Just had a terrible experience visiting this store. The guy behind the counter Peter was very unhelpful and rude and unreasonable. Would never go back to this store again

I went to pickup 3 products from Superior Products . One of them was charged at the wrong price of almost $30 instead of $17. The employee Redin, agreed after I showed him the price on the website. He said he could not change the price because the sale had gone through. He said he could tallk to his manager, but his manager was not in at 1:50 pm on friday. So I stated well, why don't you give me a whole refund. Then I'll buy it again at the right price. He proceeded to give me a refund but refused to sell it back to me. I ended leaving everything behind. Goodbye Oreilly's.

They not only helped with the parys,which is expected, but they gave meaddotional help amd personal advice on how to solve a difficult problem. Car is back on the road!

I walked in the store around 8:45 on 10/18/24. The lady at the front counter was on the phone speaking about someone at another store stating “ this is annoying. He knows my husband goes in that store all of the time because we live right behind there. Blah, blah, blah. She did not greet me or asked me if I needed any help. There was another man shopping in the store. He walked out and said “thank you”. She did not respond to him at all. I went up to the counter to check out and she just continue to finish her Phone call. I asked her if I should go to another store. She snarky said “one moment, ma’am”. She could clearly see that I was in a hurry, but that didn’t matter to her. It was more important that she finished her personal phone call gossiping and complaining about other people.

I showed them a picture of what I needed and they sold me something incompatible. Thanks a lot for the wasted time, you knowledgeable experts working here!

Got my Honda Pilot scanned today and they helped me delete the code on my check engine after I replaced my cabin air filter. Definitely recommend this location.

They are always willing and ready to answer my questions. Unlike nearby auto part stores that DO NOT give me the same service or confidence they understood what I was asking.

I've now had the pleasure of dealing with Raymond when I needed parts, and its ALWAYS a pleadure! He is friendly, knowledgable n beyond professional, and he's always smiling! You don't find old school customer service like this anymore, thank u Raymond!

Experience was tops! Needed new battery and terminals which was replaced by a very friendly and courteous young man by the name of Jonathan. Will definitely go there for any future automotive needs.

Love the 2 guys that were working there...they are the most out going & helpful guys I have seen in quite some time...they are very special everyone should have more people like these 2 gentlemen....Absolutely love them...

The guys at this store are Friendly, Fast, Knowledgeable. I needed a gas filter for a small engine but didn't know the part #. They took the time to open several different boxes and show me each individual filter until I saw the one I needed. That's why I always shop O'REILLY'S. You should too.

Best customer service on any auto parts is here. Specifically from Joa, she was attentive and make sure she was with me trough the process until she saw I finally was able to figure it out and solve the issue.

Hands down by far the best customer service anywhere in town. My mom who is 70 years old Needed a new headlight on her 2016 Hyundai accent I called and spoke with Christian. I explained to Christian that my mom's headlight was out she's 70 years old And I now live in Kentucky with my wife and children and I am not there to change it out for her. I also explained to him I did not want the dealership to rob her Just for a simple headlight($127.27 is what the dealership wanted) I asked Christian if he would be able to take care of replacing the headlight for my mom when she came in and praise God he said yes. So I sent my mom in And Christian took care of everything for her she was so happy and pleased with his services As am I. See when I grew up it was no issue going to your local part store and having them put in your new battery, change your wiper blades, change a headlight, But now unfortunately the local park stores don't seem to do that anymore but praise God for Christian and o'reilly auto parts. This store is the worst I have ever had to deal with when it comes to ordering and getting the right parts. I order parts on a regular basis since I opened my business and in the dozen orders I’ve placed so far 3 orders have issues. Wrong parts, not quantity and don’t get a heads up, wrong parts pulled and billed out. Just the worst. Honestly I would stay clear of this parts store.

Bought a refurbished starter from this store 2 years ago...couple month after I installed it, it started making grinding noise in cold startups. I went to the store and the manager started accusing me that I installed it incorrectly, I didnt have will or energy to argue with him and left the store and continued to live with hearing the grinding sound in the mornings until today, well after the warranty period, when starter died again. This time, I went to junkyard and pulled a starter out of a wrecked car for $25, that is $100 less than what I paid O'Reilly.

Poor customer service skills. Wants to pawn customers to other store, this happened twice! Had no issue dropping the f word in the store while I had my kids with me!

I had the best experience here. I live right down the street and always come here for all my parts as well as my step dad . I have been wanting to write a review but today i was encourage to do so . I was in there this morning and the manager at this location , I believe his name is jose was very nice and helpful. He carried my battery to my car and I had 3 year warranty so i was bringing it back it did not work anymore . i had troubles with my receipt he was able to work something out for me and I am very grateful I haven't had many good days this week and he made my day . Thanks jose !

I forgot it was even located there I was at the laundromat on Forest Hill and there was O'Reilly's. I need a windshield wiper fluid and I need it with your wipers and they took care of both for me no problem very nice guy love it love the service thanks young man.....

They need to hire some people at this location that have at least the slightest clue on anything. I couldn’t get a straight answer on anything I was asking. Not the smartest guys working at this location!!! I’m not usually one to complain either. I was buying a trailer hitch and ball, and I couldn’t get one question answered when it came to anything. Bad business.

Went there to get a spark plug for my motorcycle I had the part number and I called ahead they said they had it in stock I drove there which was a few miles from my house they have a lady help me out I was there for almost a half-hour for some reason she was entering the part number in the wrong category on the computer thank God her manager was there he finally showed up within 3 minutes of him being there he found my spark plug and I was on my way. They need to train their staff better or employ better people.

This has become my favorite parts store. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help. Prices are lower than most of the other parts stores plus they offer lifetime warranty and a rewards program. They tend to have hard to find parts for older vehicles and if they don't have it in stock, they usually have it by the next day, never waited more than 3 days and that was for a very special item

The employees Jerry and Ann Marie were very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. And we're a great help to me when my alternator went out just before they were closing. They even made sure that I had the few tools I needed to get the job done. I cannot thank them enough I was able to get home. Is that good I'm putting them out there so the company can recognize them

as far as auto-parts stores go this is a great experience. All the guys I've dealt with bend over backwards to help and have never left me hanging. Great store keep up the good work!

Super friendly staff in a great location. Changed my windshield wipers with a smile all the while answering questions about oil & other products for older cars. I know they pretty much all do that but it's the attitude that makes the difference.

I had to return to this location 3 times to finally get the correct part after even my special order was incorrect. But the staff sincerely did what they could to remedy the situation. The exact same as every other store I've been too though. Nothing special.
