I called AD Buy's Junk Cars Lake Worth Beach,spoke to a gentleman named Adrian,I explained to him that I had a Volkswagen EOS shell that I no longer needed and that the vehicle was located at a storage facility.........I'm saying this because he's a stand up guy,the conversation was Sunday do you have a title for the car?yes I do and signed it it's in the car.....ok I'll pick it up first thing Monday morning,supplied him my gate code and the spot it was in,sure nuff bright and early he retrieved the vehicle and I have peace of mind... I had such a positive experience with AD, the tow truck driver. He was courteous, kind, and professional from start to finish. Even though I didn’t have the key to my car, AD could still safely pick it up without any issues. What really stood out was his compassion—he understood it was a sad and awkward situation for me and made things much easier. He even allowed me to return later to retrieve my belongings from the trunk. AD made a nice impression, and I appreciate his help and understanding. Highly recommend!
