Excellent customer service from Kevin and Juan. They were there in a timely manner. My husband and I needed a ride to the dealership Kevin came out and took us.

Told them no rush (driveway breakdown) but they still sent some on a holiday weekend to help me out! Nice, courteous drivers both times and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Crockett and crew for providing this valuable service!!! And being nice about it.

Several weeks ago, I had to go off the road to avoid the front end of my car being hit by one of their drivers who was changing lanes. I called to speak to a supervisor, had to leave a message, ensured they would call back. Never happened. Very disappointing.

Private tow as AAA kept me in the dark for over 12 hours. Customer service at Crockett's is top of the line. They explained all the particulars of the offering: what to expect, when to expect, who to expect and the cost. Within less of an hour my vehicle was picked up and delivered to the service center. Reasonably priced, excellent service from the folks in the office and the technicians in the field.

Unusual circumstance. I'm in Orlando. My daughter, using my car, from Gainesville, was visiting Tampa. The car died & needed to be towed. It was in a parking garage. I wasn't there. My daughter wasn't there (was on way back to Gainesville). They needed to know height of garage for tow truck. I didn't know and the management office was closed. I explained my situation ... she jumped on Google streets and was able to see the clearance, which was good enough! An hour later, the car was picked up. Saved me a bit of hassle by doing what she did. Much appreciated.

Needed my car towed. We called at 3:17 they said it’ll be a hour it’s 5:46 still no tow truck. We called 3 times and they said 30 mins then again another 30 mins then again 18 mins out. We’ve been sitting in the heat for 2 1/12 hours and I asked if we could get any kind of discount and they said nope nothing they can do.

Very unprofessional. Called at 8:20 a.m. for a car to be towed. Was told the driver would be there in an hour. The driver didn’t show up for 7.5 hours. I left a message and no one returned my call. This is why I will NEVER pre-pay for service again.

My husband and I decided to get a big trailer hauled to our house and after asking around and doing our homework everybody recommended crocketts towing because of the size of what I wanted to get hauled. We started calling weeks in advance to try to set up a easy/pleasant delivery. We looked at several trailers before making our choice and when we finally found one we called to request their services. The lady was nice and she even remembered us, she said the driver would be there within the hour and if they had any delays she would call. 1st day we waited for hours and the driver never showed up, after calling several times we decided to set an appointment for the next day. Day 2 driver showed up at his desired time (supposedly to make an assessment) after once again giving us 1000 assurances we set up another appointment for 8am the following day. Day 3 driver didnt show up, after calling the office and given a bogus time frame the lady finally admitted she had no idea IF or WHEN he would show up because she didnt have a magic ball. Terrible unprofessionalism, wish I knew better. Update: is 7pm now, driver showed up in the rain and unannounced to the commercial property were the trailer was located. He hooked up the trailer to his truck, moved it 25' into the grass (when the pavement is only 10' away) and got stuck. He got stuck and unhooked the trailer and left. And again, not a single phone call? What kind of company is this?

They were not only able to get there faster than anyone else, the driver gave us more helpful info than my insurance and was the first person to make me smile. He was genuine, polite, cleaned up and loaded up my car quickly. The process was fast, easy and extremely positive in a really horrible situation.

My car got towed after a very bad accident to Crokett Towing. I spoke with Heath on the phone and he was the most helpful and pleasant person. Very professionl and friendly. Not only was nothing taken from my car but he went out of his way to retrieve my items when my family went there to get them and my license plate. I can't say enough about Heath. He was GREAT! He crawled into my trunk thru the back seat to open it up. He helped us out getting everything we needed and helped put everything into our car. Heath was so compassionate and understanding. Terrific person, terrific service.

My car was impounded after it was stolen by a meth head and destroyed, by the cops. They in which failed to inform me that the vehicle had indeed been recovered but the people at Crockett's were very nice and understanding and did everything in their power to help me.

AAA assigned a tow company for an extrication/winch service - the company claimed that AAA didn't cover the job and told me they would cancel the call and treat it as a cash customer. Then they wanted to overcharge me for the job. A call to Crockett's and they were there rather quickly and did the job that a few other companies made it sound as if it would be a complicated procedure. Standard service call rate and I will be seeking reimbursement from AAA for the other company that tried to take advantage of me. AAA should have gone with Crockett's from the start....

Had a tire blow out on I-75. Got in touch with our roadside assistance and they contracted Crocketts.. We were given two different time frame as to when we would see our tow truck driver. The first time frame came and went. So we contacted them and were told they would be out in an hour. This was at 11 am. At 1 PM we gave crockettes a call. Turns out they had cancelled our tow request and had absolutely zero intentions of letting us know. For a first time experience, I'd say that is incredibly unprofessional and I honestly can't reccomend these guys.

We've used this company a few times over the years and have always had professional and courteous service. Dylan Powell was so helpful and knowledgeable on how to help us with my son's car. I highly recommend.

Took over 2 hours to get to me even though I told her I was stranded!!! When I called to find out what was taking so long (well past her estimate), the dispatcher was very rude & never bothered to tell me that the guy was tied up with a wreck or offer to send someone else. She just said 10 more minutes. The driver was very slow and unapologetic. He tried to just leave the receipt in my car instead of checking the only door to the building to see if I was inside.

Crockett's dispatched from Nissan Roadside for the first time. ETA from the text was 60 min and he arrived on the dot! My Versa had a broken front coil which caused a flat tire in the garage. The gentleman that came was super professional, friendly, and polite. He seemed very thorough and handled my car gently, no rush or anything. This was my first tow truck experience so I have nothing to compare to. It also cost $85 via Nissan. I would call them again if needed based on today's experience. Thank you for your help!

WORST tow company!!! They towed my car after I was in an accident and I called the next day to get it released so I can get another tow comp to take it the body shop. I called at 730am the following day and was told Tamera (the only one who could supposedly help me) wasn't there and wouldn't be in the office. I explained I was coming to get my car and they hung up on me when I called back and told them my lawyer would be contacting them magically Tamera was there and she told me she had been since 10 am! When I finally got my car after being given the run around for HOURS I noticed I was billed for a 2nd tow which NO ONE could explain but still had to pay the additional $180 or the 2nd tow in order to get my car. I am having my lawyer contact them as well as I filed a complaint with the BBB. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TOWING NEEDS!!!!!

Worse tow company ever! I am a AAA member and I have been sent crocketts on 3 different occasions and each time they have failed to meet expectations. The first time they went to the wrong Racetrac and instead of calling me and saying they didn't see my car they went ahead to the next call until 3 hours later when I realized nobody was coming, I was left at the gas station for over 5 hours that day. The next time they told me an hour only to call me back after the hour to let me know it was going to be another 3 HOURS! And this third and final time I will ever let them screw me, I was told 45 minutes to and hour by Tina in the office and after an hour and half comes and goes they call me to tell me they accidentally sent the driver to the wrong call and it was going to be another hour. Their incompetence is unbelievable when their job is to help people in bad situations not make the situation worse by leaving you stranded. With all the times they have messed up they have never offered any kind of resolution just an I'm sorry. I will from now on only use Steps Towing because they have always stood by their time frame and never once left me stranded for hours beyond what I was told.

Not sure what office Mr. Lee works at but he was AMAZING. nicest tow truck driver I have ever come across. Seriously he was so kind and very considerate since I had my grandmother with me. Best experience I have had with crockkets towing. Thank you so much for your service.

AAA sent Crockett's towing when I broke down on the side of 275. They arrived 30 minutes sooner than AAA estimated. The driver was professional and friendly. I only have good things to say about their service and would recommend the company to friends.

The guy who towed my car not only scratched the whole bottom of my car but as he was unloading it at the tire place got an attitude when I asked him not to drop it in a handicapped parking spot being as I'm not handicapped and that would be illegal. He then moved the tow truck to where my car took up 4 parking spots and proceeded to shove my car physically into the ground when he couldn't get it off the lift and completely destroyed my bumper and my muffler. Needless to say they will be receiving a subpoena to fix the damage done to my car. Which is all caugh on video. I DO NOT recommend this towing company to ANYONE.

AAA premier member over 5 years. They send these guys out. Twenty minutes over the estimated time of arrival... Rude young guy greets us telling me we have to pay extra65dollars because my car is too low. I have never had any tow company charge me extra upront for being too low. What a scam. Rude service incompentent people.

I called AAA because I had a dead battery and they told me that I would be having someone from Crockett's Towing coming to assist and it could be up to an hour. Since I knew that their location was about 1/2 an hour away that seemed reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when within 15 minutes Julio from Crockettt's was at my door and prepared to assist with the battery issue. He was not only extremely informed but ran all sorts of tests to determine if the battery was bad. He was very thorough and patient and genuinely thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend Crockett's and especially Julio as a great employee/representative of this company.

This is the WORST company to use waited 3 1/2 hours and still no tow truck!!!! Tire blew out can not get tire fixed. Do not use I will let everyone I know. When driver gets to house with vehicle on tow truck states " it is against company policy to drive the vehicle into your property. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!! I would not have given them one star but it forces you to just yo leave a review

Worst company ever!!! we had to tear down a fence to get the truck able to get into the driveway. Then they ran over a post and blew a tire. At $110.00 an hour you would think they knew what they were doing. They decided to load the shed sideways instead of from the front. Why....is beyond me. They dragged the property sideways then dented the wall because they ran into it with the truck bed. The manager of the company took over the driving and the spotter wasnt paying attention. They then got stuck in the yard. Three hours later the property still wasnt loaded. After we used our tools and our man power we finally got the thing loaded onto the truck. A man showes up to fix the tire. He stayed around to watch the show. Seven times we had to pull over to the side of the road because crocketts didnt strap the shed down and peices were coming apart from the property from where they ran into it. Needless to say....eight hours later we finally made it to our destination and they still charged us full price even with the damage they caused. We will never recommend or call them again.

If you are a AAA user and they call this towing company, good luck. There was no priority to getting to me to tow my car. I was given a time frame of 1 hour and 40 minutes (already too long) as this was the closest tow company. After that time passed and no driver had arrived, I called AAA and was told the tow company updated the call to a 3 hour wait and I needed to call them directly. No call, no notification of the change. After waiting the 3+ hours and calling back, Crockett's claimed I cancelled the call! Not True! The only cancelling I plan to do is with AAA for allowing a tow partner to treat a customer this way.

Crockett's towing was sent late one evening in response to a call made to AAA when our vehicle broke down. The truck was identified with the company name and the driver wore a name tag. He was courteous, professional, and efficient; quickly getting the vehicle to the location chosen for repairs.
