I ordered a taillight assembly with next-day delivery, convinced by the manager that it would arrive the next day. However, three days later and after keeping me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, no one could track the package. I then canceled the order, but the manager refused to refund shipping costs despite the fact that the service was not provided. When I went back to the store the following day the manager said he had received the part the day after my cancellation, but he couldn't show it to me because he had already returned it... Beware, this is a poorly managed store. Do not expect to see any issues resolved your way, even for unprovided services you paid for.

Smaller than others locations and compared to other auto stores. The clerks were helpful.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the employees and managers of this store. They put my wiper blades on. When i finally got to use them in the rain two weeks later, the passenger side squeaked. ALOT. To the point i had to turn the wipers off it was so annoying. So i stopped back in today and told them about it to see if they could do anything to thwart the problem. Steven was AMAZING and just grabbed a new wiper blade, took my old one off and put the new one on. No questions asked. They did verify by my phone number but not a complaint or question. I was a little embarrassed going back in but I couldn't live with the squeak. Anyway, just wanted to say THANKS and you renewed my faith in customer service all over again.

Stopped in to check my warranty on a battery and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had four days left so raced home to grab the battery brought it back and swapped it out easy as pie, the counter help at O’Reilly are always pleasant and accommodating

I Love these guys easy, simple, knowledgeable, and Fair!!! Jiffy Lube wanted $49.99 to change my air filter and they had it here across the street for $18. DONE ???

Amazingly friendly staff. Went in today as my wife’s Honda Cr-v battery was dead. Diego had a replacement battery with a few options suggested to us in about three minutes. Then he installed the battery in a few minutes and we were on our way. Such a great person to work with, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will be back there again for whatever we need.

Bought a reman alternator here, they must have sold me somebody elses alternator core. Was very dirty and did not work (also no stickers or reman tags). Returned it at the O'Reilly in Boca Raton and received a clean, functional reman alternator, and was assisted by knowledgeable staff. Double check your parts at this location. When I called about the faulty part, the guy on the phone was mumbling- I could barely hear him. Had to replace the alternator twice because of their incompetence. I usually love O'Reilly but not this one. Go to autozone or a different o'reilly. I also once called this location for a part (stereo removal tool) and they said they had it. Went there and they said they couldn't find it. Ordered it in, went in after they said it would be there, they said they lost it already. Took like 3 days to get what I needed. Honestly a terrible place unless you just wanna grab some oil or carb cleaner.

Excellent service just bought a battery. I like the store they know their stuff!

I'm from the Volusia county area and when I got into Jupiter my truck was running a little ruff at idle. I opened the hood and found some acid corrosion at the battery terminals. Luckily I bought the battery from O'Reilly and called the number on the battery to find out it was still under warranty for a free replacement. I wasn't sure if it would be a smooth interaction because some vendors seem to give you a hard time about warranties on parts. I met with Diego at this store and gave him my phone number and a little Info on the trucks make/model. He had the replacement battery in stock and swapped it out for me in no time. He was very polite and had an amazing attitude. If I'm ever in the area with car troubles I will be sure to come see Diego for help. Thanks!

Everyone was nice had great manners was willing to come and help me and this is rare What I receive when I go into auto parts stores.

O'reilly is always on. The money was helped by Collin this morning and he was awesome. Been here many times they've always helped got me the parts I need. Recommended for anybody who's not sure of the parts they need they will help you.

Very disappointed by this store. Usually get great service at O’Reilly’s but at this store that was not the case. Went in for a car battery and the guy behind the counter begrudgingly came to check the battery then when we told him we’d like to purchase the battery he proceeded to “go get it” we waited for 10mins and we could hear him talking casually to a coworker in the back. We finally got fed up and left the store without the battery. From reading the other comments it sounds like the same guy that others have had trouble with. Sad to see such a lack in customer service.

I just wanted to leave a review to specifically shout out the store manager, Steve. He was super helpful and ended up sharing some expertise that enabled me to perform a repair myself as opposed to go to a mechanic. The store is also very clean and has a huge variety of parts in stock. I am exclusively buying auto parts at O’Reilly auto parts because of Steve. Thanks so much.

Eddie is the man! He was very friendly and helpful through 2 phone calls and a store visit. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go here for the service alone. Prices are comparable to other stores. Don’t forget to thank Eddie for his service as he is a former Marine!

I wouldn’t be writing this if it happened once HOWEVER it happened twice.I went into the store walked up to the counter to ask a question the big guy was playing video games on his phone wouldn’t even look up when he did he says yeah threw down his phone like I was bothering him TWICE two different occasions same guy Not cool ordered off Amazon

11/27/2022 5:25pm Called for parts. Employee couldn’t be bothered, sounded like I interrupted his Thanksgivings day meal. Sad how one individual can ruin a company, to many other part stores around to waste my time again.

As usual steve ,Eddie, ramon ect are always appreciated, never a hassle working with them i do 99% of my purchasing of parts there. Why go anywhere else ?‍♂️

The guy with the tattoos was a great help he diserves a raise but then a heavy set guy behind the counter came out and started asking me weird questions about my necklace and began to ask me why I am wearing it and then he was acted like he wanted to fight me very rude and unprofessional unfortunately I will never go there again.March 28 around 1230

I just recently just went here with my father to grab a part for our vehicle.. there was a older gentleman there and he was patient since the line and he called for help and another man came out with an attitude he is heavyset, and he treated my father who had a mask on and was telling him the part, and the guy went to grab our part and slammed the part on the table and sent us on our way, but Oriely shouldn’t have customer service like that they should have there employee trained

Carlton was very helpful and all the staff is great when I come in. They always have the fittings and miscellaneous parts I need at a good price.

Guy practically ridiculed my girlfriend for buying the wrong oil. Made sure to throw in “he would never make that mistake” and just acted like she didn’t know anything and she shouldn’t try to change her own oil because she bought 0w-40 instead of 5w-40.

They are very knowledgeable and honest. I had a bad battery, and they gave me credit for it. I didn’t have time to wait to see if it would hold a charge. They could have said nothing was wrong with the battery, and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you very much!!! ??????

Very knowledgeable employees.. convenient hours and they always have the part in stock and if by chance they don't have the part, they will have it for you within a day. That's all right.

I want to thank all the people in Jupiter for supporting us through our transition we look forward to being your go to autoparts store for all your automotive needs also don't forget we carry a full line of lawn and garden supplies and parts for mowers tractors weed wreckers and atvs if it has a motor on it we can more than likely supply the parts. I have personally been supplying auto parts to the Jupiter market for more than 20 years and look forward to supplying all your needs for a long time.
