Shelton was wonderful! He gave me a very very fair price to tow my brother’s new to him BMW X5. That literally stopped running about a block from the hospital when he got out of the hospital. Shelton was very friendly and accommodating while also knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him 100% for any of your towing needs!
Great experience with these guys. Great communication, prompt service. I was also dealing with these guys remotely as I was in a different city which probably made it a little tougher on them but they was very patient with me and got my daughter out of trouble. What a great experience with this dude! After calling for roadside assistance and getting assigned to another company for them to not show up for 2.5 hours and then try to call them and get a notification that their number is disconnected. Got assigned to A2Z and he was there within 5 minutes. Got my car hitched up and delivered to the shop for repair all while being super humble and down to earth. I will definitely consider them again if needed and will rave to the people that assigned them to me in my time of need. Thanks again!
The fastest towing service I've ever used. Got to me in under an hour on a Saturday. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the job. Absolutely would use them again if I ever need a tow.

After my job left me hanging for about 3hrs, they thankfully connected me to Shelton who provided outstanding service when he changed my tire. He was fast, professional, and made sure everything was done safely. On top of that, he took the time to advise me that my remaining front tire had dangerously low traction, which I truly appreciated. His expertise and customer care were exceptional. Highly recommend his services!
I needed a long distance tow and A2Z was the most reasonable and available. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He explained everything and was very honest and upfront. Highly recommend and greatly appreciate them!
Left a message on the app. The guy called back around 12:00 told me the price and said he would be to get my car after he was done with the job he was done. 3 hours pass by now tow truck, no follow up call nothing. I called and gave him the address again, explained my situation that I've been stranded. He says ok I'll call when I'm on the way. 5 hours past no tow truck call the number back and he wouldn't answer. Left messages, no response. 6 hours I called again he answered and said I ran into an emergency that's why I didn't answer. I will be there, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I let him know my phone is low and almost dead. He said well I can't help that your phone is going dead, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I asked will it be before 9 because the auto parts store is closing at 9 and I'll be in the parking lot alone. He said I can't tell you that I'll call you when I'm on the way. Here it is the next day, still no call no truck. I have never experienced a company this unprofessional in my 43 years of leaving. I'm a manager and I would never treat my customers like this. Poor communication, ignores phone calls, did not show up. I waited because I was truly trying to do business with this company because I was referred to them. I usually don't leave reviews but this was an awful experience. I'm already in a stressful situation, missing work, while stranded with my car. This company did NOT make it better. If you're not going to help please be honest. Don't lie and keep customers waiting if you're not going to show up. That's NOT how you do business. Please don't respond saying this is not true because it's definitely true. My advice for anyone thinking about using this company, please please have a backup plan. Like my experience they never showed up after telling me he would several times, then ignoring and not showing up to help a customer who really needed help. Please look for other options or you will remain stranded as I am today. Now I am looking for a reliable company to come and pick up my car.

Couldn't have asked for a better towing service, or just a better person in general. Shelton Taylor, the owner and main towing guy was experienced, masterfully competent, and incredibly nice. Their prices are fair as well! I always try to support small/family owned and operated businesses and they will definitely be my go to if I need a tow again. The biggest thing I appreciated about Mr. Taylor was the conversation we had in the truck on the way to our destination. He turned a bad day into a pretty decent day just by being a cool dude to spend a 30 minute drive with. Can't recommend AtoZ Towing enough!

I have had my Honda Civic for over 12 years and have never had it towed... until today when it acted up on me. I called around and really wasn't finding anyone who could help me tow it to a repair shop today, but once I called A2Z Towing, Shelton was able to get to me in an hour and get my car to where it needed to be fast. Tire went flat 1 hour into my trip from Palm Bay to Downtown Oroando. 9:30pm . I have a spare just needed the proper tools . Allegedly i was in an unsafe place to change a tire and insurance left me hanging. After waiting on roadside assistance for an hour i found this God Sent gentleman . Now 11pm at night a woman traveling solo was saved. I highly recommend Mr. Taylor and his services. Reasonable prices and quick and effortless service

Speaking from my one experience running out of fuel at a major intersection in Winter Garden, I am so happy with the professionalism, response time, and customer service from the dispatcher and the driver! Many towing company personnel lack strong communication skills, but these guys are on top of it. At just over 40 minutes, their response time was significantly faster than AAA, with a much simpler and easier process for making requests. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but I know who to call if I do!
Highly recommend! We initially went through our insurance roadside assistance and waited for 3 hours in Florida summer during a heat advisory getting the run around. Called here and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful! Will definitely call them again!
Shelton was very professional, courteous and understanding when he picked up my Audi S4. I was hoping to get it towed tomorrow, but Shelton said he could do it after another scheduled towing. Literally was at my old abode within the hour. And the communication though...the best experience I have had in a long time concerning service. He kept me abreast of my car's whereabouts from pickup to drop off. He handled my car with such care and was an absolute gentleman! I called AAA and after 7 hours of waiting don’t want to go into it. They finally said they do not tow cars they are lowered. I called A2Z towing and explained that my car was lowered. Shelton assured me he can get it done. He was prompt careful and got my car home safe. I will never call AAA again, I have found a trustworthy professional tow.
Very professional. Helped me pump my tired and gave me jump so we could get my car out the garage. Pricing was very fair. Would def use A2Z towing if I ever need a tow again.
