Don't buy from these people they're the worst the salesperson is the worst he has no people skills whatsoever buyer beware they do not give you back your money for no reason at all not even to pull apart stay away from these people. The reason I never bought it because a simple question let me see the number that's on it and you did not want to do it because you want to be paid for and then not give back the money that is the wrong way to do business that's why I gave you one star and like me there is a lot others that you don't know how to leave a review shame on you that's not the way you do business
Albert wouldn't show me the part before I paid for it. So, I went somewhere else and bought it from MR, where they allow to see what you are buying. What a revolutionary concept.
Purchased a bumper assembly that they didn’t want to deliver. Pay it and was going to pick it up the following week, waited one hour at the location because the bumper was still on the car even though I already paid. The guy up front lied to me and told me they were working on the car. But they weren’t. Do not recommend this place
Money hungry thieves, they told me they had a part for 400$ then when they realized they could sell it for more said they did not have it anymore.
Then listed it the next day for 600$

Best place to find a part for your car, always very helpful with your car problems, if they do not have it, will help finding for you. Know them for 15 years and always good prices and the guys at front going the extra mile for help

This is the worst place you go to buy parts, worst customer service, they would lied to you just to take your money, we got stolen from them , never go here. The manager scream at us when we told them that they sale us a bad part. Be careful with the guy on the picture.

Our transmission went out on our truck so we bought one from here. We were told 2 to 3 days to get it 27 mins to the shop! We paid 200 and bought it on a monday and still wasn't there on a Friday so I called and texted and no one checked on it. It took till the following Monday to arrive which put our installation later so we're still without a truck 2 weeks later. If you live close enough drive to go get it. They don't care about thier customers! I should have been offered a refund on the delivery but they offered nothing
Best experience I've had finding used parts for a car. The prices are reasonable and Albert, especially, was quick and efficient with finding the car model and part I needed *and* pulled it for me in no time. I was literally in-and-out in under 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
If I could post a lower score than a one I would. This is a very dishonest poor staff of employees I had ever done business with. They constantly lied to me after I had to make repeated calls to find a shipment date and an eta. They never followed up with my order and THEY ended up canceling IT.
Beware of poor customer service. I am extremely upset at the treatment my brother received here. I truly believe that customer service is the backbone of any customer facing business. Anyone can sale a product, what sets you apart is the customer experience you provide. When I hear that a representative refers to their patron in a profane, derogatory, sexist word “why you’re being a p....?” I can’t even finish that statement. I’m mortified at the fact that language and behavior like that is permitted when addressing customers.
I was with my brother when he called twice earlier in the day to see if he could come by later in the afternoon and pick a specific part up and during both calls, the representative said yes, come by later and we’ll pull it for you, not providing any pertinent policy information around pick up hours. My brother came over an hour before closing time (3:45 pm), and when he made his request, the representative said that the guys in the yard couldn’t pull the part out and refused to call the supervisor when my brother requested. Nor did they provide the supervisor’s contact information. After my brother’s attempt to escalate the situation to a supervisor, the employee reacted by escalating the situation to an uncomfortable situation which included the representative using profane, sexist, derogatory words at my brother, his own customer.
They claim the parts come off of working vehicles but i exchanged my computer box twice and still didn't work. I had to wind up buying it new. I wasted $125. I will never by anything from them again. Its just best to buy it new and be done
First off these are the people that give Miami and Miami’s business is a bad name. They knowingly will send you out faulty parts knowing they won’t take it back. Just do yourselves a favor and steer away from these people go find your parts somewhere else.They are the word junk trust me on that I would never do business with them again. JUSY SIMPLY PUT THEY ARE CROOKS!

Literally sells "Parts Car" (and ANY knowledgeable person knows what a parts CAR is) on their website (which I purchased) then I got to wondering how I was going to receive said car since I live in Missouri, so I contacted them(Using the number provided) and they said they don't sell cars. Don't trust them for online payment.
Oscar helped me out so much, I was in dire need of an engine computer for a 2011 BMW 535i. His team pulled the part in a short amount of time and verified that we had the correct part number all before he personally drove to UPS to drop off my pre labeled package so I could get my part out to my module specialist next day air!

Minton is one of the best Junkyards I have visited in Miami. They mostly have all the parts you need for your vehicles. It's a little bit pricey but it's worth it. Furthermore, you can bargain. They can also order parts. Make sure you don't get any aftermarket parts for ypur money.
The only thing they have to do is to fix the road . It's a real mess especially during the raining season.
Awesome experience there. I hauled a motorcycle from Jersey to them. When I arrived there, they were ready for me and already had a certified check for me. I would do business with them anytime. They are very professional.
Super fast friendly service. I ordered a part for my wife's Mini Cooper from out of state. Part arrived days sooner than I had expected. Daniel went out of his way by texting photos and verifying by phone with me that the part he was sending out was correct and in the expected condition. Do not recommend this place to do business. if you buy a part from them and the part is damaged, they wont replace it or refund you. Shame on you Mintons.
The owner has the audacity to answer other reviews by saying they offer 30 day warranty. but look at their invoices in fine print where it says All parts are sold as is, all above warranties are null and void.
Their customer service is great. I purchased a wheel from them and it turned out that it would not work on my car. They refunded my money with no problems. They are easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone that might need their services
ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I spoke to their sales rep regarding a part that was posted online for $50 he confirmed the part was valued at $50 i asked if he could verify that the part was functional and when he contacted me back he wanted to charge me $250 plus i had to arrange shipping. These people do not care about their business or customers they just want to get as much money from you as possible. Do not let this greedy business pull one over on you like they attempted with me
Incredibly professional and helpful, especially compared to others around the same area. When you think junk yard you expect rudeness and headache and it really wasn't the case here.
You need a part, you ask them for the part, they find the part and you leave. It really was that easy, and i've been buying parts from junkyards for years.
Great service and super knowledgeable salesman and mechanics. Not sure about anyone else's experience but I've been to many body shops and this one will be one I return to when in need. Some shady chop shops out there but Minton's isn't one of them. Thanks again for telling me I didn't need to spend more than I thought on my BMW parts. Saved me some money!!
I have a 1995 Honda Civic. I've gone to Minton's several times over the past year to purchase several parts for my car, including the front fenders, head lights, and some interior parts. The salesmen have always been professional, and my parts have always arrived on time. I highly recommend Minton's for any one in need of original used parts.
