What really impressed me was how quickly they returned me the deposit after my bid lost. Still, it was easy to use the website, even on my phone, and I felt confident paying a deposit, portal looks secure. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good car deal, will 100% try again.
I have been working with a Better Bid since 2018, and again they have amazed me with their great service. Fast, accurate and most of all: Friendly and helping. I had an issue with tax and transaction and they really helped me out. Im very happy with their service and solution-focused approach. A great broker and helping hand from the cross atlantic to Europe. I recommend A better Bid for starting and Pro buyers like me.
The customer service is TERRIBLE! I used them to buy a car through an auction and they put all these different fees, tried to send two different invoices with a higher amount, The lady Gloria called with "Shipping" Demanding that I HAVE TO use their towing services when in fact in the agreement it stated I could choose, she was extremely rude. Then I spoke with Olivia, and she was not helpful could not tell me why the two invoices got sent and could not answer any of my questions even though I just cashed out with them! These people do not deserve anyone's money honestly, they are TERRIBLE! I will NEVER use them again and will be sure to let all my adjuster friends, Dealership friends, agent friends, realtor friends, etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A WASTE to say the least! After you get done paying all their "hidden fees" you might as well bought a car from the dealership cash! Curious to know now, how much of a hassle it will be to get my "Refundable deposit" Back this place is a JOKE and no one speaks clear english and if they do they then switch up their accents to seem "confused" Its too much money at stake for them to provide terrible customer service! I will provide an update IF they refund me my deposit but these people are a SCAM! Use the other brokerages Co Part allows you use but DO NOT use them because you will be in a hole, with unanswered questions, and no car!
