Needed fuel filter for my onboard generator. I didn’t have the part number, but brought up the filter from the internet. On the filter was the part number. The clerk did a cross reference and found the Napa part that matches. Our day and dry camping was saved.

I've been in Florida for a long time but in the keys it's a different type of Florida The people are friendly they don't need money to loan you tools at these places in fact they'll even come and help you

Had a piece of heavy equipment go down on a job due to a lost gas cap. Although Napa did not specifically stock heavy equipment parts, they were quickly able to find a compatible part.

This Napa is amazing. They had parts to my boat (believe it or not) that not a single boat place on the island had. Jorge and Gino were absolutely amazing. They put up with us for hours trying to figure out problems out. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. 💯💯💯% recommend. Before you shop any other parts store, check here first.

Love this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else for parts and supplies for work or home. If they don't have it they can get it and usually pretty quick.

This is the best NAPA I've been to. it's perfectly organized. I went about 1 month ago and my sales person was Marco Becker hes awesome . She gave me all her attention every time i went. My family and I are very happy with our car fixed. Thank you for keeping your store organized and having a very nice sales person. Price was a bit overwhelming.

Great customer service and honest auto store. I was about to get charged 150 dollars to run an engine code on my Chevy at a local mechanic and decided to just check in with NAPA to see if they offered it for free and sure enough the technician pulled out the code reader and did it for free no problem.

Today was another great experience at the Key West Napa location. Went in for a car clothes hangar for an upcoming trip and one was found in the back room for me. You guys are appreciated 👍

Wife ordered products for an oil change at the Napa Key West location and was told it would arrive in 2 to 3 business days and that she would receive a phone call once it arrived. When she didn’t get a call she phoned in to verify the items ordered had arrived. She was met with an employee on the other line who was unprofessional and rude to say the least. Very short and talked to my wife like a child, SUPER disrespectful. When my wife talked to the manager at the store the manager just shrugged and said ok and walked off not caring at all. I will not order nor spend money here ever for the remainder of my time here. She left and went to Auto Zone and was actually treated with respect and dignity, customer service was top notch, would do business with them again.

Very helpful and fair, only place that will do headlights for free in town. Thank you ! The manager and employees are all awesome. Oh and someone left half a bottle of windshield wiper fluid outside and they helped me use that too 😅

This is what you may call FANTASTIC SERVICE. I placed the first part of my order on line last night. A battery. I needed more. Then I called the store this morning and spoke to Olita. There was a change in the part number. I went into the store. Olita ordered 5 more commercial size batteries for me in seconds, not minutes! I was expecting to wait a couple of days for delivery. No! Same day service! TODAY. My order was ready to collect in ONE HOUR! Luois and Mike went the extra distance and delivered my order to the marina and they removed all the old batteries from my vessel. It was 91F and humid. Phew! Very hard work! Thank you Mike, Olita and Luois for such amazingly fast service. I recommend this parts store for their friendly and efficent service at prices everyone can afford. Wishing all the staff at this NAPA store much success!

Great Auto parts store. Been purchasing various parts there for over 5 years. Employees will go out of their way to help find a specific parts for you. And place an order for an item that they don't have in stock and tell when it be in and notify you when it arrives.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The Big Pine key napa could take lessons from these guys. Cant believe it's the same owner. Need to clean house on big pine key napa and get the attitude out!! Drove 22 miles to key west instead of 7 to big pine napa. !!

I order a spark plug and never arrived, kept giving excuses plus everyting is over price, i wish they have a walmart here and they can close all the little tourist traps down...

BEWARE OF BECKMANS NAPA Profit is more important to Mr Beckman than his customers. They recently sold me a dead battery, then convinced me the problem was not the battery but something else. After many hours spent and dollars wasted trying to diagnose the problem, I discovered the battery was defective. When I returned to the store, they didn't have a replacement, and refused to refund my money. I then went to Sears where I bought their top of the line Die Hard Gold battery for $7 less than I paid for the defective battery at Beckmans. Sears promised to refund my money if it didn't work out. Problem solved. I then called Mr Beckman directly and asked him to refund my money. He refused. Obviously the money is more important to Beckman than you or I am. Be warned, and share this with your friends and family to protect them from this thief.
