Don't bother doing business with them unless you're local. I called inquiring about a part they had (it indicated to "CALL") and the moment I mentioned shipping they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone.
This place is absolute trash. Confirmed that the part is available and that I’m on the way to pick it up. When I arrived the guy told me sorry it’s been sold just now. And he has another part just like that for double the money. Dishonest, disorganised, time waisting place. Stay away. Garbage

Do not recommend we bought a screen for a BMW but it didn’t work we went back and they said the screen wasn’t theirs and did accept the return even tho I had the payment now I’m stuck with it, don’t go it’s the worst and horrible costumer service
something off here. called today for a price and got someone who asked more questions than answers. it started with who am i? where am i calling from, and they dont sell that part. the part was from their website. i suspect activities here that may not be acceptable to business law. use caution buying here. there may be more to the part than you are wanting than just picking it up.
Their customer service is very poor. I’m sure it’s the owner who doesn’t care about its perspective customers.

Didn’t have any of the listed engines from online when i called. Quoted me much higher than their online price. Told me to go F myself and hung up on me. Don’t do business with these people.
After contacting them by phone, I was quoted a price of $850 for the door. I double-checked this information twice, considering the need to travel a long distance. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the door actually costs $1100. This abrupt price discrepancy was perplexing. When discussing this inconsistency, the staff insisted that I was lying. As a result of such treatment, I cannot recommend this establishment. The impression is that the information provided over the phone does not match the actual conditions, which undoubtedly leaves much to be desired.
I called looking for an engine, they said “Papi we don’t, sorry” even though it’s listed, I went to ask them another question and they said “no” before I could even get my question through and hung up the phone. Top notch service
Not sure why they are in business. Didn't even get thru asking a question on a part that they show in stock and they just said "part no here" and hung up. Wouldn't waste your time with them...
Incredibly incompetent junk yard. Do not recommend. Called to confirm they had a part in stock, they did. Sent someone over to pick it up, over an hour drive. They make him wait an hour before telling the part is broken or that they couldn't find it. When I called to verify that, they hung up while I was speaking.
DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. We confirmed a price for a part (which was a transmission) over the phone with Miguel, got there and told us a higher price ($200 more than what was discussed) dollars and claimed that they said the original price by accident and changed their mind because it was a "good part." Not to mention, we went to get that part installed only to be told that the computer was faulty. When we called to ask about it (not even 2 days later) they told us that they gave us good parts and demanded that we give them our old transmission so they can resell and scam another set of good people. If you care about your wallet, DO NOT go to these people. Very rude and terrible customer service.
Drove all the way from Orlando to purchase a engine with 44,000 miles on it only to be told that the engine has been sold and I confirmed with the jackass that I was on my way.
Told me the part was in stock and would send it, I asked the following day where the tracking information was and was told it was now broke. What a joke of a place. Good Luck making money or keeping customers. Completely unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE
Interesting place with a bit of chaos and a lot of parts.
I had called a couple times previously to confirm specific part availability, and when I drove down to pick up the part it was not available. They managed to get me a "close enough" substitute and we came to a middle ground where everyone was happy enough. Would buy again, and will take my sense of humor with me again, too.
very BAD service as stated they charge in advance and send you wrong part then call back and they said oh sorry will send right part back and then call call call and they wont answer as they see the caller ID very bad I will dispute my charge fraud place. Warning
Poor customer service they say they dont have the parts even they have and when u call they say they have the part u waste a trip then they dont have very dirty environment very dirty office
