Spanish guy is mad that he works a 9 to 5, hung up on me while explaining to him the part I needed, wen I get their he gives me attitude,i told him don't get mad at me cause you choose to be a part of the system and not independent ,blame your self or go back to Venezuela u dump,that's y their not 1 customer anywhere shifty customer service...no my fault you have to attend me get a another job poor quality people don't go here,they look at you like they get bothered to attend you....why be their go home.
Came in an hour before closing to pick up a used ECU for my truck with a weird misfire. I had gone through most of the ignition components at this point already. They had the ECU for my truck that has not been made in 27 years. I plugged it in screwed it on and the misfire is gone! I also want to thank Henry for his patience while I took a couple minutes to verify that it was the right ECU. Another nice thing about this yard is that they will accept returns for the first 3 days but they do keep 25% as a restocking fee. I will be back here when there is another part that I need in the situation where I don't want to wait for shipping. And yes, they can speak English.
Customer service sucks. I needed a copy of an invoice. Guy that answered the phone started with asking what we bought. Hmmm, I don't know because I don't have the invoice. I told him I don't know and his response was "Do you know how many invoices a day I do"? This is where my attitude went south. I told him the day of the transaction and the amount our card was run. He proceeded to tell me he did not have an invoice with that amount for my company. I replied with "then why do I have a charge for this on my cc statement with your company and phone number. He responds again with "I don't have an invoice for that amount for your company" all with attitude, so I gave him attitude right back and hung up on him. He then calls me back and says "Is this the lady with the attitude? Hmmm my attitude really?? He tells me that he found the invoice, I gave him our email address and still didn't get it. Why did you even bother to call back. Some people should not attempt to do customer service...Fail!!
Paid ahead and was told that the part would be out once I arrived. Instead I had to wait for them to take it out and the person made a bunch of excuses. Then once they had the part out they tried to sell me a tampered seat belt(see picture).
EDIT to the owner's reply:
The order was placed at 1:34PM, 3.5 hrs before you close, with an assurance that it would be ready the next day. There was no mention of other orders or too late in the day, just that it would be ready.
Your salesman did not try his best to help the situation. Instead he said "too bad" and moved on (you can check your cameras for that).
Regarding the retractor, the picture shows it clearly had a piece cut off and your salesmen handed it to me as if it were fine. There was no check on your businesses part to verify that the product was in working order.
Your reply is just more excuses rather than taking responsibility for your employee's actions and poor service.
Jason was able to find my part, it was not from the original car but he was kind enough to research it on his computer. Thank you. Wife is happy with her car up and running.
They're alright they didn't have the part i needed but they was very nice to me and they helped me get the part i really needed so i really appreciate them for that
My experience wasn't that great but not too bad since i got what i came for. I came in looking for something specifically and was force to buy another part with it. I thought this was a junk yard that sells parts individually. For that its a three star
Very good place to buy used parts for cars. Just ask for Blanca. She will help you. She's been helping me for mire than 5 years.
If she doesn't have have the parts she'll refer you ti another places.
