Good customer service but he’s not honest and makes up his prices in his head and acts like he takes off “$200” I called and he told me 700 but as soon as I show up bud charged me 800 not including shipping or taxes. He’s a rip off for the most part !

Fantastic service at a fair price! Mi experiencia con Bud's Auto fue fantástica; el servicio al cliente es excelente y los precios son muy justos. My used Toyota Tacoma needed a replacement motor. Robert at Bud's helped me find the exact engine with low miles for a great price. His mechanics are ASE certified and they did a phenomenal job on the replacement install. This is the worst place to buy parts from, there's no integrity and really low customer service, the other day we called about a fender for a Dodge Dakota they said they had it but they was not going to take it out until we pay which we agreed and took a $100.00 dollar check. Sent my guy there and they had him waiting for about 45 minutes to then tell him he was going to come back next day to pick it up, next day we called again to find out if the part was ready to pick up and reminded them what they said that it was going to be ready once we pay. I overheard one of the old dudes say with a very frustrated tone of voice that we gotta wait bla bla bla. To make a long story short, we called and told them we didn't want the part and they still cashed the check we took, to me that's stealing and a very lack of integrity. The young ones are best to work with I guess because their lives are not miserable like the older heads.
