Highest recommendation without any reservations!!! The individuals at this company, particularly Robert and Anna, provide superb, honest, courteous and professional services. Unfortunately, my personal experience required a repeated process and distribution of parts from their Auto Parts Business. This posed extra-financial burden for their business, but they demonstrated unparalleled commitment and honored transactions that could have been deemed beyond what was reasonable for them to do. They exceeded all expectations to seal the agreement with remarkable satisfaction, excellent fulfillment and superlative professionalism. My original search to seek used car parts for my need was nationally extensive before contacting their business. I'm very grateful to have discovered their Auto Parts Business and extremely satisfied with their services. Don't look any further....these guys are the real deal!!!!!
Good customer service but he’s not honest and makes up his prices in his head and acts like he takes off “$200” I called and he told me 700 but as soon as I show up bud charged me 800 not including shipping or taxes. He’s a rip off for the most part !
This is the worst place to buy parts from, there's no integrity and really low customer service, the other day we called about a fender for a Dodge Dakota they said they had it but they was not going to take it out until we pay which we agreed and took a $100.00 dollar check. Sent my guy there and they had him waiting for about 45 minutes to then tell him he was going to come back next day to pick it up, next day we called again to find out if the part was ready to pick up and reminded them what they said that it was going to be ready once we pay. I overheard one of the old dudes say with a very frustrated tone of voice that we gotta wait bla bla bla. To make a long story short, we called and told them we didn't want the part and they still cashed the check we took, to me that's stealing and a very lack of integrity. The young ones are best to work with I guess because their lives are not miserable like the older heads.
The worst customer service. I have been calling them for the past week asking if they have a part. They say they have it but have to go check the lot to make sure. Everyday they take my number down and say they will call me back..needless to say it’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten a call back. Everyday a different excuse why they haven’t called back and why they haven’t located the part. A joke of a place, don’t waste your time!
Excellent auto parts and customer service. I was able to have my vehicle repaired by an expert in a timely manner for a missing piece very difficult to find. Thank you for your help and service. Happy Holidays!
If you don’t want to be disappointed don’t buy parts here specifically with Roberto he is a professional Scammer and Bad Bad person me and my mom got physical with him because he puts hands on me and the police got call they pull out a gun on us just because we want Owen money back for a wrongfully broken use auto part that was not the right one,ridiculous this place is a shame but I believe in God Justice also , everything happened for a reason … Scam Scam never pay cash in here please pay with you credit card company please
Robert, Adrian, Jason and Albert are all true professionals and extremely knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I recommend these guys and this shop wholeheartedly, 1000%.

My used Toyota Tacoma needed a replacement motor. Robert at Bud's helped me find the exact engine with low miles for a great price. His mechanics are ASE certified and they did a phenomenal job on the replacement install.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called them 5-6 times within a 2 week span. They tell me they have a part in stock but the owner isn't there to give me a price. They have taken my number down multiple times and I'm still waiting on a call back today. Long story short, they have wasted my time, and lost a customer for good.
super rude people, I provided all the information to get a price on an engine (VIN Number, year, make & model ) never returned my call and when i call again they did not want to assist and on top of that made smart comments. If you do not like what you do, then do not work at the location your at.. so disappointed
Just got off the phone with a clown that answered in spanish trying to sell me empanadas. I said "sorry I must have the wrong number" and he responded we also sell used parts.... I wanted to save the trip going in person to know if they even have the vehicle I am looking for. Then says I will need the VIN and some other BS and that it will be $100-$200 for the part I asked. Then insisted again about selling empanadas,... now why will I go waste my time with these guys.
I bought a radiator yesterday for cadillac brougham 5.7... I have receipt saying 5.7 cadillac. Going back tomorrow and see if they refund. If they do I'll change the . Update.... A week later, this place and people ain't no good. Trust me, look elsewhere. It was a radiator from a brougham 5.0 engine and i left the radiator there, still have the receipt. $320 for nothing and yes they leave u waiting like they don't give a funk. Would give them a zero if i could. Found my part on rock auto....
They gave us the wrong size rim and the entire time the serviceman that was helping us was whispering things to his coworker which made me feel a little uncomfortable, as if they was up to no good, they was whispering things about us.
Friend had engine in 05 Mustang GT replaced there. Great work even better customer service. Will definitely go back there again for major engine work or parts. Been in business for 30 + yrs.
worst place ever. Sold me a part that they guarantee it work and later I returned it and they would not take it back. it was broken they lied and would not exchange even do it was a day later with receipt. I disputed with credit card they fought it and kept my money. I try talking to the owner manager they don't care. They took out a sign from behind the counter saying to return or exchange, they would not honor even do it was not in a place for customer to see. everyone there was rude to me and other customers waiting for hours to be taken care of. 2 employees to parts out of cars and attend and charge customers. you will wait long hours. BEWARE and they charge to much there prices are much HIGHER THAN OTHER PLACES. GO TO CHAVEZ AUTO PART VERY GOOD PEOPLE CHEAP AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING IN STOCK FOR ANY CAR OR TRUCKS. I HAVE TAKEN MY ENTIRE BUSINESS THERE.

Not so good customer service. Waited for about 35 min or for 1,car part and this was my first time and didn't leave happy. Okys the price was way expensive and used parts found the part some place else n cheaper.

Originally went to them to locate electrical car parts, they helped me with locating all the necessary and exact parts for my car. All the employees especially Robert, were very helpful and patient throughout the process as my vehicle situation was complicated since it was in another shop and they did not know what they were doing. Robert had no issue communicating with the other shop to try and facilitate.They also have a mechanical shop. I will always go to them for any mechanical issues going forward. They are extremely fair with pricing and did not try to scam me even though I am a female. Great respectable business!
I went in to remove a bird dropping stain on my black car. Removed it with a shine. I also has a couple of dents on my door, they removed it without a trace. Everything was a fair price and maybe even a little underpriced for the quickness. These guys are the best in miami and have been around since the 1930's. If you need good body repair or service for your car, this is the place to go.
