They should be legally obligated to change their name "Palm beach finest towing" due to how terrible they are. I arrived home from a trip to a dead car at the airport and unfortunately this is the business that my lease company decided to call. Was given an 1hr 15min to 1hr 45 min ETA. After the latest estimate of 1 hr 45 min went by I finally called them and the dispatcher clearly forgot about me due to how he replied when I asked how far away the tow truck was. He was surprised by my inquiry as if he had no idea that my car was supposed to be picked up, despite the fact I talked to the very same guy on the phone less than 2 hours ago. The conversation went something like "ohh sorry we had to respond to an emergency on the highway, yeah yeah we’ll get a truck out at some point” so instead of calling me and letting me know you weren’t going to make it any time even close to the estimate they would have just let me sit in the hot parking lot for multiple more hours? (after already waiting almost 2 hours drenched in sweat).Part of your job is to be able to communicate with your customers and let them know when emergencies pop up but apparently this company doesn’t care about its customers. I was stupid enough to ask even after all this happened "are you 100% sure you will be able to get a truck out within an hour or two" which was met with complete assurance that they would. By 10:30 pm I had not received even 1 phone call from them to attempt to come get my car and at this point my leasing company just canceled and called a new tow service. This all started around 5:30pm and eventually at 10:30 PM after canceling these clowns I had a real PROFESSIONAL company that came out within an hour with no hassle and great communication. This company is terrible! would give 0 stars if possible. You can see with the pictures I attached below that I did call first at 5:38 and again at 7:25 just over the 1:45 estimate they gave me. The second call would be the last I heard from them and I had to call them! You can also see from the texts (with timestamps) with my lease service assistance that the first text about this started at 5:30 and up until 10:30 I had still heard nothing from these people. Unprofessional!!
Great experience with PB Finest Towing! Santana was incredible and took great care of my car. Very personable and explained everything. He even called me to tell me car was delivered to the dealer. Talk about fantastic service. A++++
Initially they came out quickly which I appreciated, driver was nice and I chatted with him and let him use my bathroom and had gotten my car up but only with me and my cousin helping push the car. However, the guy also destroyed my neighbors driveway and we witnessed him damaging it which is fine because accidents happen. However we called respectfully and we just wanted to make them aware and they were very rude and unprofessional and basically told us to F off. If this the kind of service you can expect from these people better to just push the car yourself. We also had to personally pay with our own money for their mess up.
