Hands down the worst dump I've ever been to. It's absolute mess. They have the roadblocked up, they're extremely unorganized. I really don't understand how this place is even open and operational. I really hope the city starts cracking down on this place.Maybe straighten up the act
Completely lack of professionalism on this place. Sent one of my guys to dump garbage. They want to charge $400 before hand. Money he don’t have, to refund what ever amount is left after he dumps. Why just not let him dump and pay for the garbage. No, they say is a box truck. Is he dumping $5000 worth of trash. ? What craziness is this. Wow. Will not recommend this place at all. I don’t understand why they make things so complicated.
Complete lack of professionalism. I arrived at 11:20 a.m. and was told they were closing, even though their official schedule on the website clearly showed they should still be open.
The security guard at the main door was completely distracted, playing on his phone with a mask and dark glasses on—no eye contact, no guidance, no presence.
Worse yet, the woman who answered the phone was unhelpful and unprofessional, with an attitude more fitting for a bus station waitlist in Cuba than a serious institution.
To top it off, a 12-ton recycling truck was allowed to enter, and I was told, “it belongs to the company,” so it could go in. So, what’s the point of having a posted schedule?
I truly hope management reads this and takes action to improve public service and respect others’ time and efforts.
Ese lugar es un desastre total los encargados no les importa nada todos dicen lo mismo sino te sirve vete acabas con el camión y a ninguno le importa nada la verdad es el peor lugar que existe en Hialeah en todos los sentidos
El lugar no mérese ni 1 estrella . Cuando pese me dicen q en un tráiler de 5x10 avían 7 t cuando su capacidad máxima es de 3.5 t y les reclamé porq la pesa tenía q tener problemas y el propio dueño del negocio salió y me hecho del lugar tube q llamar la policía para hacer un reporte por estafa porq ellos tenían mi licencia y targeta y me cobraron eso sin mi concentimito . Gracias a dios y el reporte pude retornar mi dinero . Pero por mi experiencia no aconsejo visitar el lugar
Very unprofessional staff there is a lady where the trucks are receved that is so frickin rude, I have never encountered someone like her , the company should fix this issue since this service is not for free, hope the company addresses this issue and next time I come this doesn't happen again.
The people are there are not the nicest it might not be their fault most likely due to management very sloppy system and unorganized. The only reason I went is because it was the only available in the area and also very expensive I would never go back thank you manager also no smoking beware, you only get told once
After 6 years of coming here, it’s an all out mad max scenario. The lady that takes down your name is ruder than all of trumps tweets put together. I used to love coming here because they were professional. Very nice owner though.
Dominican guy at entrance tells me the wood I had was no good. That they would charge a 100.00 but if I gave him 40.00 he could talk to them to take it. This is really bad business. I will never go back.
Very happy with my first experience here. A fellow hauler recommended i dump here for construction debris since their rates are much lower than the others when you are bringing heavy weight to dump. First 2,900 is $100 and then every ton after is $68. So basically it is $69 per ton or something along those lines. Easy to register the business with the front office, i spoke with Vicky is who was very helpful and my guys said they were in and out of there very fast.
Don't call with questions or inquiries. The operator will hang up on you if she feels like it. They don't haul metal but their name has metal recycling in it. I find this place to be unprofessional and untruthful.
Bueno ellos brindan servicio de reciclaje de basura y venden mulch pero lo que no me gusta es la mala actitud de parte de sus empleados no tratan al cliente como se merece sobre todo los maquinistas
Lo principal. Abre sus puertas muy temprano a comparación de otras recicladoras. El personal ya está listo y preparado. Tiene una calle demasiada amplia para que los camiones de vuelta en "U".
This place is a joke. They give you way less money than others do and they tell you that you're the liar. I devise anybody who goes there to stay away from that place.
