Chase knew exactly what the problem was once I described it to him. He got us in real quick and verified. It was indeed what he thought it was. Is technician got it all taken care of and I had back in one day. I think I’m gonna be bringing my Jeep here from now on for any of my repairs! Thank you for your all your professionalism

Very impressed with overall service. Chase was extremely helpful and got me right in. I went in thinking I needed a new battery after AutoZone told me mine was bad. Chase asked several questions and realized it was not my main battery but my auxiliary battery. I really appreciate him taking the time to diagnose the problem and not sell me something I didn’t need!

I did not believe I would find a qualified Volvo mechanic in Destin….i was wrong. Volvo has a history of bad a/c evaporators. A $5000 project. I hated the thought of driving to Atlanta for repairs. Destin Auto is an amazing find to work on foreign vehicles. For small or major repairs, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service. Brought my vehicle in Saturday morning and they identified the issues also providing me a quote the same day. Had it fixed by Monday afternoon. Very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to start by saying as a female going to any repair shop is nerve racking. I called Destin Auto Care after realizing my car was overheating and they were able to see me the same day. Chase was the man who helped me and I couldn’t be more thankful. He was so helpful and nice. I would give this place a 10/10 for any auto needs in Destin. I also haven’t had AC for two years and when they replaced my radiator and my fan I now have both. I’m very thankful I chose this place to take my car. I felt taken care of and not just brushed out the door. I will be returning for any other issues! If you have ANY car trouble look no further!! This is the place to go.

I went in and told Chase what the problem was and they did an excellent job and had my SUV back to me the next day. My only problem is that it never fails that mechanics will get grease on your vehicle and not get it off. Other than that the experience was great and I’m appreciative of there being fast and efficient. Very professional team.

We were staying in Destin Beach Florida on vacation when our car started having problems. Destin Auto Center took our car immediately and sent us and estimation on cost. Wow we were so amazed that they were able to find the problem and fix it within less than 24 hours. It needed parts. We were very pleased and excited that they took such great care of us and our car. It was the best service we have ever had in all of our many years of driving. Well and above any thing we could have hoped for. One of the best things was we didn't miss any beach time. We were able to work with Destin Auto Center over text messages and the phone. We would highly recommend them! Very polite and professional.

Drove in on vacation from Texas. The AC in my jeep went out during the last 2 hours of the trip. Needless to say it was a long 2 hours. Found destin auto center on google maps and gave them a call. They were able to take me in right away. Chase is a true professional and explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. No BS, just straight forward service and fair prices. Took about 2 days for parts, labor and final testing but when i got my jeep back the ac was better than ever. Thank you to Chase and your team.

A+ A+ I took my 2013 Porsche 911 for an oil change and they got me in quick, did a multi point inspection, and gave me the green light to finish a 10 hr drive back home. They got us in, estimate finished up by morning next day. Once we authorized the repairs, everything moved quickly! The communication is easy via text, and even paying with a payment link was nice! The new clutch feels and works great!

Was recently on vacation in the area. On the day we were leaving town, my Ram decided to blow the thermostat housing, resulting in loss of coolant and overheating. The tow company recommended this shop as I needed work done rather quickly. After speaking with the shop, I could tell they understood my sense of urgency. I am however not an unrealistic person and I did not expect them to drop everything just to get me back on the road. The truck was dropped off around 2:00pm on a Wednesday and they had it completed by 10:00am the following day! My family and I are very grateful for this shop! I would not hesitate to use it again! Thanks y'all!

I’ve been to Destin Auto Center twice now, and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. They never try to oversell or push unnecessary work. I came in thinking I needed a bunch of repairs, but they took the time to assess everything and only recommended what was actually needed. I really appreciated how transparent and fair they were throughout the process. I left both visits feeling well taken care of, not taken advantage of. Prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for trustworthy and professional auto care in the Destin area!

Destin Auto Center is Amazing! I went there to fix a flat tire. I was so impressed with Chase and his staff, I decided to have additional work done on my Mini Cooper the next day. They were so friendly and professional. Great service, great staff!!!

We were on vacation when our Honda Odyssey broke down, and we had it towed to them. They were very quick in getting an estimate to us, and gave a fair price. They got the work done just as quick. They were very nice guys to work with!

Our car brakes light we're having issues and Chase at Destin auto center was able to get us in and out in one day. They were very thorough and got the job done quickly. Being from out of town that was so important to us and did not ruin our vacation. They are very knowledgeable and communicated with us quickly what was going on. I would recommend them any day.

Destin Auto Center: Honesty, Integrity, and Above-and-Beyond Service (5 Stars) We can't say enough good things about Destin Auto Center and Chase! Our out-of-state vacation was derailed when our car suffered major engine trouble. With the dealership unable to help for days, we called Destin Auto Center based on their excellent reviews. Chase quickly arranged a tow and had our car diagnosed within three hours. The diagnosis was grim: a new engine. Now, Chase and Destin Auto Center easily could have taken our money for this major repair. Instead, Chase demonstrated incredible honesty and character. He took the initiative to research our specific engine issue and discovered it was part of a class-action lawsuit against Hyundai. He then advised us to go through Hyundai for a free replacement, even arranging the tow to the dealership for us. This act of genuine customer care, putting our best interest first, is truly commendable. They earned our trust and our highest recommendation!

I needed new brakes for my vehicle and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they immediately assigned my vehicle to a technician and brought it back to check the brakes and provide an estimate. The estimate repair cost was fair and Chase (the Service Manager) told me when the work would be completed. Throughout the repair, I was provided updates on the progress and the work was completed when it was promised. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and the attention given to my truck. This business was both fair and honest with me and I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing auto repair service.

I’ve typically had no issues here. I have had multiple vehicles here, infinities, teslas, Porsches, you name it. On Easter Sunday I caught a nail in the tire. I had it towed here. They assured me we can get it handled. I left the car with them for the week to order tires. They got the tires in and when I came in to get the car, I called ahead of time… their air compressor had went out. I totally understand. Things happen. My frustration comes from the lack of communication, requiring me to buy the tires at this shop when no other shop wants to install tires that didn’t come from the installing shop and the real breakdown comes from the assurance this would be handled, it wasn’t, and I was told towing would be covered if I found another shop and then the service side wouldn’t cover the tow bill I have incurred bc their machine is down. I still think people should use this shop, they have not done me wrong in the last, but based off my interactions as of late, they’re not someone I’m willing to do business with anymore. The run around all morning, the not answering the phone, me having to uber all around town just to get face to face to get some answers…. Way too much to deal with. What should have happened is, they should have called me when they knew they couldn’t do the tires and if they wanted to go above and beyond for their customers, offer to have it towed ( they are also a tow company ) to a shop to have it installed. They should have answered the phone when I was calling so I didn’t have to uber. And when asked about how we got into such a cluster, instead of give me lip service about how “yessir I understand” just actually think about, dang… we have put this guy through some stress today, let me see if I can help. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for or that they care. And they probably don’t, it’s not a big deal to lose one customer…

My experience with Destin Auto Center was absolutely amazing! I have no words to describe how grateful and happy I am I took my Mini Cooper S there. I drove from Alabama to Destin for a vacation over the weekend and my car broke down in the middle of the road. I ended up being towed using Triple A services who are partnering with Destin Auto Center and they recommended them to me. My Mini had a problem with both the thermostat and the throttle body but Chase and his team took care of it with such a professionalism and great timing. They kept updating me throughout the whole process and reassured me that they would make sure the car is up and running before they let me drive it again back to Alabama, Thank you all so much for being such professionals! <3

They sold me the cutest car in the world and they take good care of my little "Mario Kart." I love visiting just to see what unusual cars they have on the lot and the whole team just brightens my day.

We on vacation and our car wouldn’t start. Frantically I started searching and they were AAA approved and also offered towing so I called. They came and towed the vehicle within 30 minutes. They did have the vehicle for a couple of days but it was because there was a miscommunication within the wire system. 4 wires later the car was running again. Being out of town it’s hard to know where to go, but I wouldn’t hesitate with this team. Very good service and knowledgeable.

Absolutely Amazing!! My car broke down and I thought I was going to be Stranded with my mother and daughter.. I called Destin Auto Center who happened to be close by. Josh who Towed my car was their within the hour and allowed me to ride with him:)) Repairs were done same day!! Incredible Customer Service and takes care of their clients even if they are from out of town. Being all women...I felt very grateful for this experience!! Thank you Destin Auto Center.
