They refused to change de battery. Told me is too complicated. I’m 68 years old .I took the battery home ,without any experience it took me two hours to replaced it . I had tough time to do it. I was at the store today and I want to say that the staff was excellent. I was serviced by a staff member member by the name of Magaly. She really helped me out solve my problem with the particular part. I need it for my car and I got to say that also the store manager, Rene, are also very very good at managing the store. I highly recommend the store in 39 Street excellence customer service.
Entered this store and had to leave within minutes due to the internal store temperature feeling hotter within the store than it felt outside. I began to sweat simply browsing the aisles looking for what I needed. The employees faces were flushed and when I asked on why it was so hot inside the store, I was advised they could not manually adjust the temperature in the store. Being in Florida, this is very concerning!
Great store with amazing staff! Parts Sales Manager Karen Gonzalez was an excellent help for all my needs. However currently this stores A/C is not working properly. It was very hot and even warmer in the customer restroom. I broke a sweat browsing the store for what I needed. When advising the staff of this, they agreed it was very hot and could not adjust the temperature in this store manually. It is controlled outside the store. I hope this is looked into for the quality of life of the staff.
If I could give more stars I would. Karen was awesome. She helped me changed my battery so quick. She was kind and very knowledgeable. Great service. She should definitely get a big raise. Thank you Karen! People with your customer service skills are not easy to find.

The General Manager Ramon was very very helpful. I had done an oil change about a month and a half ago and my car was telling me it was low on oil. I went in and expressed what I was going through, he quickly went outside and checked the oil in my car. He told me I was in need of a quart and showed me, he went inside took a quart from the shelf and added it to the car. He checked again and said I needed one more and once again showed me what he was doing. Ramon went inside, took another quart from the shelf and quickly put added it to the car. I paid and tried to give him tip but he wouldn’t accept it. I loved how humble he was and how everyone showed their interest in helping me. When I went inside to pay the cashiers asked if it was low indeed, I love how they showed concern for my issue. I will definitely continue to visit this store whenever I have the need to.
Ramon and William we're Super Helpful!!! They were able to help me with my car as soon as I got there ! Great customer service from both guys. They gave me great advice when it came to the scratch on my car. The products they recommend was able to get rid of the scratch completely!!! I couldn’t be happier ! I drove to this store for a battery replacement, late in the day. Not only was the staff fast and attentive, the Store Manager Ramon, was the man of the hour. Without thinking twice he jump in action and within a few minutes I had a new battery installed. This is the kind of attitude that makes the difference. I went to lunch out in Hialeah and my battery died. So I ubered to auto zone and bought a new one. I told the guy that I had ubered there and he offered and drove me back to my car and changed it for me. Unbelievable! I offered him $$, but he said no. I went to this store looking for some break fluid and almost immediately I was pleasantly greeted by Reinaldo Perez (Representative). He walked me over the best option I had, also took some time to take a look at my car and suggested several other items. The whole visit was a breeze.
