Worst service ever. Geico uses them they took 100 hours before arriving to tow me. Waiting in the hot car and no one picks the phone up . Awful. I wish I could rate them minus 5

My car wouldn’t start and Geico sent them to tow me to my repair shop .Ricardo, the driver, gave me a jumpstart instead of a tow and that saved me $120!
Ricardo was the quickest and best tow I've ever had, and he had the correct towing mechanics for the low riding euporean sports car! I trusted him enough to deliver a $100k car without me riding along with him. When he delivered the car and found no night drop as I had asked him to use, he improvised in a fantastic way! And their office manager was super helpful on the phone!!
I have had the opportunity for this company to tow my vehicle to my garage twice so far, I am very impressed the company handles everything very quickly return call within 5 minutes and here within an hour. Very well run business. Thank you
Had the worst experience with this company. We needed to change the drop-off address and spoke with Ricardo, the tow truck driver, who was great by the way. He explained that our insurance company had to call in to make the change, which they did. Ricardo arrived, but we ended up waiting around for almost half an hour because the company kept putting the insurance rep on hold. When they finally took the call, they denied the address change.
They could have told Ricardo right away instead of making everyone wait. He had already been in touch with Reggie from the answering service company We Answer 4 You, who could have communicated that decision immediately. I’ve been sitting in this parking lot since 3:45 and it’s now 5:50. Now I have to wait even longer for another tow truck driver. Reggie made a very unfair call and handled the situation poorly. Update- Now they are taking our call but are having him do two calls before ours. THIS is absolutely ridiculous he was here he could’ve just done our call then.
Avoid avoid avoid. Don't do business with this company. Dispatcher are rude and don't let you finish talking. Dispatcher hang up on me three time, after I told her to not call me "honey". I don't think that calling your customer honey is professional specially when you are calling to figure out the status of tow truck because they didn't show up and you go through their own tow tracker tracker and telling that is on their way. Thank God there is other truck companies out there.
Kim and Ricardo were amazing! They were so nice and so helpful. Ricardo was so pleasant and quick to tow my car. He was the best! I had such a great experience with them at Palm Beach Towing. Best company I have used
My car was disabled after lightning incident while I’m park in St John Fisher church 9/7/25 at 2:50 pm , called GEICO agent reported what happened and she took alll information , and it took 3 hours waiting for instruction in the app until I decided to call Palm Beach finest towing and they came after 30 minutes and Santana was very professional and you can tell he is expert to do the job , I can trust my baby Acura to his care , he is God send Angel to the rescue and we are infront of the church so God knows who He can send to help us , good job Santana
Palm Beach Finest Towing II is a class act, they arrived on time and got my car towed to my mechanic and gave me a call when they arrived to get the car and when they delivered it. Excellent company and the driver Ricardo was courteous and professional. If you are looking for a tow, you definitely want them!
This company was assigned to me for roadside assistance for a tow, they had reached out and told me the estimated arrival time would be 90 mins… after 2 hours I decided to call and check in with any updates; the lady then told me that it would be an additional hour until someone would be able to process my tow request. Had I not took it upon myself to check the status, I would have been waiting upwards of 3+ hours to get ny vehicle towed. The customer service tone was rude and brash when I had requested to cancel the service request.

10/10 service, My car had broke down by a laundry mat and i called my insurance company to send a nearby towing to help me with the situation and a man by the name ricardo came by in a a under 20 minute time window, called me before the towing service did and helped me push my car back into the driveway of my home going above and beyond whilst providing great customer service, helping me feel a little less stressed about my situation. I want to give the biggest thanks to the gentleman for helping me turn a huge problem into a minor fixation .
My son was stranded on the highway. The police helped move his car, and roadside assistance sent this company. We were told we could leave the car as long as we took our belongings, but driver Ricardo later called demanding we return for a signature. When we explained, he was rude, dismissive, and argued with us. He refused to wait 15 minutes and made it clear he didn’t want to do the job. Now we’re stuck waiting for another tow. Worst customer service experience we’ve had — I hope you don’t get Ricardo as your driver.
My first time ever using this company and I don’t think I ever want to again. I had to wait over 2 hours for a tow. I had to have someone sit with the car as I had to return to work.I could not leave my car unattended as it was not in s a good area and i had trouble with my windows rolling up etc. Horrible customer support and communication. Everyone I called and asked to speak with the tower i was told he would call in 5-15 minutes, with attitude mind you. I guess they were tired of me calling. Finally after 2 1/2 hours I received a call. I was already having a terrible week and to have this experience was ultimate despair. Finally the driver comes and at least he towed my car correctly and i'm at the least grateful for that.
This is going to be a long one. Our car broke down on the side of the road because the radiator broke. We called this company and gave them an exact location okay EXACT, the GEICO app which I know isn’t their fault kept randomly generating an address that the car wasn’t at. We called and the lady said that she will make sure she tells the tow truck person where the car is exactly at because it’s ROAD SIDE assistance, not conveniently at an exact location assistance. So that was taken care of , she said we didn’t have to wait there so we went on with our day , got picked up and so on. She said that if there was any issues or if they picked it up they would call us. We got no phone call for hours when they said it would only take an hour so we called them to ask what’s going on. She tells us that the driver went into the gated community which is the randomly generated address that she said she would communicate that the car was not at and then she tells us that the tow truck driver canceled and that we have to go back to the car for an exact location. We drive all the way back and the car isn’t there so we start to freak out thinking someone stole it. Then our auto repair shop that we go to said that they have the car and are gonna work on it , so they did pick it up , so they essentially lied to us for what reason I don’t know and we drove all the way back for no reason at all , the end.
Just had this tow company dispatched through my insurance roadside assistance. I did not catch the driver‘s name, but he was so friendly and helpful. Thankfully, I just needed a battery jump, but he kept my car running for almost 20 minutes to ensure that it charged fully and I wouldn’t have any trouble getting home safely. It’s really nice to encounter good people still out there in this world, especially when you’re in a rough moment like car trouble. Would highly recommend!

He arrived very quickly after my car accident and got me home quickly and well. He was very polite and very professional. He is a real asset to the towing company. One of our drivers got or 26ft box truck stuck in sand . These guys were on site in less than 30 minutes and pulled us right out and had us back on the road in no time . Done what they said they would do and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them .
Only use this tow company if you want your car broken more than it already is when you need a tow.
Had my car towed by these guys for a no start, to my mechanic shop where upon inspection realized the axle boot was ripped off the axle and grease dumped out. There was no flinging of the axle grease which would happen immediately upon driving a vehicle with a ripped cv axle boot even a foot. As an ASE certified mechanic, this was caused by negligence of the tow truck operator. First phone call I was told I was wrong wrong wrong and nothing could be done or proved even though I was under the vehicle the previous day and no way drove it home and my wife drives it back to work and no grease flings out at all. They’re basically telling me it exploded in the parking lot and they have nothing to do it with. Obviously it’s a stretch if you expect a towing company to have a small understanding of vehicles. Finally Yovani takes me seriously there and says they will pay for the axle they clearly broke. Only to now dodge my emails.
Update 3/11/25 - owner finally sent the driver of the truck to settle the bill for the negligence. Put up a hell of a fight. Buyer beware, this man does not care if they damage your car at all and will just hope that ignoring you makes you go away.
If you care about your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. Manager is rude as hell, even when we were waiting he was aggressive with customers on the phone. Then after I have them tow it to my house, drive completely destroys front half of my car and then the manager screams “We’re not responsible”. Many other tow truck companies in the area, this is worse than a last resort.
No one wants to be stuck on the side of the road or more specially blocking the gas lane at a very busy Costco Gas Station. However, in the angst of a rock and a hard place that I found myself an angel was sent my way by the name of Santana. Unfortunately for me this wasn't the first time my car quit running and the last time it took two separate companies to figure out how to get the vehicle safely towed to the dealership and 4 hours of waiting. Santana showed up in 30 minutes and knew how to bypass the issue of towing without hurting the vehicle and blocking traffic was minimal. He quickly got the car up and out and communicated with me even after reaching the dealership along with pictures of the car keys drop box location. So grateful for the care and empathy given during a stressful situation.
Used them to flatbed my dead Cayenne to the shop. Pete was great! Communicated before and after car was promptly delivered. Very professional and friendly. I will use again when needed.
Solid experience, quick and easy even for a huge insane sofa sized vehicle (2nd 3V navigator). Even with this insane crosswind coming at us in all directions like an attack from from the imperial Navy, the driver managed to cross the sands of the Florida heat with ease. The Truck had these insane bouncy seats that felt as if I was tigger from Winnie the Pooh bouncing in my tail like a spring.
Driver left skates on my vehicle and never tied it down to the flat bed. My car gmc yukon 2022 now has front damage and owner won’t return calls. Stay away from this company
We were in need of towing services and Palm Beach Finest Towing went beyond our expectations. We were stranded and the expected time was about an hours wait, Ceez made it there in record time and was in constant contact with us up until the time he arrived. He handled our BMW as if it was his own and was very careful not to damage the front end, which other companies we used in the past for other vehicles were damaged. I would refer this company to anyone who is in need. Professionalism, courtesy and efficiency is just to name a few of the things that come to mind. Thanks again Ceez for your help!
The dispatch agent was impolite. She's the most disrespectful person I've ever communicated with. The driver lied and said my wife informed the company to cancel the service. My wife's calls are recorded with an app. She never said that. I walked across the street to get some water. I told the dispatcher, I’m right across the street. She hung up on me. I'm writing a letter to Marshall Doney, CEO of AAA I can't believe the company was selected as a service provider. The company name should be changed to Palm Beach Useless towing. I see why they are rated an F with the BBB also have a two-star review. The great takeaway. A nice driver stop by to help us change the tire since my arm is in a cast.
