I went to AutoZone, and the moment I entered I was greeted by Ms.YANET, with a smile. She assisted by providing sound advice and guidance. Mr. EDWARDS, with a respectful and pleasant personality installed the purchase and went over the details of the equipments.
Ms Aynet and Mr. Edwards went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and supported.
I walked into this location to simply return an oil filter that was incorrect for my vehicle. The young man who helped me, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and professional. He took my damaged, smudged receipt that still had the numbers visible under the barcode and successfully processed the return.
My original stop was at the store up the street from my house (6272 Lantana Road). The young man there, without even trying, clearly didn’t know what he was doing and told me he couldn’t process the return because the transaction number was smudged. However, Carlos from store #2489 simply entered the numbers under the barcode and was able to complete the return without any issue.
I’m happy to see that Carlos took his job seriously and handled a simple return with care and common sense. Thank you, Carlos you did an amazing job!
I had to drive to Carlos’s location from the AutoZone right down the street because the person I spoke to there simply didn’t know how to do his job. But don’t worry Carlos handled it for him, and he did it with professionalism and common sense.

Gabriel was very helpful and patient, my vehicle's battery didn't have anything holding it and he did his best to get it strapped and achieved it I'm thankful for that kind of customer service, will refer to him next time

Had a check engine light on and George quickly diagnose my issue and told me I needed a new battery. He quickly installed it and the light is off now. He was a great help will definitely be coming again.
