For years I serviced my Tahoe at the dealership thinking that they would know best how to take care of one of their own vehicles. I couldn't have been more mistaken. I was, quite simply, getting ripped off. I literally Googled auto shops/mechanics and saw the incredible reviews for Absolute Automotive and I must admit that they were all spot on. Drew and Lina are incredible. A true testament as to how a small business should operate. Honest, responsive, attentive, great communication and outstanding work at amazing prices. I know that they saved me thousands over what I would have paid at the dealership and my truck is running better than it ever has. About 4 years ago when I moved to Florida, a very good friend who has been an Absolute customer for many years, recommended Drew and Lena. Every time I enter the shop, I am greeted and treated with smiles and respect. Some months ago I had a battery issue and a neighbor recommended a shop closer to home (I live in Boynton Beach), I opted to pay for a tow to Absolute to have the issue resolved. I'm willing literally to go the extra mile(s) just as Drew and Lena and their staff do to provide the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE; and I have never been disappointed. Kudos to the "Mensch with a Wrench!!"

I have had the folks at Absolute work on two Mercedes and a Jeep for me in the past and they do fantastic work. Called with a brake light issue and spoke with Lena, and she told me exactly what was wrong on the phone and told me how to fix it. Perfect description and honest for days. I decided to go to Absolute Automotive after reading the Google reviews, and was not disappointed! If you're looking for an amazing business run by kind, knowledgeable, honest, and passionate people, look no further. Drew and Lena have supported me through every car crisis, plus routine maintenance. Their pricing is great and they even try to save you money if you need an expensive dealer part. I love how they explain the problems and repairs in detail. I have learned so much about swaybar links, fuel pumps, fender liners, engine splash guards, and struts. Sometimes they will show you the troublesome part (like a bad spark plug) to help you understand why certain repairs were necessary. During my most recent visit, they were able to change my battery the same day without an appointment despite being extremely busy. My car runs like brand new every time I leave their shop. I highly recommend Absolute Automotive to anyone looking for the best of the best!

I Have been using Absolute for a year+ maintaining and servicing my 3 cars and can honestly say I've been very happy. I am extremely confident in there diagnoses and ability to repair. They are transparent about pricing and are happy to explain the what/why when work needs to be done. They perform multi point inspections at each visit and give you a good picture of your cars maintenance outlook so you can plan ahead. Drew & Lena are good people - two words of advice "book ahead" they have a good following
Went here this afternoon due to a screw in one of my tires and reading all the positive reviews on yelp. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice lady. She asked me what brought me in and I told her that I had a screw in one of my tires. She informed me very nicely that they wouldn't be able to right away and while she hated to send me elsewhere if I was in hurry and recommended a couple places. While I was talking to her a guy named Drew which I believe might of been the owner came out and the lady who I forgot to get her name explained things to him. I informed them I had time and asked how long which the guy said about 45 minutes to an hour to patch the tire. I said that would be fine and it turned out I was out in less time then they stated. With the tire patched. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area and need something done as I work in the area but don't live in the area. This is a mom and pop type of place not a big corporation so if you're like me and prefer to do business with a small mom and pop type of place I highly recommend you check them out.
Drew and Lena are incredible to work with. Both are nice, kind, respectful, and Drew is a great mechanic. He truly knows the ins and outs of all types of cars, and you can tell he's passionate about the work he does. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Absolute!
Drew and Lena are AMAZING!! You can trust them with your eyes closed. I purchased my Range Rover Sport from a Land Rover dealership and have been getting all my oil changes and maintenance done with Absolute Automotive for the last 3 years.
I recently brought my car for an inspection at the dealership and was told that I need rear brakes immediately even though the car only has 35k miles. Due to the dealership's ridiculous pricing, I chose to bring my car to Absolute so they could take a look at it. Drew called me and let me know that I DO NOT need brakes anytime soon. It is very hard to come across honest and transparent repair shops but these guys have never failed to impress me. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Drew and Lena!

No matter if it is something little that takes 5 minutes or a larger project that takes 5 days - him and his team always give their full attention and best effort. I've been bringing my cars to Absolute for several years now, even after moving out of Boca. Drew is a great guy and really knows his stuff. He doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need, and is very fair with pricing and honest with what is going on with your car. Lena is also great with communication and setting up appointments. They have really helped me out and earned a loyal customer.
Absolute automotive is hands down, the best auto shop I've been to in my life - never have I felt like such a valued customer from this type of business. Lena, who handles the communications and scheduling is absolutely awesome, and the owner himself has hands-on with any vehicle that comes in, from what I've seen. He's very personable, and will take the time to talk to you and let you know what was done to your car, and what you may need in the near future. Not to mention, their prices are almost unbelievably fair - all other auto shops I've been to in the area left me feeling like I was ripped off, but Absolute makes me feel like I got a total bargain, every time. I have absolutely no reason to look anywhere else for my auto needs.

Everyone at Absolute Automotive is the best. Leena, from the very first phone call, made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is very personable, kind, and respectful on the phone. She also handled the call with professionalism, displayed no poor attitude, and was very patient. It was a great first contact with the company.
Once there, Drew greeted me and was also genuinely personable. He and his co-workers treated me and my vehicle with respect and care, going the extra mile to ensure cleanliness as much as possible. I view Drew as an honest and trustworthy mechanic and I will certainly be returning for more visits. I’ve already been there twice with the second time being an emergency battery replacement done within 45 minutes at half the price of the dealership.

My husband and I just moved to Boca Raton and we were worried about finding a good mechanic in our area. I looked up on mechanics and read the google reviews on Absolute Automotive. I was skeptical about all of them being super positive and 5 star reviews. I caved in and took my Highlander in because I had three sensor lights come on. Drew, the owner, was BEYOND awesome. First, he told me I really didn't need any work due to the sensors. He told me it looked like the previous mechanics left wires loose and gave me a laundry list of things they did wrong, thus the sensors came on. I was impressed he didn't try to give me an off the wall explanation on how I needed work. Secondly, he told me I did have an oil leak--something another mechanic had already told me so he was consistent and honest on that. Thirdly, he suggested other work I needed BUT gave me the timeline on how much time I had to fix it. Lastly, Drew gave me a ride back home when I had dropped off the car and was willing to pick me up when the car was ready. Awesome, honest and friendly. Most definitely will I be coming back and recommending this place to anyone that needs a good, honest mechanic.
