whole process and had no issue answering any of my questions and concerns. He was also very quick to respond to any texts and calls at pretty much any hour. My van was stuck in Las Vegas after it blew an engine on a roadtrip and Nick gave me peace of mind that the van would make it back to Chicago without me being there, especially with this being my first time using this kind of business. I would not hesitate recommending his business to anyone who needs a vehicle moved across the country. He helped me navigate the often daunting task of transporting a vehicle across state lines with tight deadlines.
