I called Kauff’s Towing on a recommendation from one of my colleagues. I initially spoke with Rachel and then spoke with Laura. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They treated me like I was their priority. This is the second time I used this company, and I am very satisfied with their customer service. I highly recommend Kauff's Towing for all of your towing needs.

Would like to take some time and write, normally don't do this but feel that this time is needed, love working with Kauffs great service, ETA times are reasonable, but as a fleet manager my job is really demanding and Kauffs has always been there to deliver with great customer service, in this modern fast world we live in sometimes we leave out small details and forget about human contact, i would like to call out Freddie Gamboa from there customers relations dept. My car was towed here after a major crash and insurance gave me a hard time with the inspection. Rachel from Laura's Towing was really helpful and efficient in helping me get the release and inspection photos done. Great service, 10/10.

Very courteous. Prompt response. Frequent communications from the driver and the dispatcher throughout the process. I oversee a fleet of 90 vehicles. I hire tow companies frequently. This was my first time using Kauff. They will be my first choice from now on when I have towing needs in Miami Dade.

hopefully someone will think twice about using them. me and my wife were met by a very rude African American gentlemen i believe his name was Calvin on 03/16/24 in the palm beach gardens area he started curing at me because i was 3 minutes late please address this ,people like this shouldn't be employed and be a representative of your company

I am a Sales Representative for Sunbelt Rentals and my company truck was towed near Hollywood Beach a couple weeks ago. The local towing company was being very unprofessional on retrieving the company vehicle back and asking for unbelievable things. I called my contact Ms. Rachael and she handled everything very quickly. I was able to get my company truck out the same day without any hassle. Ms. Rachael has great customer service and very professional. We’ve used them a couple times to deliver some equipment for us and they’re always on time. Love the management!

This company specially the West Palm Beach location are very unprofessional. They yell at the customers. They don't show up for hours. When they arrived they did not have to tow the vehicle. They still charged my card as they towed the vehicle. When I called to inquire about it they stated ''well we banged on the starter''That cost almost $400 dollars? When you ask for someone in charge they say we are the owners there is no one else to speak too. Totally unprofessional will not be using them again!!!
