Yesterday, I went to this place, and aside from the very poor service, they gave me a black bag with my belongings but didn’t include several items that were in my car — that’s theft. This is the worst place in the world. The younger attendants are terrible; the bearded man was the only one who managed to help me. I advise everyone to check each item they give you (I only didn’t do it because I had wasted so much time that I had to leave quickly). They take the opportunity to take your belongings.”
The driver's have attitude problems, very unprofessional company. This company needs better costumers service and some manners. A week later I found the same driver on Florida mugshots. Maybe you need to do some background checks before hire drivers.
Will was very kind, professional, and very understanding, he helped me retrieve my belongings from my car and explained the whole process to me and the next step of action I needed to take.
