Very expensive service. Charged me 4 hours of labour for a job they did in 15 minutes and left the hoses they changed just hanging around. They did not have the courtesy to remove the busted hose. I’m sure the ones they replaced are not secured either. Unreal. Look somewhere else, very very sloppy job.

I am not a person to leave reviews, but I would love to help somebody make the right decision and use Tri County truck and trailer for any repairs you need! They took care of me real good, water pump busted and they had me in and out with in 6 hours great place, I paid a good amount of money for the repairs but it was what most people actually charge

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sold me parts with a warranty, but the parts failed within a month. When I contacted them to claim the warranty, they gave me the runaround, blocked my calls, and only responded when I persistently reached out. They instructed me to purchase additional batteries and promised reimbursement via Zelle. However, this turned out to be a scam, as they continued to block my calls and never followed through on their promise. I’m baffled by their high rating because my experience has been marked by poor service and deceptive practices.

The owner is the real deal, after I got ripped off by Fleet Masters, Tricounty came in and pulled my trailer from them. Fleet Masters cut my airlines and damaged my braking system, this company was able to get all the repairs done with out ripping me off. The owner is very responsive and gets the job done. He is reasonable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome and incredibly fast! 4.5hrs from my radiator being punctured by a pole on the road to them completing the radiator replacement and getting me out of there. That includes 30min to get to me and another 30 to get me to their shop. Very professional and nice people. I am truly amazed! Thank you!

Towing boat to Keys and wheel came off trailer and bolts were sheared off. We were in Everglades in remote location. After calling, they sent flatbed tow truck and was on location within 90 minutes. They billed BoatUS for tow. The replaced all the parts and serviced the remaining hubs, new tire and rim, and got us on our way by 2pm the next day! couldn’t have been better service. Cudo’s to BoatUS too for immediately approving tow.

I had to have a load reworked (It shifted and the place rejected it,) so my company had me bring it here, and these guys were more than helpful getting to it promptly and restocking it. I cannot express how grateful we are for this company!!! They were professional from the start! We tried to locate an RV towing company for over 10 hours in Miami. This company came late at night and helped us tow the RV to the Keys. They were the best ever!!!! 100% recommend using them for any towing needs. Do not even bother calling the other guys. Don’t waste your time, choose tri county! The gentleman who answered the phone was amazing and helped and the tow truck driver himself was incredible. Thank you again guys! You saved our day!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My family and I were in our RV when one of our tire’s blew up in the middle of the highway. It was on a Friday at 7pm. I must have called 8 different companies but none were willing to go out to assist us after hours. Raul from Tri County assured me that someone from his company would be there to assist us with in an hour. True to his word, within an hour two gentlemen from Tri County brought us a new tire and installed it and had us back on the road in no time. They were professional and knowledgeable and above all their price was extremely reasonable. They did not take advantage of our miss fortune. My family and I recommend Tri-County truck and trailer repair 100%. Thanks again Tri County, my family and I will never forget your kindness.

I have used them dozens times for our trucks and trailers and have been happy with the response and performance. I ask them to do a complete brake job before my driver ran out of hours, and they accommodated. I recommend them.

After our truck broke down at the rest plaza Pablo came for rescue! They were respectful kind and fast. The prices are good since their service was pretty fast even tho we got there after 4pm we got our truck fixed around 7pm. Don’t mind the bad comments this is a good place to get your truck fixed at. The mechanics only speak Spanish. But they seem to be decent mechanics. The owner/ manager Pablo is very greedy and arrogant. The hourly labor charge is 120 dollars an hour. But he charged me a flat rate labor charge. Extremely high labor charge. You’ve been warned. I don’t know if you’re Cuba and speak Spanish maybe you’re experience may be different.

I’m from Miami and I didn’t knew this shop. I came here today for a light on my trailer. They did a fast job. Amazing!!!! If you want a job well done and fast, come here!!!! While waiting for the electrician to finish, this guys change a trailer door!!!! Unbelievable!!! Don’t waste your time going other places!!! This is the place!!!

They do Good quality work and quick. They are 24 hours as listed. We had a U-Joint and yokes (sp) replaced. This means a lot to a small businesses like ours. We appreciate the integrity Tri County Truck & Trailers Repair works with. It’s refreshing to see this type of mechanic care especially for Miami. Keep doing what it is you do with regards to your customer being top priority. You will go far.

I have to tell you in 2020 I did not know that mechanic shops today exist like this one does. My driveshaft broke Saturday on 95th St. and I came across these guys on Google they towed my truck and repaired it and it was ready by Monday. And it was not expensive at all. I’m getting goosebumps just telling you guys about the story. These guys are awesome and respectable. And on Saturday and Sundays they are still available. I had to drop a load by Monday morning at 6 AM and I was able to pick up my trailer on Sunday so I can deliver the load. They always answered whenever I called 24 hours seven days a week. I will recommend them to anyone and I wish they had more mechanic shops like this one all over the country. I just picked up my truck end it was ready at 4 PM but I came by around 6:45 to get it and They are here still working and I counted seven mechanics here working with no problem. This is what I’m talking about a real commercial shop.

If I could give this shop all the stars in the sky, I would. I had an emergency transmission problem and also needed some small work done on my engine. I chose this place because of the great reviews and now I have to leave one of my own. The whole staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They showed me exactly where the problems were on my truck and fixed them quicker than I could have imagined! I needed to get out to pick up a load by 4pm... Got there around 10am and out with plenty of time to spare! Very fairly priced and extremely professional. Also, while I was waiting an amazing little food truck came and I was able to get a good lunch! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back in the future to get all work done needed on my trucks. Thanks guys!!

Our tour bus’ air suspension gave out, in the middle of nowhere. During rush hour. Paul and his heavy duty equipment turned up within 45 minutes. Towed the bus to their yard, repaired everything and had the bus ready for us by midday next day. Excellent service, stress free! Highly recommended!

TL;DR: These guys are wonderful and quick. I had one of my trucks breakdown in Miami, and made the mistake of contacting a roadside service company that claim that they were 'the Master of Fleet'. After they couldn't fix the issue on the roadside call, they insist that they'll have better luck at their shop. Due to lack of communication and progress for a week, I was extremely frustrated, and was considering towing the vehicle with trailer all the way to Savannah. This is where Tri County comes in. When I called them for a towing quote, the service manager, Pablo, had inquire about the issue(s) regarding the truck (electrical issues). After hearing the problem, he assured me that him and his guys can fix the problem. I was a bit skeptic because I had heard that before from the other guys, and I just wanted my truck to get to the mechanics that I trust. He said, "I'll do whatever you need me to do, but I'm pretty sure we can fix the problem, and if we can't, we will not charge you for the tow to our shop." What the heck.... okay go ahead and check it out. They towed it Tuesday afternoon and had it ready to go Thursday afternoon. They had replaced the ECM and harness, reprogram transmission computer, and repaired the U joint. Man, these guys wasn't playing around at all. Drove down to Miami to get the truck, and they help me get my personal vehicle on my flatbed trailer, and drove the truck back to Savannah without any issues. If you have the unfortunate breakdown in Miami, these are the guys to call. Thank you to Pablo and the Tri County truck and trailer repair team.

By far the best service that my company has ever received!!! I will not go to anyone else to work on my truck. They are so well informed and do their very best to give you a great service. This company is great and I work with alot of them being in the breakdown department of a big logistics company. They were very courteous on the phone, were prompt and got our unit up & running in a very short time.
