**BEWARE** Sold me a bad motor with water in it and blown head gasket. Motor was never mounted in my car. They didn't wanna replace or refund after they initially said they would. Very shady business.

I recently bought an engine for my 2015 Nissan at Rastro MR Used Auto Parts. The staff was really helpful in making sure I got the right engine for my car. The engine was in excellent condition, and it’s been running smoothly. The price was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

I visited the place recently, and I was referred to Mauricio by my nephew Darvens Charles who went there a week prior to my visit. Frankly, I was surprise by Mauricio kindness and the willingness who moved from one place to another to get me all that I wanted. I myself a whole foods Market employee and I've been doing customer service for the past 21 years. I have never received or ever expect such service in a used auto parts. I thought he was the owner, but when I asked, he told me that the owner was not in his office at the moment. I purchased for over $2000 because of the service that Mauricio offered

They said a price, then increased the price at the end, the transmission was not the correct one, I returned and after 2 months everyday they say it’s getting delivery the same day, also they are not returning the money. Bad experience.

One of the worst yards I went, I needed a rear bumper, found the part and tool box. Expecting around 200, the salesman said no more than 250, mind you the car was in a fire, and was 2000, the box was plastic and missing pieces. The manger came and did not even look at the parts we needed and said he will not negotiate and walked away from me.

In their own words - they really don't care. Called about a Red door advertised on their site, yes we have it, $300 - Pay me via Zelle. I pay, 8 minutes later - we don't have it, but i'll get you one. Requested a refund 4 times, refuse to acknowledge the request, just sling mud and say we'll get a door. If you can't go in person, don't trust them. I expect a response that this is all my fault, as blame the customer seems to be their flavor - yet I'm out the money, and don't have a door.

I highly recommend that no one in their right mind does any business with these people. I bought a transmission from them for my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and Oscar promised that I wouldn't have any issues with it. He told me that they didn't want their customers to have any problems with the parts. When I put the transmission in the car and went to test it out, the car would not engage any of the gears, not even drive or reverse. I called them to get a refund for the transmission, but they wouldn't answer my calls. They started hiding from me. I had to show up and demand my money back. Come to find out, the owner of this business is a Hispanic lady who never came out of her office to face me. I had to deal with Oscar the whole time at the front desk.

If you are a woman, don’t even expect any service here. I called just to ask if he had a part for my car and he hanged up, I thought it was the reception and he kept hanging up on me, as soon as he heard me. I asked my husband to call and he answered the question. Although I wouldn’t get the transmission engine here. I’d rather buy it somewhere else. I have read all the bad reviews.

I wanted whole harness for $700 but you don’t know how to sale nothing so rude. Put me on hold five times and came back on phone while still talking rude to another customer. Worst customer service experience ever. I don’t even like writing reviews but that was nasty customer service. Wow

I call this establishment for a price on a mirror . He quoted me a price that was a bit to high then gave me a better price . I told Jason I will be on the way to pick it up. Once I got to the establishment I asked for Jason . He gave me now the higher price that I was quoted first. That was not the price I we agreed to over the phone . He said that is what he wrote down when we spoke..

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went to get some prices on headlights and two grill pieces. Got quoted $200 EACH on a BMW Z4. I told them that’s way more than brand new OEM and a little unfair since they can’t guarantee if they work and to help me out with the price a bit, they drop it to 150 each and magically 100 each which is still damn near OEM price. I would have gladly paid 100 for both but instead, they were ok with over charging and screwing someone out of their money instead of trying to retain a customer. Same thing with the two grill components, they wanted to sell me the whole bumper for two grill pieces that were already loose and partially off. Terrible customer service and experience. I do not recommend for anyone to spend their hard earned money for a business who doesn’t care to help you buy what you need at an affordable and reasonable price.

Never pick up the phone, and when they do, they hang up. Your better off going to LKQ PICK AND PULL. At least there you can get the information you need to even see if the car is still there, or has been picked clean and scrapped.

if you need a part make sure yourself its the right one before purchasing. Because they will give you the wrong part and not refund you your money when you come back for your refund. will not honor as stated on their receipt 25% restocking fee. Then you are stuck with the wrong part that they themselves sourced. will not be doing business again.

We bought engine from this company on August 4th,2023. And when we installed it find out that it's not working. We started to write to person, who sold it to us and he was not responding for almost 1week(he was traveling). I was calling to the office next week every day and they were promising to send Technician to fix problems and it will never happened. Today is 08.22.2023 still nothing fixed only promises

Looking for a taillight for my Infiniti. Was actually sent here by another used parts dealer in the area. While they didn’t have exactly what I needed, they have parts that are similar. Prices are very reasonable!! John was friendly and very helpful. If you’re looking for used parts, I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

Lack of communication, they don't call back when they say they will. Sold be bad Engine and rod went through block in under 30 days and they still won't warranty it because I contacted them 4 days after 30 day warranty even though I have proof from pepboys engine went bad in under 30 days

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I called for a gas tank and the person who picked up the call was very rude and unprofessional. He stated that the vehicle has been on the lot for 200 days plus and more then likely no longer had the gas tank. When I asked if he can check if it did or didn't have it since I'm located in Dundee and I am really needing it, he say "I'm not going to let you waste my time" and hung up the phone. Customer service in companies like these should be top notch and they are far from it. I've never been treated in such a demeaning manor!!

Oscar, this individual was just straight up rude and disrespectful. He offered little to no help and was irritated and rude throughout the entire process. I had to get assistance from others there and he made the overall experience horrible. I would not recommend anyone going there. He singlehandedly made this company worst. A big thank you to whoever was there and actually did their job and assisted me.

Javier price me a door over the phone. I told him to please check condition because I was coming from far away. He said door was off and ready in good condition I drove 90 minutes to get the door and when I got there the door had about 10 hours damage. it was not pulled from the car like he told it was either. Wasted 3 hours round trip of time and money.

I called for a door and they had it so next day I came and picked it up, very friendly and they even took the door off for me and put it in the car. And they spoke English and Spanish which was great for me and my dad because I only speak English my Spanish isn’t very good looking. Would recommend Oscar knew what he was talking about and knows what he has asked about another part for a car and was helpful, if I ever need anything I’m coming back
