I don't use parts stores much, the only products I buy here is Aluminum Brite, the other stores don't sell it, and sand paper for detailing, great staff, clean store and just minutes from my house, i just wish they were open on Saturday. But that's not a deal breaker.
I cant express enough my gratitude to Nate , first on 5/21/25 wednesday getting antifreeze delivered to our resort and then the next day giving me two referrals to get our car repaired which had a coolant leak somewhere after we drove to Destin for holiday from Columbus Ga
He is the best , most personable and professional . If you need the best product or expert advice , of course talk to NAPA
AND shout out to Ben and Gavin at Rhodes auto repair for the quick repair in 24 hrs new radiator and done and our stress free return home safely. Both totally amazing and a Godsend.
I called today at 3:00pm. I need 2 oil filters and oil for 2 vechiles. I called to see if it was instock. I was told it was so I asked what time they closed because alot of times they close early even though online it says they are open. The guy on the phone said they were open untill 5pm today. I told the person on the phone to hold the stuff for me that, I was on my way coming from miramar beach. I pulled in at 3:30 to a hand written sign on the door sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed until 4:15p or 4:45p. Why tell me that you are open till 5pm let me drive all the way there for nothing. I only shop at this Napa and have been since I moved here 9 years ago. The past 2 years it has been different. Never trust the online hours.
It’s frustrating when your hours say 7pm online so I order parts expecting to be able to pick them up when I get off work at 5, pull up to the store and it’s closed?! Need to update hours because I would have left early to get them if I knew y'all were going to pack it up at 5pm.
Napa save me time and money always. Nate came through huge dropping off a part I needed after I had already drained the oil out my truck big help big thanks!!!
I can't even start to say all the nice things. I should have just come here first but didn't want to after the bad experience at the last two I went to. Matt was awesome. Helped me out and got me on my way safely!

Friendly, helpful staff. Walked in expecting to have to spend some money only to find out our battery was still under warranty and walked out with a new battery and didn't have to spend a dime. Even offered to install the new one for me. Napa is always the best no matter what state I'm in I know I can depend on quality parts. Friendly. Helpful, Honest staff that are knowledgeable.
Drove all the way from Baker Fl . Just arrived at 3 PM and the hours online say they close at 4pm. They are closed. Doors locked. No sign. Horrible way to operate a business. What a waste of time and gas.
Dishonest employees will ruin a good business I ask for a NAPA silver oil filter and was sold a pro select. The employee told me it was the silver but they had changed packaging. That is flat out lie. Won’t be back to this location
Very clean and neatly organized store. Staff is friendly and helpful. This location has a serious home town feel about it. Locally owned and operated, not corporate. Definitely a winner for automotive and marine needs.
The place was a little hard to find for tourists but the proprietor was friendly and even installed the light bulb we needed for us. His elderly black lab/assistant was adorable!
They went out of their way to try to find me the part I needed by going directly to the mechanic I was using and showing them the part. It turned out that it wasn't the right part, because Napa doesn't carry this part and I had to get the part from a dealership instead. However, I thought how incredible their customer service is by going out of their way to do this for an inexpensive part.
