I have a 1980 Harley Davidson Sportster. It's a 1200 Iron head motor. I tried several places for a simple spark plugs. No no had anything compadable. (Spelling) O'Reilly's the only place that I found that carries it. They even have tool rentals. This place has wheel chair ramps

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service – Shoutout to Aris! Aris at O’Reilly Auto Parts was incredibly helpful when my car battery died. He went out of his way to assist me and my boyfriend with replacing it — even in the heat! Aris had a great attitude the whole time, super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was done safely and correctly, and he explained what we needed step by step. You could tell he genuinely cared and wasn’t just rushing us through. It’s rare to get service like that these days. Big thank you to Aris — you made a stressful situation so much easier!

Dear O'Reilly Auto Parts Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at your store, which I believe could be valuable for improving customer service. As a frequent customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts, I typically enjoy sharing positive reviews about the businesses I visit. Unfortunately, my latest visit took an unexpected turn. While disposing of a car part in the trash can behind the store, I was met with a confrontational response from an employee, followed by the manager, who also reprimanded me in front of my family. This interaction left me feeling disrespected, despite my loyalty to your establishment. I believe there could have been a more constructive approach to the situation. Being a dedicated customer, I would have appreciated a dialogue rather than being reprimanded. I genuinely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to enhance your customer service practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Needed ignition coil bolts, called 5 dealerships and 2 autozones, no one had them or knew what I was talking about. Went to this O'Reillys and Neale knew exactly what I was talking about. Took about 30 seconds to find the exact bolt and washer I needed. Not only is this a great automotive store but the employees really know their stuff. Lifetime customer from now on. Thanks alot Neale!

Called At 20 minutes before closing. Let's imagine we had a dead battery and that we needed a battery and we were on our way. Got here 10 minutes before they close and there's nobody here. The doors are locked. The open sign is on nobody answering the doors knocking going around the entire building. No one here or answering the door, we just told the man. We had an emergency and had no battery. Great place. Great people that work here. People don't want to work. They need to go somewhere else. ***Update their were two men in building who came out at 10 minutes after got in their vehicles and left even after my sister told them our battery was dead and we were stuck. We were there till I flagged someone down and we got a jump. Those men should not still have jobs. What they did was not only wrong but shameful.

My battery gave out on me, had to park like a mile from the store, i walked over and asked for a batter Ericka i think her name was, was an angle sent in disguise, i truly can’t explain how nice and helpful she was , even had someone take me back to my car so i can change the battery. Again i can’t thank them enough 🙏🏼 God bless

I’m not going back to this store. Guy said be right with you and went to another computer kept entering the phones for about 10 minutes left me standing there. There was other people in the back behind the counter, where the parts were, but there was only this one guy at the counter , Totally ignored me standing there Being that, I spend a lot of money with O’Reillys. It really disappointed me. You do not want to go to the store.

Very shady interaction with an employee here. If you can help it, avoid being helped by Anarldo. I was looking to replace an item through warranty, which expired so I bought it. I wasn’t given the box nor my replacement part and when I asked for it he got pissed and ran to the back lmfao. Didn’t come back out so I asked another employee with his back turned to the sale floor to kindly grab that box for me. Anarldo is bad tempered to move an inch out of his way and should be avoided or sent to the back of house to restock items all his shift.

My wife’s car needed brakes on all four wheels. I usually go to Advance Auto parts. The service there was horrible and I had to walk out. Pep Boys only does tires now so I went to OReillys and the service was awesome. Alex helped me and I walked out with everything I needed. Didn’t try to up sale or anything just good trustworthy service. Prices are very good and store is spotless. My new auto parts store

I purchased a couple items at another O'Reilly's and returned them to this location which is convenient so I appreciate it. However, before asking me why I was returning the things to this O'Reilly's the lady asked why they sent me there. After I explained I called and was told I could return it to any of their locations.

I have had amazing service both times I needed to buy a car battery. (2 different cars) not only great price, they remove your old battery and put in the new one for you @ no extra charge.

I went in looking for new windshield wiper blades and had no idea where to begin. Carlos noticed and offered his assistance. He was able to help me find the perfect match and even helped me install them after the purchase. Great experience!

I could give them 0 star. Unprofessional and unkind rep at this store a woman answered the phone if she works in an auto parts store she needs to know cars information I was looking for a starter in my car. She didnt even try to help me looking for the part. she told me i dont know what type of car i had and to call back. I asked to help me or to communicate with another rep and she said nobody here can help you. Customer service was the worst, still i insisted and called another oreillys the one in Palm Springs and they gladly helped me and got my order going. How a bad customer service can mess up your day and ruin a store reputation. Please hire people with social skills people who are kind and like people if they dont they shouldnt be working there.

I went in to get wiper blades for my car and 2 different people greeted me rite away. The manager Alex was the one who helped me and he even installed the wipers for men I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone there was so respectful. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The manager is rude and screams blasphemy at his employees. I even heard him tell one of his female employees (at the time) that he doesn't want women on the counter. I recently went back there and he told me that all of the women requested to be transferred out... and he was glad. Why is this company okay with this repulsive behavior? Not to mention that the manager, Alex, I believe his name is, knows nothing about parts. I asked him about my Chevy 350 engine oil filter and the micron of the microguard brand and he looked at me like I had 5 eyeballs.

I had to make repairs to my 1992 Mercedes Benz could not find anything i came to this store and bobby at the counter was super professional found all my parts at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. I wish all my shopping experiences are as good as this one. bobby went above and beyond and im grateful for his professionalism.

This store is the best. Very neatly organized as well as great customer service. My battery died last Thursday and Jerry stepped it up. Came out to my car and everything. Definitely left a happy customer.

Amazing customer service! I went to multiple Auto part stores to get a brake fluid cap for my car and got immediate "No Sorry" but THESE GUYS at O'Reilly's did everything they can and went above and beyond to get us the part. Big Thanks to Jerry and Freddy for helping me out, Will definitely be making this my main shop!

I went in needing an alternator and a tensioner pulley. The employees welcomed me soon as I walked in. The man at the counter and I joked a bit, then right to work. He was very knowledgeable and even explained the differences in cost of the parts. Made my purchase and I'm back on the road. Thank you to all the staff.
