I cannot say enough about East Coast Towing. I had been waiting for AAA services for close to four hours and they didn’t even have me in queue for a pick up. I called the East Coast Towing directly and had a call. Returned within minutes and had a tow truck and driver to take me home in less than 15 minutes! I will never pay for AAA again. I will be calling East Coast directly if I have a local issue. The driver, Bill, was Polite, Proficient and Professional. I couldn’t have been happier after a long, stressful day.

I'd like to express my appreciation to East Coast towing , the owner and all the staff that I dealt with over the last couple weeks. All of my business with them was extremely professional, courteous and I could not have asked for anything more of them. From the initial phone call to picking up the truck today was handled beyond my expectations. The group at East Coast towing made a very difficult situation easier to deal with. If you have other options. Go with a different company. They charged me an extra $300 on what was already a premium price. They charged me an extra $300 because the location they picked up my material from was “slow” which is not the clients fault but I was charged for it.

Very friendly people but price is on the end for the area. Basic hookup is about 188 dollars. Their charge for vehicle storage is not based on time. For example, if your vehicle gets to their place at 8 PM and you pick it up at 8 AM the next day they charge you for 2 days. Lastly, they add a credit card surcharge, which is not very customer friendly considering most people don't have that much cash or their check book with them when they need a tow. Credit card payments are for the convenience of the business so they don't have to worry about cash hanging around, or wait for a check to clear.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by this towing company. From beginning to end, the level of professionalism demonstrated was nothing short of outstanding. They arrived promptly, fully prepared, and handled every aspect of the service with both precision and care. If I could give our tow driver Chris, 10 stars, I would. My husband's tire blew out on the way home from work ON THE TURNPIKE, not in our area at all. We called the number, and got service right away. Not only did Chris come out quickly, he was so kind and helpful with my husband who also had his service dog. He went above and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. We will definitely be using ANY time we need a tow!

Hands down FIVE stars. From start to finish East Coast Towing was helpful and pleasant through out an aggravating situation with my broke down truck. They were there when they said they would be and so friendly. I highly recommend this towing company. Will definitely be my first call in the future if I ever need a tow.

Very rude people working there, I had a simple question about a whereabouts of a rental car, that got towed " the employee yelled at Me on the phone and told Me I don't work day " shift" then hanged up on Me. Nasty behavior sure 0 education or manner. If You have to deal with Them be prepared to deal with vagabond guy especially who worked " night" shift on the 08/07/2025 6.30 ish pm so the manager can figure out who was the employee .

I'm an insured agent who deals with auto claims all the time. They'll never be recommended by me ever!!! Not only did someone at East Coast tell me completely wrong info about their payment process, but he also hung up on me several times when asked simple, 3rd grade level questions. I can appreciate a business hiring special needs people, but make sure they ask for help when they're confused. I was simply trying to get them paid! Fortunately when I called back a 3rd time someone else answered and they got payment from my client within a couple hours. Whoever they have answering the phones needs some serious training or just put him out in the yard.

Johnny and his whole crew are fantastic. My car stalled out in the absolute worst spot. I called East Coast, and they had a tow truck out to me in minutes, along with police to manage traffic. These guys are top notch, I would recommend them to anybody.

If I could give East Coast Towing 10 stars I would. They know mine and my family’s cars a little too well. Johnny and his team are always professional, prompt, and courteous. They arrive quickly and take great care of our cars. My daughter‘s car broke down in line at Starbucks one morning before school. As you can imagine, this was a very stressful situation for her, especially given how busy Starbucks is in the mornings. Johnny had somebody there to tow her car very quickly and we were able to get her to school without being late. We won’t ever use anyone else for towing!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service and people- we had our motorhome stuck for almost a week when they came out and got us out of the mud within a couple hours with no damage. They were not only kind and respectful but incredibly knowledgeable and experienced- we will ONLY be using them for our future needs and referring them to everyone we know! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS! In my opinion they were acting as though they were racist and stated because my son was voicing his opinion he was being “aggressive!” The owner wasn’t any better was even more unprofessional!!!! Literally looking for other remedies this place should not be in business the person I spoke to lied and told me that a license would be suspended in two weeks! Per legal advice this is a lie! Its takes 30+ days to be levied!!!! They truly messed with the wrong person, they need to be shut down immediately in my opinion *allegedly! Look at their BBB reviews! Will definitely point this out to any law enforcement that utilizes this company of they’re behavior!

I was stranded on the turnpike called East Coast. They were there within an hour. The response time was great, they had my truck hooked up and ready to go within 30 minutes. They towed me to where I needed to go without any problems at all very knowledgeable about their job and very professional. I would definitely use them again. I give them two thumbs up for sure would definitely use them again, overall I was very happy with their service I would also like to stress that he’s a pet friendly business that allowed me to bring my dog in his truck as well
