They must have recently changed owners. I took my car for an oil change and to check it out. When I picked up my car it was misfiring and check engine light was on. I took it back immediately and was told I brought it in with check engine light on. They said my car will misfire until I change spark plugs. My car didn't go in for any repair there were no issues other than needing an oil change !
Brought my 1990 mercedes for service and everything went smooth. 10/10 service & location. Ricardo the manager was very helpful, knows what he’s doing.

This is probably the most well-deserved review I have ever written. So I had a small nail in my brand new tire. It didn't look like my tire pressure was going down yet, but to be safe I stopped at this auto shop to see if they could plug my tire. An older gentleman came out and looked at my tire and said nope, we can't plug it, you need a new tire or we need to possibly patch it. But then Ricardo, WHO DESERVES A HUGE RAISE, came out and said wait a minute let me take a look at her tire considering she said her tire pressure did not go down. Ricardo looked at the tire, took out his tools and removed the nail. He sprayed the tire with a special spray to make sure there was no leak and said there's zero damage to your tire. You are completely fine. I went from almost having to get a $600 brand new tire to a $0 charge. On top of that, Ricardo checked all of my tires to make sure they were all at the right air pressure. This auto shop will have my business moving forward. I WILL NOT look elsewhere. Thank you so much Ricardo for your honesty and customer service!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if i could give it!!!

Thankfully, the guys at All American Lube defy that rule. They have been taking care of my vehicles for about 15 years. I am a natural skeptic, so any time they would say, you need this, or "we recommend" I figured it was just sales. In the years I have been taking vehicles there I have learned that these guys are only recommending what is truly needed to keep your vehicle properly maintained. Noticed that my car was leaking oil. Thought it would be a good idea to have someone inspect it. Customer service was great when talking to them; I specifically said that I wanted to know the reason why exactly there was an oil leak. Long story short, I’m faced with a $3,500 bill.
No explanation as to why it’s necessary any of the labor and replacements. The pictures did a poor job at explaining the issue, and the video provided was the equivalent of a Human Resources training video regarding “the dangers of low oil in your car”. They were understandable enough so as to take out all of the “estimated expenses” but the diagnostic itself was ~$115.
1 stars because I’ve been coming here since I started college and would routinely go there for general inspections/maintenance. I even had my tires changed once because I trusted them but now I realize it was all just a scheme.

While I had no problem with the oil change service, I was shocked to see the increased overall cost for the service! When I asked why the cost was so much more than the last time my oil was changed, the person checking me out said it was because of tariffs. The parts were higher by only 20 cents (see attached), but the labor cost had increased by over 159%!!! What do tariffs have to do with labor?? I believe this was an intentional dig by a disgruntled liberal against the current administration. If he had told me that the cost for labor was higher because they felt that their workers deserved a raise, I could've accepted that (although to go up that much in less than a year seems odd), but to blame it on tariffs???? I've been going to All-American for over 20 years for my oil changes, but it seems that All-American is no longer "All American". So sad : (
Scam place. Read the comments, they are true. This is not a repair shop, for whatever reason you go there, they roll you into a mandatory tire inspection/ sales pitch. By the way, I went there due to a headlight and yet they tried to hook me into this tire scam.
Because I read the comments before going there, I walked out as soon as I heard the tire scam before they could see my headlight.

I brought my Mercedes down to this mechanic with a quote from Mercedes detailing everything that was wrong with my car. A service “B” and and a new thermostat.
This mechanic shop offered a much better price. Well after dropping my car off, their mechanic proceeds to call me and say they pressure checked the thermostat and everything’s good nothing wrong. Said my vehicle was good to go. 2 days later check engine light comes back on. I call tell them schedule to bring it back that Saturday. I bring it back they call me tell me mechanic can’t find anything, they did a THUROUGH inspection, cleared codes and I’m good to go.
Well 2 days later check engine light comes on again… I call and schedule to drop it off AGAIN. This process repeats for about 3 weeks of them saying my cars good and check engine light coming back on 2 days later. Finally the last time I drop it off I say to them “ it felt like it misfired” sure enough the next day I get a quote saying the mechanic found a code error for spark plugs. Pretty crazy that for almost a month they couldn’t find anything then after I come in and SAY I think it’s spark plugs all the sudden they magically find a code for it after a month of saying they couldn’t find anything. So I pay for the spark plugs. Not even 24 hrs after picking it back up this time. Check engine light on AGAIN. Vehicle smells like it’s running hot. Finally fed up I bring it back and request the manager. I get someone who claims to be the “lead” mechanic. After he looks at it, turns out my thermostat was the problem the entire time and the sensor was stuck open. THIS IS A MONTH AFTER THEY TOLD ME MERCEDES WAS WRONG ABOUT THE THERMOSTAT. When all in all it was actually this mechanic who didn’t do a thorough check like they claimed. So now, after paying over $1200 in parts and labor for jobs they kept ASSURING ME would fix the problem. After paying for spark plug job that I didn’t even need. They want to try and charge me ANOTHER $1200 for the thermostat when THEIR own mechanic called me and told me it was fine. I told them they need to put the balance from the spark plug job towards the thermostat since I technically just paid for a job I didn’t need and that money was supposed to go to the REAL problem. They want to call me back and offer a measly $100 discount…. Laughable, a slap in the face. This shop will lie and tell you what you want to hear just for a quick buck. Scam company. Will be reporting to better business and taking further steps. Have pictures and proof of receipts and all, even text conversations between their rep ASSURING ME the money I was paying was going to fix the check engine light
I have had nothing but good results since my wife and I started going to All American. On my latest visit I had an oil leak that I tried to solve on my own, with no results. I made an appointment to bring my car in and they took care of it .It was not something I could have done on my own. The staff is very friendly and they all listen to what the issue is and inform me of the cost before starting any work. I have recommended them to neighbors and will continue to do so.
AllAmerican Auto is truly an excellent shop to get your vehicle fixed professionally and running like new because Sheila and her technicians are the very best in this field. My husband and I have been coming here for years and Deverol who is the shop manager especially is an expert in his field being very knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. He is the very best from all the rest! We have and always will highly recommend them to everyone looking for a great Auto Repair Shop!
They’re running a scam over here, they’ll refuse to work on your car until you replace your tires due to “insurance” liabilities. How convenient that they sell tires as well. Last time I went for just an oil change and left with 4 new tires and $1000 less in my pocket Now every time I go they try to get me to replace my tires. What a joke
Very bed ivirement on February 7 /2025 ,i went to AAR ,and I ask to change my frond peds on my BMW , they just remuval my 4 wheels , and they charge me over 100 dollar for nottin, this Auto repare is owen from BIG TEAF I Don t raccomendet to no one....... This onprofessiona busses ,they never enforme they broke the lock of my 4 tires ,I drove 1300 mile from Boca raton to New York with out knowing, today 02/25 /25 ,I relise because I try to change all tha brakes on my BMW and i cant because the lock is broke they tide up the nuts with electric gun ,professional meccanic dosent do thath ,this people from Am Auto ,Reppair, they have no consideration if I drive with my children or spouse I risk big ,but thanks God notting happen on the road ,now i spend over 150 dollar to buy new loked but i cant remuve and BMW use special tools to remuval ,this joint in Boca Raton i belive they have on professional worker ,not wrilly professional, very bed ,I NEVER RACCOMEND ANY ONE THIS AAR. To bed I can not put photos on this post because I love everyone to see it. They suppost call me back ,but they never didn't. Hopely you close for good .
All American Auto is a well trusted, professional, hardworking shop. They are loyal & honest to their customers. I go to them for my routine maintenance. I had battery problems with a battery that had a three year warranty and a team that was giving me the run around. By this point, I was just going to replace the battery with AmericanAuto.
She advised me that it was just the principle of the matter, I had another year on that battery warranty, she said, "Let the company take care of it and save myself money." She went as far as contacting the other company and assisting me with getting it done. Thank you, Shelia

I was a customer, never really had a complaint except for inflated prices .. but, twice my children went there to have a flat fixed and was told the puncture was on the wall, it wasn’t, so it was repaired at another service center. They shouldn’t manipulate customers for a quick buck
Great service. Needed to replace flat tire which could not be patched or plugged. Chris at All American helped me and Jorge ordered the tire I wanted and within my price range. Got a call the next day when the tire arrived, drove over and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service, quick and prompt action, and affordable prices! Highly recommend.
In the beginning everything seemed fine it looks like a good establishment. I waited about 15 minutes before they told me how much it would cost to inspect the car. After I agreed to the amount, I waited 45 minutes before one of the techs brought me outside to tell me my tires are too old for them to work on my car. I never agreed to any test drive so I don't understand how that's relevant to working on my vehicle but nonetheless I left. Horrible wait time and if they don't wanna work on your car, they'll give you any excuse they can. I did notice them working on a car with bias ply tires from 2016 so not sure what's the deal.
I would give the zero stars if I could !!

Please read my experience below:
I had two issues that needed repair on my car, my window that was stuck and could not move up or down and my hood which could not open. Prior to bringing my car to All American Lube Boca, I had been to another mechanic referred to me by a friend. After they had inspected my car, I was given a quote and a breakdown of repair work and parts including total work time. A few days later in order to get a second opinion, I went to see All American Lube Boca. They too sent me a proposal after inspecting my car. I decided to accept their proposal as they are near to my home. Proximity is very important as I am a single woman with only one car.
On April 9th 2024, I gave All American Lube Boca a deposit . The transaction was done with a gentleman named Rinaldo who had prepared my initial quote. Rinaldo said he would call the dealer that afternoon to get the parts needed to repair the car. I sent a follow up text on April 10th to which I received no response. I then called on Friday, April 12th. At that time I spoke with an employee who stated that the parts were in and the car should be ready in a day or two. I reached out to Ricardo for confirmation as he was my initial contact. I received no response either to my texts or phone calls.
On Tuesday, April 16th after having received no response from Rinaldo, I asked a friend to drive me over to All American Lube Boca in order for me to find out the status of car repairs. At that time I met with Ricardo who stated that my car was taken apart, but would be done and ready for pickup the next day. My friend even double checked with him that it would indeed be ready the next day and he said, “Yes.”
My car was not ready the next day. It was not until the end of the day on Friday April 19th that I was able to pick it up. My cousin drove me to pick up the car. At that time I checked the hood which was fixed. The window went up and down. However there were new issues that were not present prior to my bringing my car to All American Lube Boca. What I could see visually was the airbag light was on and the gas tank was below a quarter of a tank (it was a full tank when I brought it in). When I questioned the manager, Sheila, she stated that my car did not start and needed to be jumped. I responded with concern as my car had not had problems prior to this situation. I drove my car out of the All American Lube Boca and I heard a whistling sound coming from the window that was supposedly just repaired. I drove home and further inspected my window and saw a gap between the top of the window and the roof of the car. The driver’s side seat is missing a piece. I had been told that they needed to take out the seat to repair the hood. Apparently they did not replace the part. Finally, I have not been able to sync my phone to the car’s Bluetooth. I was able to do this prior to bringing my car to All American.
I returned my car to them after this awful and very stressful situation. They finally repaired my window, why why was it not repaired properly on my initial visit!!
The one caveat is they were unable to fix my Bluetooth and airbag light and Renaldo told me they do not have the proper diagnostic equipment to fix it and it was not there fault…really. Once again gaslighting me. Why don’t they have diagnostic equipment! How do they solve these problems

Very bad customer service could have had a new customer for life. Went in to get a tire changed since my tire is going flat. As I parked my tire was dead flat informed them I had a tire in the trunk and I was stuck like chuck with a flat. The tire is brand new…. Rather than earn a new customer they said they would not do it. I’m new to the area and was looking for a shop to service my Lexus and gf Escalade I’ll be going to tires plus for now on. Do your self a favor and stay away from this shop. Horrible customer service to earn a customer. So all in all they let a potential life long customer leave and drive away in a unsafe car rather than help a new customer thank you from one buis owner to another you have a long way to go with customer service
Sent my mother for a basic oil change and she was told they can't change her oil unless she agrees to replace all 4 tires. Went down the street and had the oil changed issue free. Don't bother with places that are out to get every dollar they can out of you instead of building quality relationships.
I increasingly enjoy working with them, in addition to them treating the customer with immense respect, there has never been any doubt regarding the service provided on my car, which is why I always feel comfortable before traveling more than 500 miles, I go through them to see if everything is ok.
I had an appointment at All American today for a synthetic oil change and I left feeling frustrated, confused and mad. I have taken my car there before, and thought they were a good, honest shop. About 10 minutes after the mechanic took my car in, the man at the front desk came back to me and said that because my tires were purchased in 2017 and 7 years old, he couldn’t work on my car. For insurance reasons. I told him that he didn’t need to do a tire rotation, only the oil change and he said it didn’t matter. He said your tires are in real good condition, but we still can’t work on your car. Then he hands me an estimate for $654.98. He was quoting 4 new Kelly tires at $363.60 and the rest was for the oil change. I purchased 4 new Michelin tires on 8/12/17 and my mileage at that time was 104,578. My mileage today is 134,693. So, I’ve only put about 30k on these tires, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with them! Well, I refused the service and left.

Used their service before with no issues. Made appointment to have my work truck AC repaired and had a 10 am. appointment. Had to call at 4pm and told they weren't finished although they had six hours. They said they were working on car, but wouldn't be done till next day. I had rescheduled all my work to next day as I needed truck for my next day appointments. I told them I needed the truck and couldn't leave it. I went to pick up my truck 15 minutes later and it hadn't been moved all day. If you want a shop that lies to you, can care less about appointments and does not even acknowledge that they screwed up your time this is the place to go.
Latest update: So I just had to update my review because I had my alternator replaced and they did an excellent job as far as parts and price. Thanks Ramy!
This is the most wonderful place to have any repair done! Excellent service, professional, and very friendly. They treat you like family and will give you an honest quote which is hard to come by these days. Say hello to Devin and Sheila once, and you will know what I mean.
I had a wonderful experience here. I brought my BMW for a battery installation, but my battery ended up being fine. The staff were professional, the waiting room and bathroom were clean, and they were honest. Despite them not needing to render services to me, they did assess my situation honestly and told me the reasons. I find that very admirable in automobile repair shops!! 10/10 if I could.
Honest work and great service. After comparing reviews of local shops, I decided to have my car towed here- a great decision. The service tech on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. I arrived after closing but was still greeted and taken care of by the nice woman that was in the office. The following day my car was fixed and ready quickly for much less than expected. I received a text with the full report with photos. The entire experience was professional and quick!
Showed up for my 9:30 appointment on time, but walked into an empty front office.
Had to wait 15 minutes for an advisor to talk to, and eventually I had to go find him in the back.
At that point, 3 other customers came in and were also getting frustrated.
Devro proceeded to let me know how difficult my headlamp bulb is to change, obviously trying to dissuade me from leaving my car.
I should have been alerted of the service
to come (or lack thereof) by the pile of trash NEXT to the garbage can by the front door.
Was my first time to use this shop.
I won’t be back.
If they don’t care about their own property, they certainly don’t care about YOURS.
