My motorcycle would not start. Called anchor towing, and they came out rather quickly to Sigbees Camp RV Park on the Navy base. I Don’t remember the guy‘s name, but he had a long beard and reminded me of ZZ Top. Very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable! He knew what he was doing and gave me some guided tips on what I needed to do to get my motorcycle 3 1/2 hours away to Peterson HD dealership in Miami. This company has a truly exceptional employee that goes above and beyond! If ever in Key West again and I get stranded, this is the company I’m calling!

If your out there needing a tow I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. AWESOME 100%

I rarely ever leave reviews, but Albert H. deserves the praise. He was quick, knowledgeable, extremely kind and professional. Give that guy a raise.

Some dummy has the nerve to park in my driveway and block eveything? Anchor showed up iquickly and dispensed with them. Thank you

They were terrific! We have roadside assistance through Ford and they said they couldn’t find anyone to help us!!! So Googled towing services, Anchor came right out and helped us. 24 hour service available! Put their information in our contacts- we will call them for help again if we need it!

What the hell do these guys think. they went to the apartment complex (arrive key west) where I have more than 3 months of living, I have my parking permit sticker and they took my vehicle and now I have to pay them for not knowing how to read and take my property just because they wanted to. Thieves is the best word to describe this business

Steve arrived before I could even say I was waiting, professional and knowledgeable he helped me get my vehicle towed to the shop and I am grateful for his wonderful attitude. This is true customer service, what a treat!! Thank you anchor towing!!!!

RIP-OFF!! over-priced goons. Picked up my vehicle and they drove it less than a mile to their yard (didn’t even have to be towed!) and they charged over $1,200. Also, they want CASH ONLY, which one can reasonably assume they do it to report less earnings and avoid paying taxes. Total rip-off artists ZERO STARS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Where to begin. I have had the honor of working with Anchor towing a few times within the past couple months. My first interaction was on the phone with Veronica. She was amazing. No one really understands how hard and frustrating being a dispatcher is. Your dealing with upset and rude people all day long. She was so understanding and she got me all set up. I am new to the area so I'm sure It was a bit annoying working with me over the phone. I then met Albert. Amazing hard worming man. I continued to deal with Veronica and I believe her name is Ashley over the phone. They got me situated and so patient with me over the phone. These 2 are rare and beyond hard to find today. I have since been on a couple tow jobs with Alex. What a freaking guy. He dosent shy away from work in anyway. Hot, dirty, nasty, heavy, or stressful. He is on top of it. Hats off to the Anchor family. Who ever is the ownership of this business needs to really cherish and realize what an amazing team you have. Lil bonus would go a long way for these amazing employees.

Called them and told me will come to me in 30 minutes. I called them after 40 minutes and said I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Also, other towing services less expensive than them.

Called tonight with a question/concern about someone illegally parking at our complex. The lady decided to hang up on me. I called again asking why she hung up on me and she threatened to call the sheriff’s department to tell them I called several times (even though I just called twice). Pretty poor customer service, I guess that’s what I get from waking her from her nap 🙄

My tire went flat right after I left Key West heading home to Big Pine. I was still in Stock Island when I heard the noise. I contacted my Kia road side assistance, and they secured Anchor Towing as my service provider. It was literally in 20 minutes or less when Albert arrived. He switched the shredded rear tire to the front so he could tow the car to Kia of Key West he was quick and extremely professional. Albert made a bad situation go as smoothly as possible.

So we are on our way to Sugerloaf for vacation, 40 miles from the place we are to stay after 7 hours on the road I blow a tire on my boat at 2 am in Marathon NO spare a grumpy wife and a crying kid! and not an open place in town to buy a tire! NOT how I planed the start to my vacation! Well I called Anchor Towing and a they brought me a used tire they had and saved the day! The best part is they charged a very fair price! THANKS GUYS!

Competent and friendly workers. I got a really good deal for my first tow with this company and my second time around I feel I kind of got the shaft however I was in a bit of an awkward place for my second tow so I'm not going to argue too awful much.

Battery died late Saturday night and we needed to head back to Miami. We called Anchor and they showed up and provided us a quick boost to get on the road. Made it home safely and replaced my battery the next morning. These guys are great.

Thank you, Jonathan for your assistance on Sunday; June 13. Unfortunately, our plans changed quickly when we were stuck at Mile marker 42 on the 7Mile bridge. Dispatch was very empathetic to our needs and we were safely towed. Thank you for your help! Sid & Haley

My rental car broke down and Budget called Anchor to come fix the battery. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and efficient, but the mechanic Donald who showed was beyond rude and downright mean. On top of his horrid behavior, I don't think he even tested my battery. Within two hours of his "service" my car was broken again with a dead battery. So not only was I berated by the mechanic, he didn't even complete what he came to do. 100% would never ever recommend.

Absolutely excellent service. The woman working the phone will make sure she talks to the right people to get things done. So incredibly impressed.

Used a couple times to tow my harley through Geico and they were excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional experience with bot the driver and phone center. Highly recommend.

They towed a frienfs car after visiting for 30 mins. No signs posted where they parked!! 275.00 really during this pandemic?? They need money that bad to hook and go!!?? Shame on you!!

Victoria and her team were very helpful. We needed a tow and storage for our vehicle. The prices were very fair, and Victoria was a great help to us by organizing everything that we needed. Great company!

My fiancé’s car was towed which was his fault. Over the phone, they seemed to be extremely helpful! But once we actually got in the facility it was one particular employee who was extremely rude and stand-offish. The original lady who was helping us was multitasking but tried her best to handle everything on her own. From the phone calls to the clients. A younger, heavier set lady came in and from the very first interaction, her tone was immediately offensive. I offered to help her with the 5 bags she was carrying because she looked like she could use a hand and she completely snapped at me. To top it off, she blatantly lied about the company being cash only! Meanwhile, there are several sign in the office that says “visa, MasterCard and discover” and not one sign about the payment being “cash only”. Also, I we I spoke to her over the phone just days before And asked for a total price they quoted me $30 a day but in person it was a completely different story. We were expecting a $180 bill but it ended up being $467. I’m certain the color of my skin had a lot to do with her unwillingness to help or even be polite. It’s unfortunate that people with a racism mindset like hers still exist. I could see if we were being rude and nasty but even then, when you choose to work in customer service, you should choose your attitude. You have to decide everyday to treat ALL people with care, kindness and respect.

The worst of the worst, they overcharge, the drivers are all creeps, all women should be careful. A bunch of stalkers and nasty people. They keep going to apartment complexes late night to look through peoples bedroom windows.

I got my truck stuck in a salt Marsh 200 ft from a gravel road. The driver came out and called back to his office and said he couldn't get me out. Then just left me and said figure it out. This company is horrible and left me stranded. I thought it was their job to help us. I offered extra money he said no and he left. So I called Arnold's towing in key west. They came out and got me out in 10 min. Not to mention Arnold's towing had first class service and great staff. I would never recommend anchor towing ever. Worst service .

I was told from the woman that is in charge of the Boot Device applications; I specifically asked did they do this on Memorial Day and I was told yes. I made an appointment for Memorial Day at 3 pm. They never showed. I called and was told by another woman that they do not apply Boot devices on a Holiday. Well my afternoon was wasted. And the other woman was rude.
