Called both offices 20 times they don’t answer at all don’t do any business here. clearly, they are doing so much business that they don’t care to pick up anymore or even bother picking up their own phones absolutely awful service called them with 20 minutes before they close and they absolutely refuse to pick up their phone, no matter how many times and who is calling. This is a terrible way to do business. If I rent my business like this, I would be out of business.

Hands down the best customer service I have received. Jesus and employees were super understanding to my situation and were ready to help me change my battery. As a female I needed assistance to remove the battery and they did just that. What a wonderful team, got a new battery and was ready to go . Thank you for excellent customer service .

Doctor Battery is the place I go to for my batteries. I highly recommend this place. It is always busy for a reason! I always try to have Jesus help me out, he is simply the best. But the other guys are just as helpful!

You must come here. I been here multiple times and the services it’s always on point especially from Jesus Cuba the manager who has help me a lot. When to autozone to test my batteries and they told me that all 4 of my truck batteries were damaged. I then call dr.battery and they told me they would test it for free came to find out that was only one damaged, the other three were in excellent conditions.
I came here in the mid morning on my way to work because I couldn’t even start my car at one point, my battery was completely bad. Jesus helped me right away with the install too! I’m so grateful. Thanks so much Dr.Battery!

AVOID THIS PLACE !! I am a car dealer and did business regularly for over 2 years. The first time I had a problem with a BRAND NEW battery they sold me in February 2022, when I came back in March of 2022 they DID NOT honor the warranty ! The owner is a coward (that is the nicest way I can put it), would not even come out to talk to me and sent his employees to take the heat for him while he hid behind closed doors.

This is a great place! The manager is awesome literally stood in the rain to help me put the battery back in the car. Prices are also great and they sometimes have specials. I highly recommend! :) Shout-out to the manager once more I think his name was Luis
Great prices on batteries. Although, they wont change it for you. If you bring cash you might be able to tip one of the employees to change it. If you want to change it yourself, thay do lend you the tools. Friendly staff.

Super great experience! Outstanding service. Quick. Tested my old battery. After changing it to a gel battery they even tested the alternator for me. When selecting the battery I was getting, they tested each to confirm it's power and went showing me. One of the guys was able to change my battery for me right there.
I did not know that this place existed. Incredible service and they check your battery or recharge it for free. Good offers and quality batteries for boats and trucks as well for regular cars.
Great prices and they stayed over a few minutes to allow me time to arrive and again the prices were great. The only thing is that didn't install the battery for me. They did however supply me with the tools to do so.
