I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. Luis was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed. He not only helped me locate the right parts for my car, but also gave me some helpful advice on installation and maintenance.

Very disappointed w the service, the sales representative was very rude, I think his name is Carlos, not a smile, how can I help you or a smile, I went there like 6 months ago and the person who help me was very sweet, polite and professional but I forgot his name. Carlis needs to learn good manners.

Very bad customer service. I arrived at the place at 7:53 pm and they closed at 8:00 pm. The same guy didn't let me in because he didn't want to. The employee is short, a little chubby, and wears glasses.

Man this store is the greatest , the treatment from a specific person this guy was just amazing , definitely put a smile on my face after and while in his presence, super helpful guy sat on the floor to help me , I mean who even does that and all that with the biggest smile on his face. Hey I read some one star reviews on this store but I have to say that twice over the past year they’ve both had the part I was looking for online and also knew what they were talking about behind the counter. Of course it helps if you the customer knows what you’re doing. Thanks and a shout out to Josue and Carlos.

I purchased a headlight that was recommended by an employee but it was not the right fit. I went back to swap it for the one I need (I had the receipt and went back the same day) and they would not refund the money for the one that they recommended but was incorrect. I was not told that there is a difference between high beam and low beam bulbs and that I should know which one I need before purchasing because I would not be able to return it. Management either does not properly train their employees or they engage in dirty, underhanded tactics meant to improve their bottom line. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your auto part needs. There is an AutoZone in the same strip mall. Go there instead.

I don't understand why people still buy parts, accessories and cleaning products from these people. Prices are ridiculous! You can get the same things or better online for 1/3 the price. I paid $19.99 for 0ne (1) NGK spark plug and on eBay, you get four (4) for $14.45!

Went to the register and asked for oil for my specific vehicle a 2023 silverado 1500 3.0 duramax diesel which is mobil dexus 1 D for diesel and gave me oil for gasoline. If it was not for a friend that realised it i would have caused serious damage to my engine. Almost destroyed my engine with a visit to this place

I always go to this store when I need something for my car. I just went today to buy the oil and filter for my car. Guillermo helped me, he greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Awesome customer service!

I went in to pick up a coolant reservoir cap that I was told was there from the store in plantation. The kid at the counter immediately complained to me that the other store didn't call and told me that they "probably didn't have it" before he even checked. Then after 2 mins of "looking", he ofcourse tells me that they didn't have it. I tell him that the other store said you have 7 and you're telling me that you have 0? Kid just told me that he didnt see any. Instead of getting reckless, I just left. Screw this store.

I want to commend Mario! His phone manerism alone was what made me decide to go to Advanced Auto. I purchased a battery, and from start to finish this young man was very nice, knowledgeable, and just got the job done in a timely manner, even in the rain! Thanks again Mario. Best customer service ever!!!

I would leave a zero stars if I can. Lorenzo who says he is the manager was very rude and impatient. We were trying to explain the details of our vehicle and he refused to listen and asked us to be quiet.

They can use some customer training in all honesty, and they would be awesome. I’ve gone multiple times, and only because they carry a few chemicals that Autozone doesn’t, otherwise, I wouldn’t go at all.

I come to this advance auto parts to get all my parts for all my vehicles I come here about 3 times a week . Danny or Albert always takes care of me . And man let me tell you guys they always goes the extra mile to help me out and not only me but with everyone ! Thank you so much danny and Albert for always taking care of me . The Advance Auto Parts on 441 n Pembroke Road isn't the one I'm rating (1 Star) That location is the Best one to go especially if your looking for a... Not so average part because it's a... Depot Store! So they have more Parts than other stores. I recently went to the location on 441 & Sheridan and when I walked in I approached a heavy,set dark,young fellow by the name lf Malik I believe it was, his demeanor was that of he did Not want to be there... I aaked him if there's a different counter for Commercial purchases, to which he didn't even answer and just stuck his hand out for me to give him the receipt, long Story short! Him and a another Employee by the Name of Laz I think it was, treated me in a way that I will Make Sure to NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN! Sorry for the long story but they both should ot be working there if they're ultimately driving customers AWAY!!

Family member went for left and right control arms for a 14 rouge. Staff confirmed the piece and sold me both. When I went to the mechanic it was actually for a 13 model, because the bolts did not match and were off by several inches. Upon researching the staff sold in fact a piece for a 13 model. None of the auto parts had the part for a 14 model. In Conclusion, they just trying to make a buck even if they are selling the wrong stuff. Save your time and go to NAPA!

Went buy this afternoon to check my car since it was acting up, when I asked the guy to test my car with the computer (OB2) he asked if the check engine light was on and I told him know. So he said if the check engine light isn’t on we will be wasting our time because nothing will be read. I told him I had came before and we tested it with out the check engine light and it gave us the error on the car. It felt like it was an excuse for not wanting to work, his energy felt like he didn’t want to do anything... to make a long story short we went out, he Obviously had an attitude. After testing We ended up finding out what was wrong with my car. I stated “look at that, you learned something new today”.

Visited the store at 9pm (an hour before closing) because I was having issues with my battery and asked the employee to check the battery and he refused to test the battery saying at that time that service wasn't offered and they wouldn't change the battery. The store was not full and there is no sign posted stating there a set time for this service. I went to Autozone and they resolved my issue quickly. It took less than 20 minutes to check the battery and replace it. I will not be returning to this store.

Horrible Customer Service I called to ask for pricing on a part, they took a while to answer the phone and when they did a guy answered "please hold" didnt allow me to even speak. I was placed on hold for a while until I decided to hang up and call Auto Zone which is in the same shopping center. Auto Zone answered the phone immediately as a business should, the guy was helpful and provided me the info I needed. I called Advance once more and again with the same horrible service so I took my business to Auto Zone... Suggestion to management at Advance Auto Parts...when you have a competitor so close in the vicinity you should make it your first prioprio to give 110% customer satisfaction so you dont lose out on business. My recommendation forget about Advance Auto Parts and go directly to Auto Zone

Not my preferred go to location for auto parts but they are located conveniently for me and do have some fair deals available here. The main reason why I come to this advance auto parts specifically is they have a great deal on car battery and replacement deals. I purchased a battery for my ride and it went bad in 11 months, went in to have it tested, and as long as I provided my receipt with the transaction they conducted a free replacement with free installation. Guess what happened next? This battery also went bad within the 36 months warranty and they replaced it again at no cost in a reasonable amount of time. I had really bad luck with that specific battery and I'm very thankful Advance Auto Parts was able to help me out with a quick check up and installation.

Worlds worst auto parts in the nation. Bought a new battery last year, and they say they can’t find the purchase under my number. I will never ever do business with an advanced auto parts again. BEWARE!!!

This place is great. The manager Leo is extremely helpful and so are the guys working there. This is a no frills, no nonsense and all hands on deck kind of place. "What is wrong with your vehicle? Let's take care of it so that you can be on your way" Highly recommended.

Stay away from this place if you care about your vehicle. Higly aware. If i could give this store a minus 10 stars i would. Worst customer service ever. And the sob who attended me i asked him for a power steering fluid for my car he replied me clearly a transmission fuild goes in the power steering. Almost cost me a whole steering system for my car. This is bad. Ppl working at this place clueless of working with cars. Worst service ever.

I usually shop at this store but like any other customer always look to save a couple of dollars so I get prices from the competetion they always match it.I have 3 vehicle and the know me but this time the Manager Leo was not that frendly I end up paying 50.00 more for the part just because I like the quality from advace even do the competition will give me the same warranty.
