First and foremost thank you to Juan Castano for coming with his tow truck in my time of need to tow my honda civic after my transmission wasnt catching the gears. One of the most professional people I have come across especially for a tow truck service. I would definitely recommend there services for all of your tow needs. Car started overheating and broke down on me and Dave was very responsive and performed great customer service.
He came within 15 minutes of the request, and safely drove our car to our mechanic 15 miles away.

My Audi completely shut down on me electrically. Even with jump box the car would not start, could not shift into neutral and parking brake was locked. Alejandro carefully diagnosed and navigated all of these problems and was able to get my car on the truck and delivered to Audi where even the service rep commented on his skill!
Great experience with Strong Automobile Recovery in an inconvenient situation - midnight. They picked up my car in a timely manner and delivered it to my Tesla service center and kept me in the loop the whole way.
Excellent tow service by Supervisor Alex! Tesla linked me with Strong Automobile Recovery Towing Service to have my loaner Tesla towed to the Miami Gardens location due to a nail in the tire that required tire replacement. Mr. Alex arrived promptly and properly secured the Tesla for tow. I rode with him. His tow truck is immaculate, and he was pleasant to interact with. Overall, I’d definitely refer his tow service, as he provided a five star service.

Yesterday my 2022 Tesla Model X died completely. If I had not left the driver-side door open, there would’ve been no way to get inside. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance and they indicated that their towing provider Strong Automobile Recovery would arrive in 75 minutes. Alex, and the other driver, showed up and knew exactly what to do to get inside my car and get it towed to the nearest Tesla Service Center.
Both Alex (and the other driver whose name I wish I knew) were fantastic! I rode with them to the Service Center and enjoyed learning more about them and their very STRONG work ethic! They work from 6:00am until 1:00am (probably not everyday) towing Tesla cars. They handle dispatched calls from Tesla, and are Tesla certified because of the special needs of Tesla cars. They showed me what happens when just any tow truck driver tries to tow a Tesla - NOT A PRETTY SIGHT! Alex and his business partner are highly knowledgeable and experienced at what they do, all day, everyday. They are also down-to-earth and just “good people!”
If you own a Tesla and need a tow truck, you must contact Alex. And, you will certainly be glad you did!
I honestly wish there were more towing companies like STRONG AUTOMOBILE RECOVER INC.! We all understand the frustration of breaking down and dealing with a terrible recovery agent makes it worse but not in this case. The service was quick, my recovery agent put my mind at ease and was extremely respectful. I appreciate you guys! Thank you so much.
Yesterday had the makings of a terrible day. My car was stuck in the floods from Tropical Storm Eta. While my car did not stall out, it was stranded on a gravel median. The attendant was amazing. He not only dug my car out from the gravel to ensure that there would be no damage, he safely returned my vehicle home. He could tell that I was extremely stressed and greatly put me at ease.
Unprofessional and rude. The manager/owner's attitude was disgusting. I wasn't even calling to complain, only to ask a question. I will never work with them again.
First time ever needing a tow and this company delivered with a pleasant attitude and quick service. I was already having a stressful day just knowing that I needed to deal with my car being fixed. Alex was professional and funny and had me laughing all the way to the dealership. Definitely a stress free experience. I don’t understand the bad reviews for this company and hope you consider them if ever you’re in a bind and need a quick tow.
*Edit*-They reached out and paid for the work I had done to fix the damage done by the tow.
*Original Post: Towed my car which was having electrical issues to the shop. Guy was quick getting on-site and I would say rather aggressive as he picked it up, turned it around so grab it from the front. Anyway, seemed to be all good until he dropped the car off. It was immediately apparent that the tow arms or whatever they are called had punctured something under the car. Pink oil all over the place (see photos taken literally minutes after he left). The driver left in a hurry and wouldnt answer my calls (vm not set up). Called the number listed here, NA and vm is full. I made a claim to my insurance who funny enough is who sent this company to tow my car.
