Poor customer service and lack of communication. I was told a tow truck was on the way, but no one showed for over an hour. When I called again, they couldn’t give me an update. Ended up calling a different company that arrived quickly. Not a reliable service based on my experience.
We had called another tow company for which I will do separate review. Four hours after they said they would arrive still not there. Called E & M and Manuel, I believe the owner showed yo exactly when he stated. Professional, friendly and competent. We would highly recommend. We will keep his card on hand. Referred by Motor Medicine who will be working on my Honda.

Mario is great! Don't hesitate - call him. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Price was very reasonable. And he even gave my dog and I a ride home. Car problems are always a pain, but Mario made the towing part of it as pleasant as getting your car towed can be!
