She is very upfront and transparent as she explains in detail what you need done and why. I've seen multiple customers come in picking up or dropping off their cars, and they are treated very well and are happy with their service. Additionally, it's a great place for female customers to feel safe and listened to and get the job done, not to mention her warm welcome that puts you at ease immediately! I recently took my 2018 Honda CRV to Sheehan's Collision for repairs. I was involved in an accident on I95 that resulted in damage to my right front end. The repairs were paid for by the insurance company of the other party. Teresa was excellent, she walked me through the process and kept me informed of the repairs and other damage found while making the repairs. She took care of informing the insurance company of the additional parts and working to make sure as much as possible to have all parts replaced with OEM parts . They went the extra mile to make sure my car was repaired correctly and it turned out beautifully.
They are truly a company that takes pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend them.

I never take the time to write reviews but this one is well deserved, I needed body work done on my brand new car and was stressed like anyone would about it Teresa and the people at Sheehans collision were the best people I could have found they were informative, patient and honest about the process from finish to end I had my car back in 2 days when I was prepared to go without for a week.. It’s been a few weeks now and the car is back to the way it was when I first got it and I couldn’t be more grateful, will forever use Sheehans and recommend them to everyone. the absolute best!! i brought my car in after hitting some debris on 95 that cracked my front bumper and ripped off my front and side fender liner. they worked so quickly and kept me informed at every step. they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car for me! i can’t recommend sheehans enough
If you want your car's collision repaired and perfected, with the most honesty and clarity, and least red tape and confusion, Teresa and Kip at Sheehan Collision are the best solution. I responded to the drop-off appointment of the highest rated "Express" collision shop on my Insurance Company's app only to be greeted coldly and advised that work would not commence for about 2 1/2 weeks. Unbelievably, the Express shop wanted to be held harmless from weather damage to my car with a compromised liftgate seal. While Teresa assured me that my Rav4 would be protected indoors from rain damage. Sheehan finished my car in like new condition about the time the recommended shop would have begun repairs. No Fault has resulted in granting more power and control to collision shops and insurance companies while car owners and lawyers are marginalized. Even estimate shopping has been obviated. So identifying a top rated collision like Sheehan is so important.

Absolutely best body shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. It was nice to see another person with a sense of urgency… They look out for their customers best interest, their work is some of the best work I’ve seen and they communicate every detail, something you don’t see anymore. My daughter got in an accident out of town and then had to travel back to her campus town, this business made it so simple to get the work done even though all the parties were in other cities. They were absolutely amazing in regards to customer service and the repairs. The estimate matched what work needed done and the repairs were done within the time frame we were given. Hidden in the east heart of Boca, there's an amazing Collison shop. Tucked behind 20th st(south) & north of glades you will find Sheehans Collison.
I was introduced to the shop via my girlfriend and owners Kip & Theresa greeted me inside and took care of me right away. Their service was prompt, efficient and they communicated with me with every part of the way. They even had Geico people communication on point.
Once my jeep was fixed with the trunk accident, it came out looking brand new. It's an 09 jeep. I had some extra parts they put on and Stephanie who helps with the cars, she put on the best final touches. Her eye on finding the right specks to making everything primetime again is impeccable. She really cares about the cars coming in there.
Big thank you to the staff at Sheehans, I recommend my family friends and anyone out there to this group. Love my jeep and love what they did.
