  I drove to this store for a battery replacement, late in the day. Not only was the staff fast and attentive, the Store Manager Ramon, was the man of the hour. Without thinking twice he jump in action and within a few minutes I had a new battery installed. This is the kind of attitude that makes the difference. I'm deeply thankful to Ramon for the exceptional and generous service!!!

  Tha cashier WILLIAM super nice guy, you can easily tell that he knows what he's doing. He recommends you your best choices and applies you all the deals without even asking.   I went to lunch out in Hialeah and my battery died. So I ubered to auto zone and bought a new one. I told the guy that I had ubered there and he offered and drove me back to my car and changed it for me. Unbelievable! I offered him $$, but he said no. Nice to see that there are many nice people out there. His name is William M. What a great Team Member. Thanks again!
