Wow! Great service at this location. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I received great customer service from Antonio Cabellero who helped me resolve an issue with my car that was stressing me out. He saved the day! Thanks Antonio.
I went to buy a simple oil change, and I left with AC repair kit and refrigerant ..I was impressed with the second manager, a bold and skinny with a name. “Something like J” amazing my friend…he is Cuban but lived in Spain for a few years, super, iper, extra professional, he didn’t want me to give reviews, but I couldn’t help it.
We were greeted nicely by an older man (didn’t get his name) and a younger man named Jordan. Jordan assisted us further and he was very eager to help and super attentive. We had trouble with our perks and Jordan resolved the problem for us. Amazing customer service.
Every time you go there ,employees have bad attitude and don't know how to threat customers and is impossible that every time you go there asking for them to check you car with the computer, they tell same thing always computer is broken.
I am upset with this store.. my boyfriend along with another friend walked into this store yesterday requesting an item and one of the employees stated they didn’t have it but another store did. When we got to the other store they showed it was out of stock for a while. It’s disappointing because our time is waisted going back and forth instead of the employee advising us at the time. He was rude also the way he attendee up as if he didn’t care to help .. but of course that’s his job. He was an older man. Very disappointed. I will make sure to never step foot into this place again. The customer service is horrible and inaccurate.

It is very close to my house I come here a lot I find pretty much everything I need very clean and knowledgeable staff hand sanitizer is provided social distancing stickers on the floor in place I like the store
Just went to this store and they are price gauging. Went to get something specific the rank it was on said one price and the manager that was there put another price even higher. They have lack of respect for customers. As nd their service sucks. I will never go there again. And I dont reccomend anyone there.
Allways frienly staff . Neat and organized. Promptly answered the phone while i was there. Veterans also get a 10% off while other auto parts don't recognize their Veterans.
Today I went to buy wind shield wipers and was assisted by Juancarlos, he was very attentive and professional. I had to write a comment because I feel he should definitely be recognized for his profound customer service!
