If you care about your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. Manager is rude as hell, even when we were waiting he was aggressive with customers on the phone. Then after I have them tow it to my house, drive completely destroys front half of my car and then the manager screams “We’re not responsible”. Many other tow truck companies in the area, this is worse than a last resort.
No one wants to be stuck on the side of the road or more specially blocking the gas lane at a very busy Costco Gas Station. However, in the angst of a rock and a hard place that I found myself an angel was sent my way by the name of Santana. Unfortunately for me this wasn't the first time my car quit running and the last time it took two separate companies to figure out how to get the vehicle safely towed to the dealership and 4 hours of waiting. Santana showed up in 30 minutes and knew how to bypass the issue of towing without hurting the vehicle and blocking traffic was minimal. He quickly got the car up and out and communicated with me even after reaching the dealership along with pictures of the car keys drop box location. So grateful for the care and empathy given during a stressful situation.
My car was stone dead and locked down after seven months parked in a garage. We tried a roadside assistance service and they were not able to do anything. They did not have the knowledge or tools needed. After contacting the Subaru SAS service through Starlink, they scheduled us for a service call from Palm Beach Finest and SANTANA came to the rescue. Santana had an amazing toolset, high level technical knowledge, patience, perseverance and professionalism. He was able to manually access the interior door lock through the passenger window with tools, open the car and hood, restart the very dead battery and leave me with a running car that I can now take for further service to the dealer. Palm Beach Finest Towing is fantastic. Santana was dispatched exactly when promised. He was in touch with us from the get-go on his way over and we had all numbers needed to reach the company and our technician. The level of service and results were superb!
